Effect of Store Environment on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty of Moon Sun Petrol Stations in Yangon (Hline Htet Ei, 2023)
The research aims to analyze the store environment on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at Moon Sun Petrol Stations in Yangon. The specific objectives are to analyze the store environment on customer satisfaction of Moon Sun Petrol Stations and to examine the customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of Moon Sun Petrol Stations. Among a total of 18 petrol stations, primary data is collected from 363 petrol station customers who are coming to buy petrol from eight Moon Sun Petrol stations in Yangon by using systematic sampling method. The secondary data are collected from various sources such as previous research papers, journals and related text books. This study found that internal ambient, spatial layout, personnel and crowding are positively and significantly effect on customer satisfaction. When the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty was analyzed, it was found that there was a positive and significant effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty towards Moon Sun Petrol Stations. Therefore, the higher internal ambient, spatial layout, personnel and crowding the higher customer satisfaction and consequently led to customer loyalty. Based on the findings of the research, it is suggested that Moon Sun Petrol Stations in Yangon should focus on improving the internal ambient, spatial layout, personnel, and managing crowding in order to enhance customer satisfaction. By creating a pleasant and comfortable store environment, customers are more likely to be satisfied with their experience at the petrol stations

Effects of earth-moon-sun geometry on sea tide accelerations and implications for periodicities of atmospheric phenomena
Sea tide heights predicted one year
in advance are manipulated to give accelerations
in centimeters per second per kilometer for the
distances San Francisco to Humboldt Bay and
Humboldt Bay to Astoria. Comparison of these
accelerations to various earth-moon-sun lineups
shows the accelerations are controlled by the
29.53 day lunar synodic cycle. The lunar
tropical (27.32 day) and the anomalistic
(27.5 day) cycles modify the tide's semidiurnalness
and range. Owing to their different periods,
these cycles come into and out of phase through
time. The declination of the sun due to the
tilt of the earth's axis imparts changes from
solstice to equinox and equinox to solstice.
Comparison of the summers of 1972-1975 shows
that some earth-moon-sun lineups do not recur
each summer. Some lineups do recur each summer
but at a different time of the summer. The
periodicities of the earth-moon-sun alignments
give an ever changing nature to the level of
the sea. Atmospheric phenomena may be strongly
influenced by the sea level at one time and
only weakly influenced at another time. Thus,
it is necessary to understand the sea level
changes driven by the earth-moon-sun alignments
to predict atmospheric conditions
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
cIAP1 may be involved in survival of the olfactory system
Maintenance of neurons is regulated by various factors from in the molecular manner to the systemic manner. And external and internal environmental cues also modulate the maintenance of neurons. In this process, neurons are exposed to the stimuli and can easily get stressed, and which leads to neuronal death and impairs to establishment of their connections and activities. As a representative sensory system, the peripheral olfactory system is directly exposed to the environment to detect the external stimuli. Volatile molecules or natural gas in the air are detected by the olfactory sensory neurons (OSNs) in the olfactory epithelium (OE), and the OSNs are connected to the central nervous system (CNS) via the olfactory bulb (OB). Constant exposure to external stimuli may cause damages to the OSNs, and which in turn afflicts to acute or chronic diseases like olfactory impairment, chronic rhinitis, etc. Inhibitor of apoptosis proteins (IAPs) interact with caspases and inhibit apoptosis. In particular, cIAP1 is one of the regulators of NF-κB (nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of B cells) activation and TNF (tumor necrosis factor) signals, which is crucial for inflammatory responses. Although there were several studies related to the cell death of the olfactory system caused by external stimuli, the mechanisms and the role of cIAP1 in the olfactory system has not been fully understood. To this end, cIAP1 KO mice were studied to identify the critical roles of cIAP1 in the olfactory system. Behavioral assay demonstrated that cIAP1 deprivation caused smell dysfunction. Moreover, the numbers of OSNs in the OE was decreased and the thickness of the OE was observed thinner compared to WT animals. In summary, cIAP1 may play important roles for OSN survival.1
Wave propagation in two-phase flow based on a new hyperbolic two-fluid model
A high-resolution upwind scheme based on the flux vector splitting method is developed for the two-fluid six-equation model to solve the wave propagation problems of the two-phase flow. The interfacial pressure jump terms make the governing equations hyperbolic without any conventional source terms in the momentum equations. Real eigenvalues are obtained for all the bubbly, slug, and annular flow regimes. Calculated speeds of sound have shown excellent agreement with the existing experimental data. Solutions to wave propagation problems with initial pressure and void distribution are presented. The Edwards pipe problem accompanied by sudden depressurization and flashing also is solved as a benchmark test
