No full textPermainan futsal mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat, permainan ini mendapatkan perhatian yang cukup tinggi baik dikalangan olahraga pendidikan, rekreasi maupun prestasi, dalam pertandingan profesional maupun non profesional sangat penting tingkat kecerdasan emosional untuk menopang keterampilan bermain saat dilapang untuk mengontrol diri sendiri ataupun orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat kecerdasan emosional terhadap tingkat keterampilan bermain atlet futsal Akademi Mayasari Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan instrument angket kecerdasan emosional dan penilaian keterampilan bermain menggunakan instrument GPAI (Games Performance Assessment Instrument). Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet futsal Akademi Mayasari Bandung sebanyak 17 orang dansampelyang digunakan peneliti adalah atlet futsal Akademi Mayasari Bandung sebanyak 17 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kecerdasan emosional terhadap tingkat keterampilan bermain atlet futsal Akademi Mayasari Bandung. Penulis menyarankan kepada para pelatih futsal untuk mengembangkan kemampuan atlet binaannya dengan memperhatikan faktor kecerdasan emosional terhadap seorang atlet dan peneliti selanjutnya perlu diadakan penelitian yang lebih lanjut dengan jumlah variabel yang lebih banyak, agar diperoleh hasil penelitian yang lebih baik dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan dikarenakan masih banyak faktor lain yang bisa mempengaruhi tingkat keterampilan bermain atlet itu sendiri;---The futsal game is experiencing a fairly rapid development, this game gets a high enough attention among sports education, recreation and achievement, in professional and non-professional competitions it is very important the level of emotional intelligence to support playing skills when fielded to control yourself or others.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence to the skill level of playing Mayasari Academy futsal athlete Bandung.The research method used in this research is descriptive research method with emotional intelligence questionnaire and assessment of playing skills using the GPAI instrument (Games Performance Assessment Instrument).The population of this study were 17 Mayasari Academy of futsal athletes in Bandung and the sample used by researchers was Mayasari Academy Bandung futsal athlete as many as 17 people who were selected using total sampling technique.Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there was no significant relationship between the level of emotional intelligence on the skill level of playing Mayasari Academy futsal athletes in Bandung.The author suggests futsal trainers to develop the abilities of their trained athletes by paying attention to the emotional intelligence factor of an athlete and further researchers need to conduct further research with more variable, so that the results of the research are better than the research that the authors do because there are still many other factors that can affect the level of skill of the athlete's own playing
Penyuluhan Hukum Tentang Kekerasan Seksual di SMA Santa Maria Cirebon Secara Daring
No full textMasih adanya anak yang menjadi korban kekerasan seksual menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sanksi pidana pada pelaku kekerasan seksual seperti yang diatur dalam KUHPidana belum berjalan efektif. Pada tahun 2022 Pemerintah sudah mengesahkan Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual yang pengaturannya lebih jelas dan rinci. Sebagai bagian peningkatan pemahaman Siswa-Siswi SMA Santa Maria Cirebon tentang keberlakukan Undang-Undang Tersebut maka perlu dilakukan sosialisasi dalam bentuk penyuluhan hukum secara daring dan hal ini juga dikaitkan dengan proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila SMA Santa Maria Cirebon. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah dengan tahapan pemaparan dari narasumber, tanya jawab, dan pemaparan resume dari siswa-siswi SMA Santa Maria Cirebon sebagai bagian untuk melihat tingkat pemahaman terhadap materi yang sudah disampaikan oleh narasumber. Setelah dilakukan pemaparan tentang definisi, jenis, dan sanksi kekerasan seksual, berdasarkan hasil pemaparan resume siswa-siswi SMA Santa Maria Cirebon ternyata mereka memahami bahwa kekerasan seksual merupakan tindak pidana, sehingga harus diwaspadai terjadinya dan jika menjadi korban atau melihat orang lain menjadi korban kekerasan seksual harus berani untuk melaporkan ke pihak kepolisian dengan bukti-bukti yang kuat untuk menindak tegas pelak

