The Effect Of Organization Culture, Rewards, Job Satisfaction And Job Stress On Lecturer’s Performance At UIN Ar-Raniry anda Aceh
The purpose of this study was to find out and examine: (1) the lecturer’s performance model built on associative causal relationships between exogenous variables and endogenous variables, (2) the effect of organizational culture to job satisfaction, (3) the effect of rewards to job satisfaction, (4) the effect of organizational culture to job stress, (5) the effect of rewards to job stress,(6) the effect of organizational culture to lecturer’s performance, (7) the effect of rewards to lecturer’s performance, (8) the effect of job satisfaction to lecturers performance, and, (9) the effect of job stress to lecturers performance. The population is all lecturer as many as 486 people. The research sample of 219 people was determined by the Slovin formula. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire with five answer choices. The sampling technique were used proportional random sampling. The instruments were used first tried out to respondent outside the sample to obtain validity and reliability instruments. Validity test uses Product Moment correlation, while to test its reliability with Alpha formula from Cronbach. Before testing the hypothesis, especially before the test is calculated, the requirements of the analysis include: normality data test and regression linearity test.The results showed (1) Obtained the lecturer’s performance model UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, (2) there is positive direct effect of organizational culture to job satisfaction 1,9%, (3) there is positive direct effect of rewards to job satisfaction 1,9%, (4) there is negative direct effect of organizational culture to job stres11,2%, (5) there is negative direct effect of rewards to job stress 2%, (6) there is positive direct effect of organizational culture to lecturer’s performance 7,9% include indirect effect through job satisfaction 0,6% and job stress 1,8%, (7) there is positive direct effect of rewards to lecturer’s performance 2,8% include indirect effect through job satisfaction 0,4% and job stress 0,7%,(8) there is positive direct effect of job satisfaction to lecturer’s performance 1,5%, and (9) there is positive direct effect of job stress to lecturer’s performance 3%.Based on the acceptance of the research hypothesis, it is found a fixed model that describes the structure of causal relationships between organizational culture, rewards, job satisfaction, job stress and lecturer’s performance at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. The organizational behavior has bigger influence than the other variable to lecturer’s performance. The next variable was job stress, rewards, and job satisfaction has lowest influence than the other variable to lecturer’s performance
MANAJEMEN DAUR ULANG SAMPAH MENJADI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN SEDERHANA DI SD NEGERI 22 PEUSANGAN
Sampah merupakan salah satu masalah lingkungan yang sangat besar di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik 2014 (dalam Angga & Djunaidi, 2017) menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia menghasilkan sampah sekitar 187,2 juta ton / tahun dan menempati urutan kedua sebagai penghasil sampah terbesar di dunia. Sampah bukan hanya berasal dari rumah tangga tetapi juga dari lingkungan sekolah. Jika sampah ini dibiarkan, maka hal itu dapat menyebabkan penyakit. Banyaknya sampah ini juga disebabkan oleh ketidakpedulian masyarakat terhadap lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, membutuhkan strategi pengelolaan yang tepat, salah satunya melalui daur ulang. Pelatihan daur ulang sampah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengatasi sampah plastik dan mengembangkan kreativitas guru Sekolah Dasar agar mampu mengolah sampah menjad media pembelajaran sekaligus modal bagi siswa untuk memehami pembelajaran dengan lebih mudah melalui pelatihan daur ulang sampah. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pengamatan lingkungan, identifikasi masalah, penentuan kegiatan pengabdian, koordinasi kegiatan pengabdian dengan calon peserta, pelaksanaan pelatiha. Kegiatan pelatihan daur ulang sampah telah berhasil dan berjalan lancar, mampu mengembangkan kreativitas dan meningkatkan pengetahuan guru terkait pengelolaan sampah
EVALUATION OF THE PRINCIPAL'S LEADERSHIP PROGRAM IN IMPROVING PARENTS' PARTICIPATION IN CHILDREN'S EDUCATION
