Pocas pero no solas : las mujeres creativas en la publicidad peruana
Full text linkLa mujer representa un 20.3% y el hombre un 79.7% en los departamentos creativos a nivel mundial (Grow y Deng, 2014). Este artículo pretende averiguar si este fenómeno también se da en Perú y, si es así, cuáles son las razones de ello. A través del uso de la GT con entrevistas en profundidad se descubre que: (1) en Perú son escasas las mujeres creativas que trabajan en una agencia de publicidad, ya que, la tendencia es que por cada 10 hombres se encuentra 1 mujer, (2) el director creativo de las agencias parece fomentar los clichés sexuales y el machismo y (3) las mujeres creativas se sienten discriminadas por sus colegas.Creativity does not depend on gender (Csikszentmihalyi, 1998), however women represent 20.3% and men 79.7% in the creative departments worldwide (Grow and Deng, 2014). This article want to know whether this phenomenon also happen in Peru and if so what the causes are. We use of GT in- depth interviews method. The results are: (1) for every 10 men there is 1 woman in the creative departments of Lima, (2) the creative director of the agency seems to encourage the sexual clichés and machismo and (3) creative women feel discriminated against by colleague

Stages for the More Sustainable Farm
Full text linkCurrently, agricultural farm units are faced with a double and most times contradictory challenge, in order to be successful: on the one hand the invested capital has to be profitable and the economic performance has to be maximised. On the other hand, given the socio-environmental situation, it is necessary to preserve and to protect the environment and natural resources. Given the potential conflict of the two aims, since the satisfaction of one implies the underperformance of the other (and vice versa), the question then is: which is the solution to choose? We intend, in this work, to formulate a farm plan with the purpose of reconciling the criteria of environmental sustainability with that of economic competitiveness. For this achievement we proceed to the comparative study of sustainability of different groups of farms identified in the study area (first evaluation cycle) through MESMIS (“Marco para la Evaluación de Sistemas de Manejo de Recursos Naturales Mediante Indicadores de Sustentabilidad” - Framework for Evaluation of Natural-Resource Systems Handling through Sustainability Indicators) methodology, that allowed to select the more sustainable group of farms. Based on the found potentialities and weakness on these production systems, we stepped to the planning of a production unit of bovine meat, which obeys simultaneously to economic and environmental objectives, using Multicriteria Decision. We finished the work with the sustainability evaluation between groups of farms identified previously and the planned farms (second evaluation cycle), based, again, in the MESMIS methodology, to confirm (or not) the greatest sustainability of the last ones. In 2009, she was awarded the Premio Scenario per Ustica for E bello vivere liberi!, first show of a trilogy on female resistance, followed by La semplicità ingannata (2012) and Sorry, boys (2015). These three texts are published in Resistenze femminili (Udine: Forum, 2019). In 2018 she created Il canto della caduta. Earthbound (2021) is her last devised show, which brings in the themes of ecofeminism, taking cues from the theories of Donna Haraway and Bruno Latour. In 2021 she became associate artist at the Piccolo Teatro in Milan. In 2023, she is guest of honor at the 11th Biennale internationale des arts de la marionette in Paris. She was awarded the prizes Rete Critica (2017), Premio della Critica – ANCT (2018) and Premio Hystrio - Altre Muse (2019).Animation de la discussion avec Marta Cuscunà, performeuse, metteuse en scène, marionnettiste et autrice italienne. No full textEl presente proyecto tuvo como objetivo generar recursos audiovisuales basados en TIC para promover bienestar y salud mental positiva en estudiantes universitarios en tiempos de pandemia. Se creó una Estrategia de comunicación del conocimiento que consistió en generar recursos audiovisuales basados en TIC para promover bienestar y salud mental positiva en estudiantes universitarios en tiempos de pandemia, vinculada al proyecto INV 2371 ESTUDIO DE LAS PROPIEDADES PSICOMÉTRICAS DE LAS ESCALAS DE BIENESTAR DE DIENER EN POBLACIÓN COLOMBIANA cuya autora principal es la Dra. Marta Martín. Los tipos de recursos audiovisuales generados fueron infografías, podCaps, videos, y poster, en total fueron 10 recursos, con un resultado en general de 423 vistas, 240 like y 10 opiniones. Por los resultados de la encuesta de opinión se concluyó que las tic juegan un papel fundamental en la promoción de salud mental, puesto que la mayoría de los estudiantes encuestados les pareció bueno el material expuesto.The objective of this project was to generate audiovisual resources based on ICT to promote well-being and positive mental health in university students in times of pandemic. A Knowledge Communication Strategy was created that consisted of generating ICT-based audiovisual resources to promote well-being and positive mental health in university students in times of pandemic, linked to the INV 2371 project STUDY OF THE PSYCHOMETRIC PROPERTIES OF THE WELL-BEING SCALES OF DIENER IN COLOMBIAN POPULATION whose main author is Dr. Marta Martín. The types of audiovisual resources generated were infographics, podCaps, videos, and posters, in total there were 10 resources, with an overall result of 423 views, 240 likes and 10 opinions. Per lo più si tratta di persone con una lunga storia di disoccupazione alle spalle ed è cresciuto negli ultimi anni il numero di famiglie con figli a carico
