PERAN TIM SUKSES DALAM PEMENANGAN JEFRI MASRUL PADA PEMILIHAN ANGGOTA DPRD PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT TAHUN 2019
Full text linkTim sukses merupakan salah satu faktor untuk mampu memperoleh dukungan secara maksimal. Tim sukses ialah sebuah tim yang dibentuk oleh kandidat, partai politik dan koalisi untuk managemen, merumuskan serta merancang strategi pemenangan dalam pemilu. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti ingin melihat bagaimana peran Tim sukses Jefri Masrul yang berpengaruh dalam kemenangan nya pada Pemilihan Legislatif tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan metode pemilihan informan wawancara dengan purposive sampling. Peneliti menggunakan konsep peran, lalu melihat apakah ada keterlibatan broker politik dan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi tim sukses dalam pemenengan Jefri Masrul menggunakan konsep Marketing Politik dari Nursal, yaitu 3 P (pull Political, Pass Political, dan Push Political). Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa : (a) Peran tim sukses memiliki pengaruh besar dalam pemenangan Jefri Masrul namun adanya keterlibatan broker politik yaitu Ketua Tim Sukses Jefri Masrul yaitu Syahrial juga memberikan dampak yang besar, (b) untuk strategi politik yang dilakukan oleh Jefri Masrul dan tim sukses menekankan konsep mapping dan positioning dalam menjalankan 3 strategi marketing politik, selain itu pendekatan secara personal masing masing pada tim perjorong yang telah dikoordinasikan dan serta lobby politik yang dilakukan oleh tim sukses terhadap tokoh adat dan tokoh masyarakat di Tanah Datar berhasil efektif dalam pemenangan Jefri Masrul, dan yang terakhir (c) keterlibatan kerabat dekat yaitu Ayah Jefri Masrul juga berpengaruh terhadap kemenangannya, karena dalam segi pendanaan untuk pelaksanaan kampanye tim sukses Jefri Masrul di danai oleh beliau. Pada penelitian ini terlihat bagaimana sinkronisasi antara peran tim sukses, broker dan kerabat dekat yang mendukung Jefri Masrul dengan masksimal sehingga berhasil menang dalam pemilihan legislatif tahun 2019.

Customers' perception towards the programs conducted by Majlis Tindakan Ekonomi dan Sosial Bumiputera Melaka / Mashanim Masrul
Full text linkMajlis Tindakan Ekonomi dan Sosial Bumiputera (MTESB) as one of the division under Melaka Chief Minister's Department is to focus on the planning, strategy formulation and implementation the efforts to produce and create a Bumiputera Industrial and Commercial Community (Masyarakat Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Bumiputera (MPPB) ) that is competent moving forward and strong in facing challenges. However since, this organization is a public sector, most of the bumiputera's entrepreneur perception and acceptance towards the programs is somehow low. This is because due to not many of the bumiputera's entrepreneur realize the exact function of this organization. The main purpose of this study is somehow to observe the level of customers' perception towards the programs conducted by MTESB and also the factors influence customer perception which are the service provided, quality of the programs and also customer trust. This research is conducted by using non-probability sampling and the sampling method is convenience sampling. The sampling size is 50 respondents, which consist of those who had participated in the programs. From the finding the factor that the most influence customer perception is customer trust. Based on the finding, some recommendations have been suggested in order to help increase customers' perception
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Full text linkDecision Support System Prototype for PLKN Selection Process is to assist the risk in
selecting an appropriate trainee for PLKN program. This research focuses on selecting
all youth aged 18 in the year according to the criteria that stated by government. Several
criteria are identified and define; 1) Criteria for each camp, 2) Criteria based on gender
at each camp, 3) Criteria for school selection, 4) Criteria based on school activities
(merit). The criteria are represented in form of rules to make sure all the information is
qualified. The inference engine works by selecting rules for testing and then checking if
the condition for that rules are true and match with the condition provided. The
multidimensional arrays are used in to represent certain rules. In completing this
research, system development life cycle and system requirement engineering process
technique are follows. The decision support system helps in making effective and
reliable decisions to select the appropriate candidates. The result of this research is the
list of qualified or eligible candidates for every series of PLKN in selection year. As a
conclusion, this prototype achieved the objectives and succeeds in doing their task for
selection candidates for Program Latihan Khidmat Negara
