No full textDeletion of the terminal part of long arm of chromosome 4 is a condition characterized by facial dysmorphisms, cardiac and limb defects, and developmental delay. Deletions usually involve the terminal part of the chromosome and most frequently are interstitial. Here, we report a de novo interstitial deletion resulting in a microdeletion of 6.9 Mb involving 4q31.3-q32.1 segment, detected by SNPs-Array technique in a 4-year-old female showing severe speech delay, mild facial dysmorphisms, and joint laxity. Phenotype-genotype relationships looking at the genes involved in this part of the chromosome were also carried out and data compared with those previously described

No full textIn the literature there are more and more works dealing with cyberbullying and adolescents’ perception of this phenomenon. In particular, we are interested in cyberbullying and the effects of cyberbullying on adolescent life. What is more, in 2020 the impact of COVID-19 has increased the digital presence of cyberbullying behaviours. This phenomenon is extremely complex, since it is multicomponential and multifactorial, and many components act on it. Starting with an analysis of the literature, this work offers
preliminary data towards the validation of a self-reporting questionnaire; it was administered to 650 adolescents, to evaluate their perceptions of the victims of cyberbullying. The questionnaire consisted of 33 items; Principal Component Analysis was applied, which identified the dimensions resuming the items’ variability. The findings confirmed the multidimensional nature of the issue covered by the questionnaire and highlighted three psychological dimensions: Internalisation, Counterbalance and Marginalisation. The resultssupport the structure of the questionnaire, useful to quickly collect information about adolescents’ perception of cybervictimisation. The assessment of this information might help teachers, educators, and tutors to formulate targeted interventions to combat the spread of cyberbullying aimed for example at

Material composto de textos e fotos inéditas, cuja marca é a multiplicidade de forma e conteúdo, esta leitura aponta para os usos da escrita de si e da intertextualidade entre o público e o privado, como um jogo de máscaras, uma autoficção a que a arquivista recorre, para assim compor sua persona, seja levando para os palcos dados de sua vida pessoal, seja trazendo de lá elementos para seu autoarquivamento

Sucessão nas redes sociais: tutela jurisdicional dos dados on-line do de cujus

Direito.Tendo como foco a sucessão post mortem dos dados sem valor econômico existentes no ciberespaço, o presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso analisou a possibilidade de afirmação de um direito de acesso e armazenagem de dados privados do de cujus por parte de seus sucessores. O método de pesquisa utilizado foi o dedutivo e o procedimento bibliográfico e documental. Em um primeiro momento, analisou-se a dinâmica dos avanços tecnológicos, bem como as mudanças iniciadas pela Revolução Tecnológica, que influenciaram o surgimento e crescimento do ambiente que se habitou chamar de ciberespaço, além da importância que a criação de comunidades virtuais teve nesse processo. Em seguida, fez-se uma análise sobre a adaptação do Direito à nova realidade, de modo geral e também com foco no Direito Hereditário, para, depois, constatar os obstáculos para a devida regulamentação sucessória do legado digital e a possibilidade de aplicação da legislação referente à proteção de propriedade intelectual. Em seguida, analisou-se as principais disposições constantes nas políticas de uso de provedores de e-mail e de redes sociais. Por fim, após traçar as principais lacunas legislativas com referência ao tema, constatar a importância de uma tutela legislativa efetiva e apresentar projeções legais de tutela, concluiu-se que não existe óbice legislativo para a inclusão de direitos reais de acesso e administração de conteúdo em codicilo do usuário. Da mesma forma, não há por que, na falta deste, os familiares não terem seu direito de acesso e armazenagem reconhecido. Tal reconhecimento diminuiria a responsabilidade e os encargos dos provedores de serviços on-line e, consequentemente, tornaria seus termos mais flexíveis e menos rigorosos, facilitando o processo de obtenção dos dados. Acerca do receio quanto a privacidade do morto, concluiu-se, ainda, que mesmo que alguns fragmentos dos direitos de personalidade sobrevivam à morte da pessoa humana, não haveria interesse para os legitimados pleitearem a proibição de acesso ou exclusão de dados, uma vez que seriam justamente aqueles contemplados com o direito de acesso na sucessão legítima
Salão de poses: retrato, fotografia e moda em Machado de Assis

