PELATIHAN PERENCANAAN PENGEMBANGAN BUDIDAYA IKAN DI KAMPUNG KUMA 1 KECAMATAN TABUKAN TENGAH
Pengembangan budidaya ikan air tawar memerlukan strategi yang melibatkan berbagai pihak terkait mulai dari awal perencanaan sampai pada pelaksanaan di lapangan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan tentang penyusunan perencanaan pengembangan budidaya ikan di Kampung Kuma 1. Kegiatan diikuti oleh Pemerintah Kampung Kuma 1, Kapitalaung bersama dengan perangkat kampung, Babinsa, MTK, Ketua PKK, Ketua LPMK, perwakilan dari masyarakat pembudidaya ikan. Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2020, dengan materi yang diberikan yaitu (1) Potensi budidaya ikan air tawar Kampung Kuma 1, (2) Program pengembangan budidaya ikan air tawar (3) Praktek penyusunan program pengembangan dengan skala prioritas. Hasil kegiatan PKMS dituangkan dalam dokumen usulan rencana pengembangan budidaya ikan. Peserta kegiatan sangat antusias dengan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan karena kegiatan ini dirasa sangat bermanfaat bagi kampung kuma 1 khususnya dalam kegiatan pembangunan, dimana Kampung Kuma 1 yang sementara mempersiapkan perencanaan pembangunan desa untuk tahun 2021.
The development of freshwater aquaculture requires a collaborative strategy among fisheries stakeholders, ranging from establishing initial plans to implementation in the field. This community service (PKMS) aimed to provide fisheries extension (fishery advisoy service) and training on fish farming development plan in Kuma 1 Village. It was attended by the vilage’s officials (the local governments, head of the village, Babinsa, MTK, head of PKK, head of LPMK) and representatives of fish farming community from the village. Fishery advisory service and training were carried out in September 2020 with presented materials including (1) Potential of freshwater fish farming in Kuma Village 1, (2) Freshwater fish cultivation development program and (3) Knowledge on how to prioritize fisheries development programs. The results have been written in form of a proposal entitled fish cultivation development plans. The participants were very enthusiastic about this PKMS progam because of its significant contribution to Kuma 1 village, coinciding with the village effort to prepare its 2021 development programs
Jumlah Konsumsi Pakan, Efisiensi dan Laju Pertumbuhan Relatif Ikan Bawal (Colossoma macropomum) yang Diberi Pakan Buatan Berbahan Tepung Lemna minor Fermentasi
Pakan merupakan faktor penting dalam kegiatan budidaya ikan secara intensif. Penggunaan Lemna minor sebagai bahan baku pakan karena mudah didapat dan mengandung nutrisi yang baik. Adanya kandungan serat yang tinggi pada Lemna minor sehingga sulit untuk dicerna dan memerlukan proses fermentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan pakan tepung Lemna minor fermentasi terhadap pertumbuhan ikan bawal. Metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, terdiri dari A tanpa tepung Lemna minor fermentasi, B tepung Lemna minor fermentasi 10%, C tepung Lemna minor fermentasi 20% dan D tepung Lemna minor  fermentasi 30%. Data yang diamati yaitu jumlah konsumsi pakan (JKP), efisiensi pemanfaatan pakan (EPP), Laju pertumbuhan relatif (RGR) dan sintasan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan C (tepung Lemna minor fermentasi 20%) mampu menghasilkan rata-rata JKP sebesar 287,33 g, EPP sebesar 0,052%, RGR sebesar 0,090%/hari dan SR sebesar 100%Feed is an important factor in intensive fish aquaculture activities. Use Lemna minor as a feed raw material because it is easily available and contains good nutrition. The composition of high fiber in Lemna makes it difficult to digest and requires a fermentation process. This study aims to learn how to use Lemna fermentation flour on the growth of pomfret. Method used was completely randomiza design with 4 treatments and 3 replications, consisting of A without Lemna flour fermented, B Lemna flour fermented 10%, C Lemna flour 20% fermentation and D Lemna flour 30% fermentation. Interesting data are the amount of feed consumption, increased feed efficiency (EPP), relative growth rate (RGR) and survival rate. The results showed that the treatment of C (Lemna minor flour fermentation of 20%) was able to produce an average JKP of 287.33 g, EPP of 0.052%, RGR of 0.090%/day and SR of 100
PERTUMBUHAN DAN SINTASAN HIDUP IKAN NILA DENGAN PENAMBAHAN TEPUNG WORI (Ormocarpum cochinchinense) FERMENTASI DALAM PAKAN
Tanaman wori merupakan salah satu tanaman kelompok fabaceace yang tumbuh melimpah di Sangihe dan sangat potensial digunakan sebagai salah satu sumber pakan ikan. Kadar protein daun wori adalah 25,53% sehingga berpotensi menjadi protein nabati bagi ikan. Kendala utama yang ditemui ketika memanfaatkan daun tanaman wori adalah kandungan karbohidrat yang tinggi yaitu 48,51% sehingga dapat mempengaruhi proses pencernaan ikan, penyerapan nutrisi yang berujung pada rendahnya pertumbuhan ikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tepung daun wori femerntasi terhadap laju pertumbuhan spesifik dan sintasan hidup ikan nila. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan yang dilakukan terdiri dari tiga perlakuan dan tiga kali ulangan yaitu kadar tepung daun wori tanpa fermentasi A (kontrol) 10%, kemudian B tepung daun wori fermentasi (10%), dan C tepung daun wori fermentasi (20%). Laju pertumbuhan spesifik dan efisiensi pakan diuji menggunakan ANOVA sedangkan sintasan hidup akan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penambahan tepung wori fermenasi dalam pakan dapat meningkatkan nilai laju pertumbuhan spesfik ikan nila dan efisiensi pemanfaatan pakan dengan nilai tertinggi pada perlakuan C yaitu SGR 1,94%/hari. Sementara itu, untuk semua perlakuan nilai sintasan hidup sebesar 100%.
The wori plant is one of the plants of the fabaceace group that grows abundantly in Sangihe and has potential to be used as a source of fish feed. The protein content of wori leaves is 25.53%, so it has the potential to become vegetable protein for fish. The main obstacle encountered when utilizing wori plant leaves is the high carbohydrate content of 48.51% so that it can affect the digestion process of fish, nutrient absorption which lead to low fish growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of wori femerntation leaf meal on the specific growth rate and survival of tilapia. The experimental design used was a completely randomized design (CRD). The treatments consisted of three treatments and three replications, namely the content of fermented wori leaf powder, A (control) 10%, then B fermented wori leaf powder (10%), and C fermented wori leaf powder (20%). Specific growth rate and feed efficiency were tested using ANOVA, while survival rate was analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the addition of fermented wori powder in the feed can increase the value of the specific growth rate of tilapia and feed utilization efficiency with the highest value in treatment C, namely SGR 1.94% / day. Meanwhile, for all treatments the survival rate was 100%
EFISIENSI PAKAN IKAN NILA (Oreochromis niloticus) YANG DIBUDIDAYAKAN DI SISTEM AKUAPONIK
Teknologi akuaponik merupakan gabungan antara sistem hidroponik dan akuakultur yang dapat mengatasi persoalan kualitas air dan optimalisasi lahan untuk peningkatan kualitas produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi pakan ikan nila yang dibudidayakan di kolam akuaponik dan kolam konvesional. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 30 hari di Jurusan Perikanan dan Kebaharian Politeknik negeri nusa utara. Tahapan dalam penelitian antara lain persiapan bahan sistem uji dan sistem akuaponik, pemberian pakan, pengukuran efisiensi pakan dan analsis data. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