This study aims to evaluate the principal's leadership program in improving parents' participation in children's education at SDN Inpres Biak, Luwuk Utara sub-district, Banggai district. The main issue raised was the low level of parental involvement in the children's education process, which is thought to be related to the effectiveness of the leadership program implemented by the principal. The research approach used a descriptive evaluative method with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. Data were collected through observations, interviews and questionnaires involving principals, teachers, parents and students. The results showed that the principal's leadership program has positively contributed to increasing parental participation through activities such as regular meetings, parenting training, and cooperation between the school and the community. However, there are still challenges in the consistency of program implementation and the low participation of some parents due to socio-economic factors. This study recommends strengthening communication between the school and parents and improving the capacity of school principals in managing leadership programs based on community participation
Pengaruh Budaya Sekolah, Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Berprestasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Penggerak Jenjang SMP Kabupaten Bireuen
The low quality of education in Indonesia hinders the nation's progress. UNESCO and PISA reports show that Indonesia lags significantly in terms of education and teacher quality. To address this issue, the government has introduced the independent curriculum and the sekolah penggerak. This study aims to analyze the influence of school culture, job satisfaction, and achievement motivation on teacher performance in the Driving School Program at the junior high school level in Bireuen Regency. This quantitative research uses an associative method with a sample of 152 teachers from a population of 246, selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data testing includes normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, using simple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that school culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (t-value 10.079, Sig 0.000). However, job satisfaction (t-value -1.453, Sig 0.148) and achievement motivation (t-value -1.560, Sig 0.287) do not moderate this effect. These findings are crucial for educational policy to focus on strengthening school culture to improve teacher performance. Additionally, programs to enhance job satisfaction and achievement motivation are still necessary to support overall teacher performance
Studi pencegahan cyberbullying pada era digital berbasis kearifan lokal pada Sekolah Menengah Atas di Peusangan, Bireuen
This study examines cyberbullying prevention in schools through a local wisdom approach using qualitative, phenomenological field research. The findings reveal three key aspects: first, local wisdom values are applied through integration into the hidden curriculum, religious activities such as Yasin recitation and Qur’an programs, character-building initiatives, extracurriculars, and school partnerships with religious institutions. An anti-bullying team comprising students, religious teachers, counselors, and other staff also plays a vital role. Second, social skills fostered to prevent cyberbullying include empathy, self-control, cooperation, effective communication, and digital literacy. Third, the local wisdom approach positively impacts students by enhancing their awareness and understanding of cyberbullying, strengthening cultural identity, improving digital literacy, and promoting psychological well-being. These efforts highlight the effectiveness of integrating cultural and religious values to create a holistic strategy for addressing cyberbullying in educational environments.
AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji pencegahan cyberbullying di sekolah melalui pendekatan kearifan lokal dengan menggunakan penelitian lapangan kualitatif fenomenologis. Temuan penelitian mengungkap tiga aspek kunci: pertama, nilai-nilai kearifan lokal diterapkan melalui integrasi ke dalam kurikulum tersembunyi, kegiatan keagamaan seperti pembacaan Yasin dan program Al-Qur'an, inisiatif pembangunan karakter, ekstrakurikuler, dan kemitraan sekolah dengan lembaga keagamaan. Tim anti perundungan yang terdiri dari siswa, guru agama, konselor, dan staf lainnya juga memainkan peran penting. Kedua, keterampilan sosial yang dibina untuk mencegah cyberbullying meliputi empati, pengendalian diri, kerja sama, komunikasi yang efektif, dan literasi digital. Ketiga, pendekatan kearifan lokal berdampak positif pada siswa dengan meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman mereka tentang cyberbullying, memperkuat identitas budaya, meningkatkan literasi digital, dan mempromosikan kesejahteraan psikologis. Upaya-upaya ini menyoroti efektivitas integrasi nilai-nilai budaya dan agama untuk menciptakan strategi holistik untuk mengatasi cyberbullying di lingkungan pendidikan
