SUBALTERNITAS TOKOH DIAH AYU DAN MAHARANI: ANTARA KUTUKAN DAN SENJATA
The story of “Kutukan Dapur” by Eka Kurniawan presents a colonial setting: Dutch colonialism and postcolonialism in the image of two characters, Diah Ayu and Maharani. Maharani is in patriarchal shackles, which is ingrained in her family life and social structure. Meanwhile, Diah Ayu is in the bonds of Dutch colonialism, which is brought back by the author. Both are in a subaltern position but in different conditions. Based on this description, this research asks two questions which are analyzed using Gayatri Spivak\u27s subaltern theory, (1) what the position of Diah Ayu and Maharani in "Kutukan Dapur" short story, and (2) how the subaltern is constructed through the efforts of the two characters to get out of that position is. The method used is qualitative. The narratives are classified and analyzed to understand the subaltern\u27s position and construction and its resistance efforts. This research indicates that Maharani and Diah Ayu are subalterns of Maharani dominated by patriarchy, while Diah Ayu is dominated by Dutch colonialism. Maharani fought back, but only with an idea or ideas. Unlike Diah Ayu, she is able to fight in a real form. However, as the author, Eka is trapped in a biased construction in addition to gender bias and representation. In subaltern studies, representation is only a tool towards more real domination. The two figures seem to be fighting against the power structure (colonial and patriarchal) but are still trapped in the dominance of the other. The story of “Kutukan Dapur” by Eka Kurniawan presents a colonial setting: Dutch colonialism and postcolonialism in the image of two characters, Diah Ayu and Maharani. PAPER. 2012.
The major problem of this study is to reveal that hallucination can be a
psychotic symptom that caused by many problems based on the structural
elements and to analyze the play based on the psychoanalytic approach.
In analyzing Black Swan the writer uses qualitative method and
psychoanalytic approach. The object of the study is Aronofsky’s Black Swan
released 2010. The writer uses two kinds of data, namely primary and
secondary data source. The primary data is Black Swan. While secondary data
are the other data which have relationship with the study, such as some
biography of the author, the articles from internet, the books and the other
relevant information. The benefit of this study is that the research can enrich

Temperature, Solid Loading and Time Effects on Recovery of Sugar from OPEFB
Biorefinery industry used lignocellulosic biomass as the raw material. Oil Palm Empty Fruit Bunch (OPEFB) is one of Indonesian potential lignocellulosic biomass, which consists of hemicellulose with xylan as the main component. Xylitol production via fermentation could use this xylan since it can be converted into xylose. However, the structure of OPEFB is such that hemicellulose is protected in a way that will hinder hydrolysis enzyme to access it. Considering that hemicellulose is more susceptible to heat than cellulose, a hydrothermal process was applied to pre-treat OPEFB before it was hydrolyzed enzymatically. The aim of the research is to map the effect of temperature, solid loading and time of pre-treatment process to obtain and recover as much as possible accessible hemicellulose from OPEFB. The results showed that temperature gave more significant effect than time and solid loading for glucose recovery of OPEFB residues. While xylose recovery varies greatly with temperature, but solid loading and time gave less significant effect
Truth and justice versus interdependence: competing modes of reconciliation. the case of Maluku, Indonesia
Truth and justice has been applauded as the way to move on from a violent past. Yet, some postconflict societies managed to do so without the presence, or effective presence, of truth commissions and/or human rights trials. The question is why and how. I approach the question by looking at the case of Maluku, Indonesia, where post- communal conflict reconciliation processes took the interdependence path. Looking into the various meanings that Malukans assign to the term rekonsiliasi, as well as at the sites where interdependence is practiced: (1) ceremonial, (2) neighborhood, (3) functional-quotidian, and (4) narrative, I argue that three conditions, combined, allowed Malukans to opt for interdependence instead of truth and justice: (1) provokator narratives, (2) the idea that everyone is complicit, and (3) memories of peace, of being basudara. I also argue that interdependence work through three mechanisms: (1) emphasizing on social roles rather than religious identity, (2) providing space to symbolically display apologies and forgiveness and (3) creating focal points for peace.Ph.D.Includes bibliographical referencesby Diah Kusumaningru

SYSTEMATIC REVIEW: BLOOD GLUCOSE CONCENTRATION DETERMINED FROM VENOUS AND CAPILLARY BLOOD SAMPLE
Abstract: Glucose can be measured as venous plasma or capillary whole blood. Capillary blood is more often used than venous blood in testing blood glucose concentration. Comparison of glucose concentration obtained from capillary blood and venous plasma blood is a wide topic of discussion, it varies the test result. The aim of the present study was to search and review the findings from the scientific published literature studies focusing on blood glucose concentration determined from venous and capillary blood sample. Of the 195 articles retrieved, in the final stage of the eligibility assessment, the remaining 7 studies were included in this review. The data obtained are in the form of descriptive analysis by narrating findings of scientific articles which are then arranged systematically and according to each topic discussed so that a conclusion is obtained that represents the entire content of the review. A good correlation between venous and capillary blood glucose resulted from this review. Although glucometers are useful, caution must be exercised in accepting the results in emergency hypoglycemic and hyperglycemia condition. Clinicians should always correlate the blood glucose reading in glucometers with the clinical findings in taking their management decisions.
