SD Islam Mumtaz melaksanakan sistem full day school sejak tahun 2014, namun
dalam kenyataanya belum memenuhi sepenuhnya persyaratan pendirian sekolah
fullday sesuai harapan UUD Perpres No 87 tahun 2017, diantaranya belum
lengkapnya sarana prasarana dan kurangnya tenaga SDM yang professional. Namun
prestasi siswanya dalam hal afektif terlihat sopan, hapalanya terdengar sudah baik,
dan siswanya selalu bertambah tiap tahunya.
Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut, yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini
adalah sistem pembelajaran full day school di SD Islam Mumtaz Cidahu. Kemudian
fokus penelitian tersebut terinci dalam bentuk pertanyaan-pertanyaan penelitian
sebagai berikut : 1. Bagaimana konsep dasar dan sistem full day school? 2. Bagaimana
kondisi objektif SD Islam Mumtaz Cidahu Kuningan Jawa Barat? 3. Bagaimana
pelaksanaan sistem full day school di SD Islam Mumtaz Cidahu Kuningan Jawa
Barat? Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan
sistem full day school di SD Islam Mumtaz Cidahu Kuningan Jawa Barat.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, peneliti bertindak langsung sebagai
instrument dan sebagai pengumpul data dari hasil observasi yang mendalam serta
terlibat aktif dalam penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi,
wawancara mendalam, serta analisis dokumentasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah; pertama full day school adalah sekolah yang
pelaksanaan pembelajaranya sehari penuh selama 5 hari efektif, dengan proses
pembelajarannya yang memberikan waktu tambahan untuk memperdalam materi
pelajaran agama dan program unggulan lainya. Kedua, sekolah ini didirikan sebagai
wujud kepedulian masyarakat terhadap penanaman nilai-nilai agama pada generasi
penerus. SD Islam Mumtaz berdiri di sebuah area pedesaan, sehingga menjadikan
sekolah ini memiliki suasana yang cukup lengang dan kondusif sebagai kegiatan
pembelajaran SD Islam Mumtaz Cidahu Kuningan Jawa Barat. Ketiga, pelaksanaan
sistem full day di SD Islam Mumtaz memadukan dua kurikulum yaitu kurikulum
kemendikbud dan kurikulum yayasan Imam Nawawi dimapel PAI (tauhid, akhlak,
fiqih, dzikir do‟a, hifdzul hadits, al-qur‟an, halaqoh, tahfidz quran dan membaca arab
gundul). Metode pembelajaranya dibuat mudah menyenangkan
Molecular analysis and protein expression of Ki-67 from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded serous cystadenoma and serous epithelial ovarian carcinoma specimens / Rima Melati Mat Satar
High mortality rates in serous epithelial ovarian carcinoma (SEOC) are explained by the fact that majority of the patients present at an advanced stage, with extensively metastatic disease within the peritoneal cavity. Therefore, it is crucial to identify the potential biomarker to detect SEOC that could be used as prognosis. This thesis aimed to provide fundamental knowledge regarding Ki-67 gene expression among SEOC patients in Malaysia. Moreover, the present study also determined gene and protein expression of Ki-67 from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues of SEOC to normal ovarian tissues. Molecular analysis and protein expression of Ki-67 were investigated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and immunohistochemistry in 76 FFPE tissues, which consist of 36 normal serous cystadenoma and 40 SEOC specimens. RT-qPCR analysis using Relative Expression Software Tool (REST) 2009 showed a relative normalised expression of Ki-67 gene was up-regulated in SEOC group in comparison to serous cystadenoma by mean factor of 2.251 (standard error, S.E range 0.801 – 6.059, p=0.000). In addition, an independent sample t-test was performed to compare quantification cycle (Cq) values on Ki-67 gene expression. The finding reported that there was a statistically significant difference in Cq values for serous cystadenoma (26.4289±1.95414) and SEOC (25.4513±2.17097), where p=0.043. Furthermore, there was also a statistically significant difference in Cq values between low-grade (26.5393±1.71364) and high-grade SEOC specimens (24.7984±2.18218) where p=0.012. Moreover, chi-square test was also used to study association between International Federation of Gynaecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stages, FFPE age of serous cystadenoma and SEOC tissue blocks with Ki-67 gene expression. The results showed no association as p>0.05, in which p=0.435, p=0.411 and p=0.312 respectively. On the other hand, protein positivity of Ki-67 was detected in 49 specimens (64.5%), comprising of 9 serous cystadenoma (11.8%), 15 low-grade SEOC (19.7%), and 25 high-grade SEOC (33.0%). Mean Ki-67 labelling index (LI) was higher in SEOC (42.50±27.07) compared to serous cystadenoma (1.99±3.59), and the difference was statistically significant (p=0.000). The difference in mean Ki-67 LI between low-grade SEOC (14.13±13.71) and high-grade SEOC (59.52±16.62) was also shown to be statistically significant (p=0.000). Additionally, FIGO stages of SEOC showed significant association with mean Ki-67 LI (p=0.003). With regards to length of FFPE storage, there was no association between FFPE block tissue age and mean Ki-67 LI among SEOC specimens (p=0.407). However, there was significant association between FFPE block tissue age with mean Ki-67 LI among serous cystadenoma samples (p=0.005). In the present study, amplification and overexpression of Ki-67 suggest the aggressive behaviour of the tumour and poor clinical outcomes. Thus, Ki-67 is an exceptionally cost-effective marker to determine the growth fraction of a tumour cell population
Formulasi Spray Gel Ekstrak Etil Asetat Bunga Melati (Jasminum sambac (L.) Ait.) Sebagai Antijerawat