IMPLEMENTASI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH BERBASIS COACHING DALAM PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU SERTIFIKASI DI SDN 2 MATANGKULI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi akademik berbasis coaching dalam peningkatan kinerja guru di SD Negeri 2 Matangkuli, (2) mengetahui tindak lanjut supervisi akademik berbasis coaching dalam memperbaiki kinerja guru, dan (3) mengetahui refleksi supervisi akademik berbasis coaching dalam mengembangkan strategi peningkatan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek kepala sekolah dan 14 guru bersertifikasi di SD Negeri 2 Matangkuli, Aceh Utara. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik berbasis coaching membantu guru dengan menekankan kolaborasi, memungkinkan eksplorasi strategi pengajaran, memberikan umpan balik spesifik, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, dan menekankan pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa. Tindak lanjut supervisi melibatkan penyusunan rencana tindakan spesifik dan terukur, serta refleksi membantu mengembangkan strategi peningkatan kinerja guru
MANAJEMEN PESERTA DIDIK DENGAN PENDEKATAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING BERBASIS KOLABORATIF DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI SISWA DI SD NEGERI
An independent curriculum is a curriculum that gives teachers the freedom to choose various learning models that will be applied in class and can be adapted to the learning needs and interests of students. One of them is the Project Based Learning learning model. Project Based Learning is a learning activity in the form of creating products or services that are used as a means of mastering competencies. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through a collaborative-based Project Based Learning learning model. The variables in this research consist of the independent variable, namely the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model and the dependent variable, namely student learning outcomes. The data collection technique in this research uses triangulation techniques. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that learning using the Project Based Learning model can improve student learning outcome
Manajemen Project Based Learning dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Abad 21 di Sekolah Penggerak Jenjang Dasar
Abstract: This study aims to analyze Project Based Learning planning, Project Based Learning implementation and Project Based Learning evaluation conducted by SD Negeri 21 Bireuen in improving 21st century skills for students and studying the challenges faced in Project Based Learning management. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection through observation techniques, interviews and documentation review. The research subjects were the principal, deputy principal for curriculum, and two class teachers in Phase C. Research results: 1) Project based learning planning has gone well. The activities start from teacher council meetings, socializing project activities to parents. Planning, including: analysis of material characteristics from learning outcomes, determination of goals, conditions, time, compiling steps of project based learning activities, evaluating learning and making worksheets and 6C skill assessment formats. 2) The application of the Project Based Learning model related to improving 6C skills is going well, judging from the steps of activities used according to the procedures of the Project based learning concept. 3) Project based learning evaluation went well. It can be seen from the acquisition of scores on teacher activities to achieve very good predicates, and 4) The challenges faced are that school principals need teachers to be more creative, require a lot of media, costs and time in implementation, so there needs to be breakthroughs and innovations so that the project runs well.Keywords: Management; Project Based Learning; 21st century skills Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan Project Based Learning, pelaksanaan Project Based Learning dan evaluasi Project Based Learning yang dilakukan oleh SD Negeri 21 Bireuen dalam meningkatkan keterampilan abad 21 bagi siswa serta mempelajari tantangan yang dihadapi dalam manajemen Project Based Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan dua orang guru kelas di Fase C. Hasil penelitian: 1) Perencanaan project based learning telah berjalan dengan baik. Kegiatannya mulai dari rapat dewan guru, mensosialisasikan kegiatan project kepada orang tua siswa. Perencanaan, meliputi: analisis karakteristik materi dari dari capaian pembelajaran, penentuan tujuan, kondisi, waktu, menyusun langkah-langkah kegiatan project based learning, evaluasi pembelajaran dan membuat lembar kerja serta format penilaian keterampilan 6C. 2) Penerapan model Project Based Learning terkait peningkatan keterampilan 6C berjalan baik, dilihat dari langkah-langkah kegiatan yang digunakan sesuai prosedur dari konsep Project based learning. 3) Evaluasi project based learning berjalan dengan baik. Terlihat dari adanya perolehan nilai terhadap kegiatan guru mencapai predikat sangat baik, dan 4) Tantangan yang dihadapi yaitu kepala sekolah perlu guru agar lebih kekreatifan, membutuhkan banyak media, biaya dan waktu dalam pelaksanaannya, sehingga perlu adanya terobosan dan inovasi agar project berjalan dengan baik. Analyzing Brazilian markets using the Global VAR & IIS Approach
