No full textThis thesis is titled as The Implementation of Jamsostek at Panti Waluyo Hospital Surakarta.
Nowadays, the increase of the roles of labours in the national establishment of our country
and the increase of the technology use in any enterprise sector may result in the higher risks
that threaten the labour safety, health and welfare, so that it is required to increase the labour
protection. Jamsostek is a protection of the labour in the form of money as the compensation
of the income that either wholly or partly lost, and service as the consequence of some
incidents experienced by the labours such as occupational accident, illness, pregnancy,
childbirth, old age and death.
This thesis is carried out to recognize the implementation of Jamsostek which is applied at
Panti Waluyo Hospital so that the implementation refers to the newest regulation. It is
necessary because the society always develops and the law needs to be renewed.
The study of law which is used by the Author is the study of normative law analysis focusing
on the existing standards. This study requires both primary and secondary data of which the
data collection methods are the interview and literature study. The approach which is used is
the induction and deduction methods.
The conclusion is that the implementation of Jamsostek at Panti Waluyo Hospital prevails in
the regulation. In addition, the Author provides the advice is that the implementation of
Jamsostek is wholly financed by the owner

Untuk menciptakan masyarakat indutri yang berharkat dan bermartabat dan semua berjalan selaras antara rohani dan jasmani, maka masyarakat industri/calon masyarakat industri perlu bekal materi Manajemen Psikologi Industri yang terdiri atas Materi Psikologi Industri dan Organisasi, Rekrutmen, Seleksi, Penempatan Tenaga Kerja, Psikologi Manusia, Pola Pikir, Pola Sikap, Mentalitas, Kepemimpinan, Pola Tindak, Pola Tunduk, Moralitas, Motivasi, Kreativitas, Inovasi, Daya Juang, Daya Saing, Kesungguhan, Entrepreneur, Semangat, Globalisasi, Nilai Tambah, Penanganan Stres, Keselamatan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Konsumen, dan Optimasi Kinerja Karyawan & Keberhasilan Organisasi/Perusahaan