No full textABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul “Kajian Intertekstual dalam Novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta Karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy dengan Novel Surga yang Tak Dirindukan Karya Asma Nadia”. Kajian intertekstual menyatakan hubungan karya sastra yang satu dengan yang lain. Hasil yang ditemukan, novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta dan novel Surga yang Tak Dirindukan memiliki persamaan tema, yaitu keduanya membahas perjalanan tiga tokoh utama, yaitu Fahri, Aisha, dan Maria pada novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta dan tokoh Pras, Arini, dan Mei Rose pada novel Surga yang Tak Dirindukan dan akhirnya berujung pada poligami. Aisha harus rela dipoligami oleh Fahri suaminya karena telah menikahi Maria. Selanjutnya, Arini juga harus rela dipoligami oleh Pras suaminya, yang telah menikahi Mei Rose. Ada juga persamaan penokohan, tokoh laki-laki, yaitu Fahri dan Pras memiliki watak peduli, sedangkan tokoh perempuan, yaitu Aisha dan Arini memiliki watak sabar dan ikhlas. Persamaan latar, khususnya latar waktu. Peristiwa dalam kedua novel tersebut terjadi pada pagi hari, siang hari, sore hari, dan malam hari. Keduanya menggunakan sudut pandang yang berbeda, novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta menggunakan sudut pandang sudut pandang orang pertama, sedangkan dalam novel Surga Yang Tak Dirindukan pengarang menggunakan sudut pandang orang ketiga. Amanat yang disampaikan kedua novel itu bahwa kita harus selalu bersabar. Mengenai alur, keduanya beralur progresif (maju). Kisah cinta sepasang suami istri akhirnya dirobohkan oleh wanita lain. Novel Surga yang Tak Dirindukan, Arini tidak pernah menyangka bahwa Pras akan merobohkan istananya. Dalam novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta, justru Aisha mengizinkan dan mengikhlaskan Fahri untuk menikahi Maria. Dalam novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta, pernikahan Fahri dan Maria sebelumnya diketahui oleh Aisha, sedangkan dalam novel Surga yang Tak Dirindukan, pernikahan Pras dan Mei Rose sebelumnya tidak diketahui oleh Arini.Kata Kunci : Novel, Struktur, Kajian intertekstua

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Penerapan 3A (Atraksi, Aktivitas dan Aksesbilitas) Dalam Wisata Religi Masjid Kapal Bosok (2) Mengetahui Faktor Pendukung dan Faktor Penghambat Penerapan Strategi 3A Dalam Wisata Religi Masjid Kapal Bosok. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Wisata Religi Masjid Kapal Bosok. Dengan Ketua Pengelola dan Ketua Pemuda sebagai informan Kunci dan Anggota Pengelola sebagai informan inti. Penulis menggunakan Metode Deskriptif Kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu Observasi, Wawancara, Catatan Lapangan dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Wisata Religi Masjid Kapal Bosok merupakan destinasi wisata religi yang sudah menerapkan strategi 3A dalam pengembangannya dimana atraksi atau daya tarik yang dimiliki Wisata Religi Masjid Kapal Bosok terletak pada bentuk bangunan dan sejarah. Aktivitas atau kegiatan untuk wisatawan sudah disediakan oleh pengelola dan Aksesbilitas menjadi suatu tingkat kemudahan bagi wisatawan untuk menjangkau lokasi wisata. Namun dalam penerapan dan peningkatkan potensi wisatanya pengelola belum maksimal untuk itu perlu kolaborasi antara pengelola, masyarakat dan pemerintah dalam mengembangkan aktivitas wisatanya.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to: (1) Know how the 3A Implementation Strategy (Attractions, Activities and Accessibility) in the Religious Tourism of the Kapal Bosok Mosque (2) Know the Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors of the Implementation of the 3A Strategy in the Religious Tourism of the Kapal Bosok Mosque. This research was conducted at the religious tourism of the Kapal Bosok Mosque. With the Head of Management and the Head of Youth as Key informants and Management Members as key informants. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, field notes and documentation. The results of the study show that the religious tourism of the Kapal Bosok Mosque is a religious tourism destination that has implemented the 3A strategy in its development where the attraction of the religious tourism of the Kapal Bosok mosque lies in the shape of the building and history. Activities or activities for tourists have been provided by the manager and accessibility is a level of convenience for tourists to reach tourist sites. However, in implementing and increasing the tourism potential, the manager has not been maximized. For this reason, collaboration between managers, the community and the government is needed in developing tourism activities.

