Wittgenstein: Education as a Form of Language Game in Modern Capitalism
No full textEducation is an institution that is very important for educating the
nation's children both in knowledge, behavior, and social status. Education is
an agent of social change for individuals and society (Martono, 2011, pp.
265–270). The understanding of education experiences a distortion in its
function so that two contradictory things occur. First, education has a role in
legitimizing existing social structures and positions, resulting in an unfair
social reproduction (Bourdieu, 1991). Second, education should be an agent
of change and better social transformation so that education prepares
individuals and society for the changes that occur. These two contradictory
things are consciously and unconsciously influenced by the two main currents
in the current era, namely globalization and capitalism. At the globalization
level, education is expected to have the ability to change itself as an institution
that dares to overhaul the current system in order to achieve educational goals
(Schneider & Makszin, 2014). The other current is educational capitalism
which forms and creates injustice caused by the high cost of improving
educational facilities (Jessop, 2018). These two main currents form an
understanding of the shift in the meaning of education in modern
capitalism.The evolution of online dating might best be described as an
insurgency. On the other hand, it had issues that, if they had been neglected
for any length of time, may have resulted in disastrous outcomes. The usage
of online dating services may have repercussions on many aspects of your
life, including your habits, routine, and the way you organize and manage
your time. It is important to read this in connection with the following caution
to those who use online dating services: Remember that avoiding a problem is
always better than trying to cure it, and act accordingly by being cautious (Al-
Rousan et al., 2020)

The Researcher is propos-ing a new alternative flexible learning that will ease up the situations of the current pandemic in all education levels, which is the integra-tion of Virtual Reality, of AR learning content as part of the educa-tional authoring tools, a web-based platform for the development of Augmented content, the distribution of which is accomplished through standardized Learning Management Systems (LMS) using SCORM packages library,. Furthermore, a collaborative framework solves the problem of standard integration of Augmented and Virtual Reality applications in education offering a distributed framework which is the Learning Management System platform, (Barbadillo, Barnera, Goñi, & Sánchez, 2014). The Impact of Home Gardening amidst Climate Change
No full textToday’s climate is unpredictable there are so many natural calamities which took place in our country which is the Philippines, two weeks ago because of the sudden changes of the weather in the Province of Zambales, the Philippines a strong tornado hits the town of Cas-tillejos, Zambales which some of the electrical wirings were severely damaged because of the sudden change of the climate. The researcher is thinking of implementing a home gardening to each Municipality in our Province. By doing this it can help lessen the pollution in the air and it will help heal our Ozone Layer faster. The empirical evidence for the benefits of gardening and the advocate of the development and testing of socio-ecological models of community resilience through the impact of community gardens, especially in urban areas is highly effective (Okvat & Zautra, 2011). As lessening the air pollution will have a greater impact on our Ozone Layer no to deplete but it will heal the would faster. The present study revealed that local experiences in the face of climate change adaptation have merits that need special consideration (Anik & Khan, 2012). In this time of Pandemic there are lots of challenges encountered like we cannot conduct a face to face classroom instruction and even the simulation of activities. Educational courses that require laboratory of simulation of activities is the biggest challenges because students are having hard time in understanding the practical real-time applications. In this time of Pandemic the evolution of Emerging Trends in Education helps a lot because it’s characteristics to adopt the requirements as required by the Inter-Agency Task Force on COVID-19 (IATF.)The purpose of the study is to help and strengthen the role of the Emerging Trends in our Education amidst the Pandemic and to help our Educational Sector boost up the level of education in the new Normal Approach and schools will be able to adapt these emerging technologies specially in this time of a pandemic. In conclusion Emerging Trends plays a vital role because majority of the educational sector are now using Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) in their practical laboratory exercises while at home.

As per the Inter-Agency Task Force on COVID-19 Philippines there is a need to observe Social Distance and proper quarantine protocol to avoid from the infections of the widespread virus. The Civil Service Commission Philippines and the other government agencies release a memorandum on the operational process of manpower during the pandemic situations. As a result of their discussion they have come-up with a new approach with regards to operational procedures on Human Resources. Most of the Human Resource Management Officer arranged a Work From Home Scheme while others on a 50% capacity of manpower to report for work depending on the quarantine protocol set by regions or provinces. New Best Practices will be applied in the coming New Nor-mal in terms of Human Resources Management Approach
