Kata Kunci: Perancangan, Motion Graphic,Racism. Rasisme adalah paradigma mengenai kelompok atau golongan yang menerapkan pembedaan ciri-ciri fisik dalam masyarakat. Fenomena rasisme di Indonesia sudah memasuki tahap yang sudahbiasa untuk dilakukan meskipun terkadang mereka tidak menyadari telah melakukan tindakan tersebut seperti yang dikutip dalam BBC Indonesia (2016), beberapa rumah kos di Yogyakarta menyatakan tidak menerima kos untuk etnik Papua.Melihatkondisi tersebut maka diperlukan suatu media informasitentang tindakan rasisme di Indonesia, dan video pembuatanmotion graphic merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengatasitindakan rasisme ini. Motion graphic dipilih karena pada zaman ini masyarakat sudah bisa menerima informasi berbentuk video motion graphic, serta penyampaian pesan yang lebih mudah. Tujuan disusunnya perancangan video motion graphic ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah video motion graphic tentang "Say No To Racism" yang nnatinya dapat dipakai sebagai media untuk menyadarkan tindakan rasisme di Indonesia. Proses pembuatan video motion graphic tentang "Say No To Racism" ini melalui 3 tahapan, yaitu pra produksi, produksi dan paska produksi. Tahap pertama pra produksi penulis melakukan pengumpulan data, data didapatkan melalui referensi dari buku dan internet yang kemudian dianalisis. Setelah itu penulis membuat sinopsis, storyboard, membuat konsep motion graphic, pemilihan lokasi syuting dan pememilihan aktor. Tahapan selanjutnya proses produksi yaitu membuat desain motion dan dilakukannya proses syuting.Tahapan yang terakhir adalah proses paska produksi yaitu proses editing dan desain audio. Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah sebuah video motion graphictentang "Say No To Racism", video ini berdurasi 4 menityang kemudian di tampilkanYoutubedan Instagram serta dijadikan sebagai media untuk mengurangi masalah rasismedi Indonesia

Therefore, herein lies the importance of understanding the moderation of Islam in Indonesia by using research types of literature. In the results it is concluded that Islamic moderation is a form of middle ground without disputing. The history of Islamic moderation cannot be separated from historical figures such as Wali Songo who spread Islam without coercion and still maintain tolerance both religiously and culturally This paper aims to find out about Islamic moderation in Indonesia, as a manifestation of the development of moderate Islam in the era of globalization. Then the author will also explain about: (1) Understanding Moderation in Islam, (2) History of the Development of Islamic Moderation in Indonesia, (3) Figures and Thoughts on Islamic Moderation in Indonesia, (4) Forms of Islamic Moderation in Indonesia. At the end of this paper, the author will also conclude that the relevance of Islam in Indonesia has the concept of Nusantara Islam in which there is tolerance for differences, appreciation that has been made since the beginning, progress with the times, and freedom in decision making in Islamic law

The system is web-based for easy access from anywhere and anytime through any device that has a browser and an internet connection and is created using CodeIgniter and Bootstrap framework, and reports can be converted into the form of a spreadsheet. Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to make a decision support system that makes it easier for Sumberlawang District in terms of determining candidate villages receiving clean water in the area. So that the determination of distribution becomes faster and precise. The system built by the author uses a decision support method that is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). In performing attribute selection, the author uses 4 criteria in determining the selection of water recipient village candidates. The programming language of the author uses the programming language HyperText Preprocessor (PHP). The software that supports in making applications that Macromedia Dreamweaver, Mysql, and Adobe Photoshop. The author in terms of performing performance calculations of the system using Blackbox method by applying the method, then the performance of the application built by the author has a system performance level of 100%. The result of the use of SAW method is the creation of a Decision Supporting System Support System for Water Recipient Village in Sumberlawang Sragen Using Simple Additive Weighting Method which is very helpful to Sumberlawang Sub-District in Determination of Potential of Recipient of Clean Water.Keywords: Decision Support System, SAW Method, Water Distributor

and take over management of the debtor. The aim of this thesis is to find out how
the procedure PD lending to customers. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen Regency,
customer loan disbursement procedures for PD. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen
Regency and to know the management of credit disbursed to the customer after
PD. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen Regency.
Place of research in PD. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen Regency. To obtain
the data required in the preparation of this final project used multiple methods of
data collection analysis, among others: the observation methods, interview
methods, methods of documentation, literature methods. Type of data in this
research using primary and secondary data.
Results of research to know that the procedures and disbursement of credit
to customers in PD. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen been appropriate in the PD
director decisions. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen Number:
581/138/BPR/VIII/2008. In managing credit has been disbursed to clients PD.
Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen need to improve the way credit management because
management did less well with the trend increase in the NPL annually.
The results showed that the analysis procedures and loan disbursement on
PD. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen is good because it has been appropriate in the
PD director decisions. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen Number:
581/138/BPR/VIII/2008. Credit management by the bank management is less well
because of the increase in NPLs. but the author gives an alternative, among others,
granting and withdrawal procedures should be maintained because it was good,
and improving management of the collectibility of the installment credit so
smoothly.