PEMANFAATAN BERITA EKONOMI SURAT KABAR RIAU POS DALAM MEMBENTUK OPINI PUBLIK MASYARAKAT KELURAHAN PASAR CERENTI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
No full textSurat kabar merupakan salah satu sumber informasi yang mudah
didapatkan oleh masyarakat guna menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan
terutama dalam informasi. Baik di bidang Politik, Sosial maupun Ekonomi. Oleh
karena itulah, penulis ingin mengetahui lebih dalam tentang manfaat dari
pengguna surat kabar dalam membentuk opini publik bagi masyarakat.
Oleh karena itu, penulis merasa perlu melihat bagaimana informasi
berkaitan dengan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
bagaimana pemanfaatan berita ekonomi surat kabar Riau Pos dalam membentuk
opini publik pada masyarakat Kelurahan Pasar Cerenti Kecamatan Cerenti.
Landasan teori yang digunakan penulis adalah teori Uses and
Gratification dengan itu penulis juga menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data
Wawancara, observasi dan Dokumentasi. Kaitan teori yang penulis gunakan
dengan penelitian ini adalah membahas mengenai harga sebuah produk di
pasaran nasioanal, sebut saja harga sembako, harga kebutuhan masyarakat, dan
bahan komoditi lainnya.
Setelah semua data terkumpul, selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisa dan
diklasifikasikan. Data kualitatif ini sesuai dengan pendekatan yang digunakan
yaitu deskriptif, maka dalam menganalisa data yang berhasil dikumpulkan tidak
digunakan uji statistik melainkan non statistik sesuai dengan penelitian yang
bersifat kualitatif. Jadi, tekhnik analisa data yang digunakan penulis adalah
tekhnik Analisa Deskriptif Kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Pemanfaatan berita ekonomi surat
kabar Riau Pos dalam membentuk opini publik masyarakat Kelurahan Pasar
Cerenti, berdasarkan 15 informan dari masyarakat Kelurahan Pasar Cerenti
mereka memanfaatkan surat kabar Riau Pos sebagai sumber informasi tentang
perekonomian, baik itu harga sembako, bahan yang dibutuhkan masyarakat
seperti emas, cabe, minyak goreng dan kebutuhan lainnya. Dibandingkan dengan

Enhancement of cardiomyogenesis in stem cells by low intensity pulsed ultrasound
No full textLow intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) has been shown to enhance bone and cartilage regeneration from stem cells. Gene expression of angiotensin II type 1 (AT1) receptor can be increased in LIPUS-treated osteoblasts. The AT1 receptor is a known mechanoreceptor in cardiomyocytes. It suggests that LIPUS may enhance cardiomyogenesis via mechanotransduction by increasing AT1 expression. Murine embryonic stem cells (ESCs) were treated daily by 10-min 1MHz LIPUS at spatial-average temporal-peak acoustic intensities of 30 mW/cm2 and 300 mW/cm2 in both continuous and pulsed wave (20% duty cycle) for 10 days. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR), immunocytochemistry, and beating rate were used to evaluate the cardiac viability quantitatively. After the treatment of LIPUS, beating rate of contractile areas and cardiac gene expression, such as α- and β-myosin heavy chain, were improved. Furthermore, no deleterious effects to the development of cardiac proteins were observed. All results suggest that LIPUS stimulation has the capacity of enhancing cardiomyogenesis from embryonic stem cells. With the benefit and the ease in incorporating LIPUS into various culture platforms, LIPUS has the potential to produce cardiomyocytes for clinical use in the future.Published versio

In translation activities, an interpreter returns the contents of a text in another language. This submission is not just a replacement activity, because translation in this case carries out new communication activities through the results of existing communication activities (ie in the form of text), but by paying attention to social aspects when the new text will be read or communicated. In translating concepts and translation procedures, it is necessary to produce appropriate and acceptable translations. This study aims to find out the types of translations of English articles into Indonesian and also through the translation procedures from the Lightning by Danielle Steel novel and thetranslation of the Flash Enchanting. The data obtained are explained using the descriptive method of pliers given by Sudaryanto (1993). then there are two factors that include in the procedure of delivery of the goods,
namely the internal factors such as price negotiation, the limitations of the

HYPOCRISY AMONG THE UPPER CLASS IN OSCAR WILDE’S LADY WINDERMERE’S FAN (1892): A SOCIOLOGICAL APPROACH
No full textThe objective of the study is to analyze the play based on its structural analysis and based on sociological analysis. This study is a qualitative study. The object of the study is Oscar Wilde’s Lady Windermere’s Fan played for the first
time in 1892 in London. The data sources are divided into two, namely primary data source and secondary data source. The primary is the play itself and the secondary data
source is other sources relating to the analysis such as the author biography, books of literary theory and also sociological books. The method of data collection is
library research. The technique of data analysis is descriptive analysis. The conclusions of the study are as follows. First, based on the structural analysis, it is evident that in this play, Oscar Wilde suggests the idea that the upper class tends to be hypocritical. In order to illustrate the idea, Wilde creates such characters as Mr. Dumby and Duchess of Berwick who get difficulty in
accepting things as they are. Second, based on the sociological analysis Wilde through Lady Windermere’s Fan play reflects the condition in that time especially the condition of the upper class society and also as the document of the history in the end of the nineteenth century.
