Transkrip ini membincangkan tentang pengalaman seorang tokoh yang pernah berkhidmat di Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) Tanjong Pagar, Singapura. Selain menyentuh sedikit sebanyak mengenai latar belakang tokoh yang pernah berkhidmat dan bertugas di Stesen Tanjong Pagar ini, Projek sejarah lisan ini akan cuba mengungkap kebenaran sebenar disebalik penutupan stesen tersebut melalui wawancara yang dikendalikan oleh Azreen Sofia binti Abdul Syukor dan Nurulsyahirah binli Misman pelajar Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pengurusan Maklumat (kepujian) Pengurusan Rekod (IM246) Universiti Teknologi MARA, Cawangan Johor Kampus Segamat. Bermula dari sejarah tentang KTMB, kajian ini turut memfokuskan secara menyeluruh isu-isu yang berkaitan dan paling utama tentang Stesen Tanjung Pagar tersebut. Kajian ini bukan sahaja melalui Encik Ibrahim bin Yusof sendiri, malah ianya juga turut diperoleh dari beberapa sumber yang lain bagi melihat sejauh mana persamaan dan perbezaan dalam dalam sumber itu dengan pengalaman yang dialami sendiri oleh Encik Ibrahim Yusof. Melalui projek sejarah lisan ini juga, diharap masyarakat luar terutamanya generasi pada masa sekarang akan mengenali dengan leblih lanjut dan mendalam tentang Stesen Keretapi Tanjong Pagar yang sebenarnya mempunyai nilai sejarah yang besar

Customer's satisfaction with the facilities provided at food court in Shah Alam / Norani Misman
Food court is one of the activities business that brings a lot of business opportunities especially for small traders. There is a growing need and demand in food beverage service in Malaysia. The purpose of the dissertation is to describe the research methods used for studying on facilities provided at food court with conformity to Food Hygiene Regulations 2009 and Food Act 1983 (Ammendment 2006). The study focuses on the Shah Alam area only in order to limit the scope of the study.To support this research, 3 numbers of food courts are selected as the sampling of the research. The research has its own specific aim and objectives which are to be achieved in the end of the research. The aim of the research is to establish factors that can be learned in food court design based on customers part of view and current conditioned of food court. The first objectives of this research is to identify the types of customers facilities provided that commonly used at food court.Next, to examined the satisfaction level of customers towards facilities provided at food court in Shah Alam. Last but not least, to evaluate the current conditioned of the food court building at Shah Alam. The data collection method of the research are observation, interview.questionnaire and checklist. Each of data collection method will explained the research sample,objectives, instruments and how to analyzed the data. Bar charitable and graph are the diagrams that show the data analysis result for facilities in each case studies. From the findings, the author hopes that the research would give clear perception to the reader about the food court building condition and the satisfaction level by customers towards facilities provided in each food court. Last but not least, the conclusion from the research findings and recommendations for future improvements of food court facilities
Özgün Baskının Gelişimi; Hayati Misman Ve Mürşide İçmeli’nin Sanata Katkıları
Bu araştırma geleneksel baskı teknikleri ile özgün baskıresim tasarımları ve öne çıkan iki sanatçıyı konu almıştır. Yüksek, çukur ve düz baskı yöntemlerinin genel özellikleri ve özgün baskının kullanım alanları, geleneksel baskı teknikleri ve özgün baskı resmin karşılaştırılmasındaki ortak ve farklı yönleri ele alınmıştır. Bu araştırmadaki temel amaç; özellikle yüksek baskı tekniklerinden ağaç baskının ve çukur baskı teknikle-rinden gravür baskının yerinin araştırılması ve aynı zamanda da öneminin vurgulanmasıdır. Ayrıca bu baskı tekniklerini ustaca kullanan ve Türkiye ‘de haklı bir üne sahip olan sanat eğitimcisi Mürşide İçmeli ve öğ-rencisi yine sanat eğitimcisi Hayati Misman’ın bu alana katkılarını araştırmak diğer bir amacımız olmuştur. Özgün baskı resim teknikleri birçok ortak noktaları vardır. Özellikle ele alınan her iki baskı tekniğinin de çoğaltılabiliyor olması ve daha çok kişiye ulaştırılabiliyor olması paylaşıma açık olduğunu ortaya koymakta-dır. Özgün baskı sanatının doğuşu ve geçirdiği tarihsel süreç ve özgün baskı tekniklerinin detaylı bir biçimde kısaca verilmeye çalışıldığı bölümler araştırmanın kuramsal alt yapısını oluşturmuştur. Türkiye ‘deki ağaç baskı sanatçıların’dan, Hayati Misman ve Mürşide İçmeli’nin yapmış oldukları çalışmalar ve geleneksel baskı teknikleri ile elde edilen ürünler incelenmiş ve yüksek, çukur, düz ve mono baskı teknikleri; tekniklerin anlatımı, tekniklerin uygulanmasında kullanılan araç ve gereçler, baskı işlem basamakları olmak üzere çeşitli alt başlıklarla incelenmiş karşılaştırılmalar yapılarak özellikle ağaç baskı ve gravür baskı ile ilgili görsellere yer verilmiş örneklerle anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca Hayati Misman ve Mürşide İçmeli’nin sanata bakış açıları ve sanata katkıları araştırılarak bir sonuca ulaşılmıştır