No full textFinal project aims to make hardware and software space heaters as a PID control system automatically controls heating control room and to know the performance of PID control applications using microcontroller ATmega 8535. In designing the PID implementation In Space Heater Control System Based Microcontroller ATMega 8535. The author uses several hardware components that support the operation of this instrument, namely a temperature sensor LM35, optotriac MOC 3021, TRIAC BT136, microcontroller ATMega 8535, as well as a heated indoor measuring 30cm x 30cm x 30cm. For authors use software components to help codevision AVR C programming language, while the facility in microcontroller ATMega 8535 used is the external interrupt 0, timer 0, timer 1, and ADC. With the above design of this tool may be run according to expectations. Performance of PID control system to control this whole space heaters can work well. Results of testing and discussion of PID parameters, shows the value of the temperature within the ideal temperature range hatch eggs. Tujuan: kebisingan merupakan bahaya fisik yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan
kesehatan pendegaran pekerja.Selain itu juga, kebisingan dapat menimbulkan
gangguan psikologis pekerja yang dapat menurunkan produktifitas kerja karena
kebisingan dapat menyebabkan kejenuhan dan kebosanan yang akan menyebabkan
kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja. Tujuan dari peneliti adalah mengetahui tingkat
paparan bising.
Metode: jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif yang artinya penulis mencoba
menggambarkan yang sejelas-jelasnya tentang gambaran tingkat kebisingan di PT.
Aneka Tambang Tbk UBPE Pongkor, Bogor, Jawa Barat khususnya di area
laboratorium.
Hasil: Data yang diperoleh dari observasi ke lapangan langsung, wawancara, dan
studi kepustakaan, kemudian semua data yang diperoleh akan dibandingkan dengan
standart aturan tentang kebisingan yang dibuat oleh PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk UBPE
Pongkor.
Simpulan: Penelitian menunjukan bahwa di perusahaan terdapat faktor bahaya
kebisingan dan telah melaksanakan pemantauan lingkungan kerja terencana sesuai
dengan standar perusahaan .Saran untuk perusahaan adalah pengawasan dan
monitoring secara teratur.

ABSTRAK
NOISE IMPACT AREA LABORATORY IN LABOR AT. ANTAM TBK.
UBPE PONGKOR, BOGOR, WEST JAVA
Purpose: the noise is the physical danger that can lead to health problems hearing
workers.In addition, noise can cause psychological disorders that can decrease worker
productivity work because noise can lead to burnout and boredom will lead to
accidents and occupational diseases. The goal of researchers is to know the level of
exposure to noise.
Methods: the authors use Research is descriptive, meaning the author tried to
describe that as clear as details about picture-noise level in the Various mines of PT
Tbk Pongkor UBPE, Bogor, West Java, especially in the area of the laboratory.
Results: Data obtained from observation into the field immediately, interviewing, and
study, than all the data obtained will be compared with the standar rules about noise
made by PT. Aneka Tambang UBPE Pongkor.
Conclusions: The study shows that there are factors in the company of noise hazards
and have planned to carry out monitoring work environment in accordance with the
standards of the company. Advice to companies is surveillance and monitoring on a
regular basis.

Human dependence on the role of information technology is increasing and this has consequences for long distance communication between devices, which requires users to be authenticated for access rights granted by the system. The problem that arises is the security of data travel during the authentication process, where there is the possibility of leaking account information. This is because communication is done on a public network while accessing resources that require privacy. Therefore we need a network connection that is safe and efficient. Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a network communication technology that allows you to connect to public networks safely and quickly. The VPN used in the solution to this problem is Wireguard. Wireguard is a VPN protocol built with advanced cryptography and makes it extremely fast and secure. The method used by the author in developing this system is PPDIOO which consists of, Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize. And also some supporting tools for the development of the system Unified Modeling Language. By using Wireguard VPN, the expected result is the security of the data sent to be more secure and can connect two remote networks privately using the public internet.Keywords : VPN, Wireguard, Mikroti