This thesis consists of three chapters. The chapters can be read separately, ie there is no predetermined reading order. However, the suggested order follows a linear evolution of the theme. This work expands the work of Barbosa (2017), in his study the author establishes a model for the Brazilian market taking into account the interdependencies between regions using the Global VAR (GVAR) methodology, and uses this model to estimate the elasticity of regional employment in relation to the country’s economic activity. In this study we expand the Barbosa (2017) model on several fronts. First, the study addresses the use of different weight matrices. Traditionally, the weight matrix used in the literature is based on trade weights and bilateral trade between two countries. Barbosa (2017) proposes a weight matrix based on connections between regions, this study in its turn expands these weight matrix allowing the weight matrix to be based not only on connections between regions but also on macroeconomic variables of each region such as GDP, GDP per capita and population. A second innovation is made with the proposal of a new econometric model. This new econometric model is built from the Global VAR model, which is expanded through a saturation with impulse indicators (henceforth called GVAR-IIS). It is worth mentioning that the hypothesis of weak exogeneity remains a requirement for the validity of the GVAR-IIS. For validation of weak exogeneity, the study applies not only the classical tests of weak exogeneity proposed by Granger and Lin (1995) but expands the tests by applying the concept of separability proposed by Hecq et al. (2002). The first part of the study analyzes the original model proposed by Barbosa (2017) using a weight matrix based on connections between cities. The database is expanded to include the period of forecasts that took place between 2016 and 2018. In this chapter we assess how the forecasts behave in the face of the scenario, we also assess the resilience of the regions and the heterogeneity of the responses. In the second part, the GVAR model proposed by Barbosa (2017) is saturated with impulse indicators, this new model is referred as GVAR-IIS. The chapter proposes an estimation procedure for the GVARIIS. The Chapter also presents an empirical exercise in which the new GVAR-IIS model is evaluated together with other models to assess its predictive power. To validate the hypotheses of weak exogeneity, the classical tests proposed by Granger and Lin (1995) are carried out, in which an innovation is the use of the concept of separability proposed by Hecq et al. (2002) to validate the hypothesis of weak exogeneity. Finally, in the third part, the GVAR-IIS model developed in the previous chapter is used together with a weight.Este trabalho utiliza um modelo para o mercado Brasileiro levando em conta as interdependências entre as regiões utilizando a metodologia do Global VAR (GVAR), o estudo é dividido em 3 partes. A primeira parte do estudo analisa o modelo original proposto por (Barbosa, 2017) utilizando uma matriz de peso baseada nas conexões entre cidades. A base de dados é expandida para contemplar o período de previsões ocorridas entre 2016 e 2018. Neste capitulo avaliamos como as previsões se comportam frente ao cenário ocorrido bem como avaliamos a resiliência das regiões e a heterogeneidade das respostas. Na segunda parte, o modelo GVAR é saturado com a indicadoras de impulso, sendo este novo modelo referenciado como GVAR-IIS. O capitulo propõe um procedimento de estimação para o GVAR-IIS. O Capitulo apresenta também um exercício empírico no qual o novo modelo GVAR-IIS é avaliado juntamente com outros modelos para avaliação do seu poder preditivo. Para validação das hipóteses de exogeneidade fraca é realizado os testes clássicos propostos por Granger (1995), em sendo que uma inovação é a utilização do conceito de separabilidade proposto por Hecq (2002) para validação da hipóteses de exogeneidade fraca. Por fim, na terceira parte, o modelo GVAR-IIS desenvolvido no capitulo anterior é utilizado juntamente com uma matriz de pesos baseado na conexões entre cidades ponderada com informações do PIB per-capta.