It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Bu makalede Türkiye’de dışavurumculuk akımına katkılar sunan ve önde gelen isimlerinden biri Hayati Misman’ın yaşamı, sanat anlayışı ve dışavurumculuk akımının içindeki yeri araştırılmıştır; bununla beraberdışavurumculuk akımının tarihçesi ve akımın Türkiye’deki gelişimi incelenip genel çerçevede aktarılmıştır. Makalenin 7 bölümde Hayati Misman’ın yaşamı, dışavurumculuk akımının tarihçesi, Türk resim sanatında dışavurumculuk, soyut dışavurumculuk ve Hayati Misman’ın yeri, sanat anlayışı ve sanatı anlatılmaktadır. Kullanılan temel kaynaklar, takım üyeleri tarafından ressam ile yapılan bir röportajın yanı sıra YouTube’daki röportajlar, ve Hayati Misman’ın takım üyelerine verdiği bir katalog ve kitabı içermektedir. Makalede Misman’ın sanatında batının akımları ve doğunun motiflerinin sentezlendiği gibi, toplumun sanatçı üzerinde yarattığı etki ve “sanat için sanat” inancının da sentezi görülmüştür.Hayati Misman is a notable figure inexpressionism in Turkey who has made notable contributions to the movement. This article looks into the artist’s life and his perspective on art alongside his place in Turkish expressionism. The article puts forward the successful painter’s life, examples of his works and his production process. In order, these sections examine Hayati Misman’s life, abstract expressionism and his involvement in the movement, his art and his understanding of art as a whole. Other than the interview conducted by the group members with the artist, the primary sources used are other interviews on YouTube, master’s theses, articles, and a catalog and book gifted to the team members by Hayati Misman. The article outlines a similarity between the artist’s synthesis of western movements and eastern motifs, and the connection made between the influence of society on the artist, and his belief in art for the sake of art.by Abdürrahim Öze
Supervisory data acquisition of temperature and humidity in oil palm tissue culture laboratory / Norzatina Misman
The tissue culture laboratory provides the oil palm industry with innovations for the production of improved planting materials and information on the molecular biology of tissue culture processes. Research has shown that factors such as temperature and humidity are critical in producing quality colonial materials using tissue culture process. Consequently, sensors are required to monitor and record the data in growth room using data acquisition monitoring system which can be real-time. Sensors will monitor critical parameters that focus on temperature and humidity that will be linked to the database and analysis software for storing and analyzing the monitored data. The sensor is low cost because it used local products and low power consumption and fabricated to suit the biological laboratory environment. The purpose of this sensor is to serve as an interface among user as the disturbance analysis program and an expert system in identifying the disturbance. The system could monitor via a wireless system and automatically display data and graph in Visual Basic and stored data in Database Access. Xbee is the automatic wireless identification method using radio waves, relying on storing and remotely retrieving data from the sensor. Eventually, this wireless (Xbee) technology system could improve the efficiency of inventory tracking and management for oil palm tissue culture growth

Current employment scenario requires undergraduates to have good abilities to engage in communication and presentation skills. Usual practices in the oral communication classrooms are by learners learning more about the strategies and skills of effective oral presentation skills through lectures, textbooks, sample video presentations and others. So, what if students become independent learners and they can learn, develop and practice their presentation skills in or outside the classrooms with their peers using some useful, innovative strategies and technology suggested in this handbook. This handbook also reviews some of the key concepts of rich social support of peer learning and coaching learners' presentation skills and suggests a series of five collaborative activities to help learners to work together in augmenting their oral skills. This innovative booklet appends some learning notes and strategies that could help individuals and learners, specifically to become better, more effective communicators and presenters. “A case study on risk management of Naza Automotive Manufacturing Sdn.Bhd.” / Nor Maizatul Asma Misman
Reliability of purchasing products from supplier or vendor has become among the greatest problem between buyer and supplier. It was exist from long time ago and give impact on manufacturing firm . In other word, supply failure is important because buyer dissatisfaction may induce related development or switching costs. The purpose of this paper is to research whether risk management program is suitable in handling and reducing the number of supplier failure. This case study approach is used based on observation of key informants, examining trends on risk management program used by Naza Automotive Manufacturing and also based on audit program conducted by them. Findings shows that manufacturing firm dissatisfaction increases relative to the accumulated impact of the supply failure, and is reduced when the manufacturer has implement risk management program to absorb the failure or shares blame for it. The supplier’s failure recovery reduces dissatisfaction to the extent that it demonstrates the supplier’s long-term commitment to the relationship. The findings indicate that attributes of the failure, the failure recovery, and context must be taken into account when considering how a supplier’s recovery may ameliorate the negative impact of a supply failure.The findings suggest that manufacturers should ensure that the delivery time given to supplier is enough,standardize and manage evaluation on obselete and delivery parts and also monitor the report on market price can be using in order to overcome, and improve efficiency on the discussed issues