Bunga melati (Jasminum sambac (L.) Ait.) mengandung linalool, geraniol, eugeniol, eugenol yang dikenal dengan zat penolak serangga. Pada penelitian ini peneliti ingin memformulasikan ekstrak bunga melati menjadi sediaan spray gel yang berfungsi sebagai antijerawat. Dalam penelitian ini dibuat 3 kali pengulangan sediaan spray gel dengan konsentrasi ekstrak etil asetat bunga melati 10%. Eksipien yang digunakan dalam formulasi ini adalah karbopol, gliserin, NaOH, dinatrium EDTA dan NaCl. Spray gel ekstrak bunga melati yang dihasilkan berwarna kuning kecoklatan, berbentuk cair dan berbau khas bunga melati. Selain itu sediaan ini juga menunjukkan uji daya sebar 6 cm (P1), 5,5 cm (P2), 5,75 cm (P3). Uji kondisi semprotan ketiga batch baik, sifat ketahanan melekat. Waktu kering 3,01 menit (P1), 2,50 menit (P2), 2,46 menit (P3) dan memiliki pH 4,59 (P1), 4,58 (P2), 4,48 (P3). Ketiga pengulangan formula memenuhi persyaratan uji viskositas dan tidak mengiritasi.Kata Kunci : Spray gel, Bunga Melati, KarbopolJasmine (Jasminum sambac (L.) In this study, researchers wanted to formulate jasmine flower extract into spray gel preparations that function as anti-acne. In this study, 3 repetitions of spray gel preparations were made with 10% jasmine flower ethyl acetate extract concentration. The excipients used in this formulation were carbopol, glycerin, NaOH, disodium EDTA and NaCl. The resulting jasmine flower extract spray gel is brownish yellow, liquid and has the characteristic smell of jasmine. In addition, this preparation also showed a spread test of 6 cm (P1), 5.5 cm (P2), 5.75 cm (P3). Test the spray conditions of the three batches is good, inherent resistance properties. Dry time was 3,01 minutes (P1), 2,50 minutes (P2), 2,46 minutes (P3) and had a pH of 4,59 (P1), 4,58 (P2), 4,48 (P3). Pengaruh model pembelajaran Probing Prompting terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pokok bahasan sistem pernapasan
Pembelajaran yang berlangsung pada mata pelajaran IPA khususnya Biologi dikelas VIII dirasa kurang efektif, siswa pasif dan enggan berbicara, malu untuk berdiskusi dan mengeluarkan pendapatnya sendiri. Peserta didik yang lulus dalam pembelajaran kognitif pada pembelajaran Biologi terutama dari tahun tahun sebelumnya untuk pokok bahasan sistem pernapasan pada manusia yaitu siswa dengan 35% yang lulus sedangkan 65% tidak lulus dalam hal kognitif. Model Probing Prompting dirancang untuk membantu memahami serta aktif dalam pembelajaran yang akan dilaksanakan oleh peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimen. Penelitian dilaksanakan di MTS Kifayatul Akhyar. Kelas yang dijadikan sampel yaitu Kelas VIII-A dan VIII-B yang berjumlah 30 orang untuk setiap kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes (Pretest dan Posttest), dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik mengggunakan model Probing Prompting pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia. Pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh N-Gain 0,66 (Berkategori sedang), sedangkan pada kelas kontrol 0,33 (berkategori rendah). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai model pembelajaran Probing Prompting lebih tinggi dari pada kelas control. Dapat disimpulkan model pembelajaran Probing Prompting berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi sistem pernapasan.

Learning that takes place in science subjects, especially Biology in class VIII is considered less effective, students are passive and reluctant to speak, ashamed to discuss and express their own opinions. Students who passed in cognitive learning in Biology learning, especially from the previous year for the subject of the respiratory system in humans, were students with 35% who passed while 65% did not pass in terms of cognitive. The Probing Prompting model is designed to help understand and be active in the learning that will be carried out by students. The research method used is Quasi Experiment. The research was conducted at MTS Kifayatul Akhyar. The classes that were sampled were Class VIII-A and VIII-B, totaling 30 people for each class. Data collection techniques were carried out by tests (Pretest and Posttest), and observation. The results showed that there was a significant effect on student learning outcomes using the Probing Prompting model on the human respiratory system material. In the experimental class obtained N-Gain 0.66 (medium category), while in the control class 0.33 (low category). This shows that the average value of the Probing Prompting learning model is higher than the control class. It can be concluded that the Probing Prompting learning model has a positive effect on student learning outcomes on the respiratory system material
Ki-67 protein as a prognostic indicator in ovarian carcinoma
Ki-67 expression is strongly correlated with tumour cell proliferation and growth. It is widely used as a proliferation marker in the routine pathological investigation. The nuclear protein Ki- 67 (pKi67) is recognised prognostic and predictive indicator for the biopsies assessment for cancer patients. Clinically, pKi67 has been revealed to associate with metastasis and the clinical stage of tumours. Furthermore, it has been presented that the expression of Ki-67 is significantly higher in malignant tissues with poorly differentiated tumour cells, as compared with normal tissue. The Ki-67 labelling index plays a vital role as an independent prognostic factor for survival rate, which includes all stages and grade categories. There is an association between the ratios of Ki-67 positive malignant cells and patient survival. This review provides an overview of recent advances in detecting Ki-67 in ovarian carcinoma
