This study aims to determine the level of air pollution based on gas waste and ambient air quality, so it can be known which chimney releases waste gas the most and the least. It also knows which villages are most affected and safest from gas waste from PG Mojopanggung. Weighted Product method is used to calculate the level of air pollution. The results showed that from the side of the gas waste, the Stork I Boiler Chimney is the most discharging chimney gas waste, while the value of pollution by chimney kettle in PG Mojopanggung all does not exceed the standard quality that has been determined. Conversely, in terms of ambient air quality, Jatimulyo village is the village most affected by gas waste from PG Mojopanggung. There are some air pollutants that exceed the specified quality standard but not too much difference. To overcome the air pollutant that exceeds the quality standard, PG Mojopanggung performs the gas waste treatment and several other solutions

Jak wyrwać się z nostalgii [dot. P. Włodek: Kres niewinności. Obraz i upamiętnienie ery Eisenhowera w amerykańskich filmach i serialach – pomiędzy reprezentacją, nostalgią a krytycznym retro]
The article discussesa book by Patrycja Włodek entitled Kres niewinności. Obraz i upamiętnienie ery Eisenhowera w amerykańskich filmach i serialach – pomiędzy reprezentacją, nostalgią a krytycznym retro [The End of Innocence: The image and remembrance of the Eisenhower era in American feature films and television series – between representation, nostalgia, and critical retro style]. The author of the article positions her publication amongst other film studies research devoted to “nostalgic cinema” and enters into dialogue with concepts put forward by Włodek. The polemical pendants and glosses centre on searching for currents, titles, and readings both supporting Włodek’s considerations and transcending her interpretive framework relating to retro nostalgic (cinema of the 1980s) and retro classic (the most recent films and television series). The article discussesa book by Patrycja Włodek entitled Kres niewinności. Performance Comparison of Machine Learning Algorithms for Ikat Weaving Classification
Ikat weaving is a rich traditional heritage of Kota Kediri, Indonesia, with a diverse array of intricate motifs that reflect the cultural richness of the region. As new motifs emerge and information about older designs fades, manual identification becomes time-consuming and difficult. This study leverages machine learning technology, specifically XGBoost, Random Forest, and Neural Network algorithms, to automate the classification of these weaving patterns. The dataset consisted of 600 images, split into 480 images (80%) for training and 120 images (20%) for testing, representing four distinct weaving motifs: "Gumul Weaving, Bolleches Weaving, Kuda Kepang Weaving, and Sekar Jagad Weaving." The study achieves high accuracy, with precision, recall, and F1-score all reaching 100%, underscoring its potential to not only improve the efficiency of motif identification, but also play a crucial role in preserving and promoting Indonesia's cultural heritage. Future research should focus on further optimizing these algorithms and expanding datasets to capture a broader range of ikat motifs. Additionally, enhancing the application of this model can contribute to a deeper understanding and broader appreciation of Kota Kediri’s cultural wealth through digital platforms

In improving good service, then the company is expected to achieve high
productivity to meet the standards set by the company, so it need a procedure for
loading and unloading process to simplify and streamline the process of loading
and unloading at the port. PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) branch Palembang
unit Usaha Terminal is a company engaged in the field of port services that
manage the loading and unloading of conventional goods. In making this final
report uses several methods to obtain data, such as interviews and library research.
Based on research by the author, there are still obstacles in the process of loading
and unloading is still the existence of loading and unloading equipment that is
damaged and the lack of completeness of loading and unloading equipment, such
as the absence of engine heater (blower), pump equipment damaged and leaking
pipes . With the loading and unloading equipment that is damaged should PT
Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) branch Palembang can repair the damage to the
tool used for the loading and unloading process, for boats that do not have a heater
(blower) shipping company should be able to add a heater (blower ) into the ship,
so that the unloading process can run well and not be detrimental to all parties
concerned (shipping companies, stevedoring companies and owners of goods).

Enacting the Last Mile: Experiences of Smart Contracts in Courier Deliveries
Smart contract systems could change the nature of last-mile deliv- ery for the better through enhanced precision, coordination and accountability. However, technological complexity poses a chal- lenge for end-users participating in the design process, making it hard to explore their experiences and incorporate their perspectives. We describe a case study where technological prototypes create smart contract experiences for professional couriers and receptionists, allowing them to speculate about emerging possibilities, whilst remaining grounded in their current practices. Participants enacted a series of deliveries, choreographed by smart contracts, and their responses were explored in post-experience, one-to-one interviews. Working with professionals to explore the potential impact of smart contract technologies, revealed the systemic webs of value underlying their existing work practices. This has implications for design of such technologies, in which increased automation, efciency and accountability must be delicately balanced with the benefts of sustaining personal values, relationships and agency.Green Open Access added to TU Delft Institutional Repository ‘You share, we take care!’ – Taverne project https://www.openaccess.nl/en/you-share-we-take-care Otherwise as indicated in the copyright section: the publisher is the copyright holder of this work and the author uses the Dutch legislation to make this work public.Human Information Communication Desig
Synergistic effect of erythromycin on polymorphonuclear cell antibacterial activity against erythromycin-resistant phenotypes of Streptococcus pyogenes.[*A.M.Cuffini is the corresponding author]
International audienceTo evaluate the synergistic activity of erythromycin and human polymorphonuclear cells (PMNs) on the binomial erythromycin-resistant (ERY) /host, the phagocytic and bactericidal activities of PMNs against ERY streptococcal strains (cMLS, M, and iMLS A, B and C phenotypes) were assessed in the presence of the macrolide. The results showed that when erythromycin, PMNs and streptococci [both erythromycin-sensitive (ERY) and ERY] were simultaneously present in the culture medium, PMN phagocytic activity was similar to that of drug-free controls. In contrast, the results emphasised a significant high increase in intracellular killing by PMNs in the presence of erythromycin not only for ERY streptococci but also for ERY with high (cMLS, iMLS A and iMLS B phenotypes) and moderate (M and iMLS C phenotypes) erythromycin resistance compared with controls without drug. From literature data it emerged that, even if intracellularly concentrated, erythromycin is relatively inactive because of its instability. The results indicate that the enhanced intra-PMN streptococcal killing detected is mainly attributable to PMN bactericidal systems that synergise with intracellular erythromycin in eradicating ERY strains (both with high and moderate resistance). These data confirm that the antibiotic resistance detected in vitro does not always imply a failure of antimicrobial treatment