Por outro lado, quais teorias sobre a pose sua ficção solicita? Ao procurar responder estas perguntas, e por entender que a pose é uma noção central para analisar a literatura machadiana, estou sugerindo a tese de que Machado entende a própria ficção como pura exterioridade e aparência, e assim fantasmagoria, captando então, ainda no século XIX, o que Guy Debord chamou, décadas mais tarde, de  sociedade do espetáculo . Em outras palavras, a literatura de Machado deve sugerir, solicitar ou mesmo oferecer, anacronicamente, uma teoria contemporânea para refletir sobre a imagem. Isso porque, em sua ficção, a pose mobiliza uma verdadeira constelação de conceitos; ela pode ser refletida no retrato, na fotografia e também na moda, exigindo portanto posições analíticas variadas. Em suma, Machado parece nos dizer que a passagem pela noção de pose é não apenas indispensável para refletir sobre sua ficção; mais do que isso, tal passagem apresenta consequências determinantes para repensar o lugar de sua ficção na sociedade contemporânea e, dessa maneira, relativizar grande parte das conclusões feitas a respeito de sua obra nos últimos anos.Abstract : How does Machado de Assis' fiction theorizes about the idea of pose? On the other hand, which theories his fiction requests in relation to a concept of pose? In seeking to answer these questions, and assuming that the pose is a central notion to analyze Machado's literature, I am suggesting the thesis that Machado understands his own fiction as both pure externality and appearance, and so phantasmagoria, then capturing in the nineteenth century what Guy Debord would call the "society of the spectacle" decades later. In other words, Machado's literature could suggest, ask or even offer, anachronistically, a contemporary theory to reflect about the concept of image. This is because, in his fiction, the pose mobilizes a real constellation of concepts; it may be reflected in picture, photography and also in fashion and costumes, therefore requiring different analytical positions. In short, Machado seems to tell us that the passage through the notion of pose is not only indispensable to reflect about his fiction: more than that, such a passage has major implications for rethinking the place of his fiction in contemporary society and, thus, for a large relativization of many conclusions made about his work in recent years
O Código da Vinci: diálogos e ruídos entre teologia e literatura

Programa de Pós-Graduação em LiteraturaA presente pesquisa tem como objeto de análise o livro O Código Da Vinci, de Dan Brown, e objetiva demonstrar que os livros surgidos na esteira de seu sucesso confundem o que é literatura e o que é teologia na referida obra. A pesquisa divide-se em três movimentos, denominados e delimitados sugestivamente por códigos que norteiam o presente trabalho: 1) Bíblia e Literatura; 2) O Código da Crítica; 3) O Código do leitor. No primeiro realizam-se aproximações dentro dos estudos comparados entre Bíblia e Literatura, principalmente a partir da Teopoética, e aborda-se a literatura de entretenimento discutindo o que é literatura culta e o ue é #subliteratura#. No segundo, analisa-se a crítica literária a partir de discussão sobre o casamento de Jesus com Madalena, em seguida avalia-se as subversões geradas na recepção de O Código Da Vinci e busca-se possíveis explicações ao conflito: o que é literatura e o que é teologia na abordagem de livros desse gênero. Por fim, o terceiro movimento corresponde à Estética da Recepção. Apresenta-se como jornais, revistas e sites receberam a narrativa em questão e, posteriormente, analisa-se as atividades desencadeadas por leitores de O Código Da Vinci a partir de comentários que estes fazem em jornais, revistas e site Orkut. The present study analyzes Dan Brown#s The Da Vinci Code in order to show that books published after the success of Brown#s novel do not properly distinguish literature from theology therein. This research is divided into chapters, suggestively entitled and delimited by codes guiding the present work: 1) Bible and Literature; 2) The Critics# Code; 3) The Reader#s Code. The first chapter depicts the similarities of compared studies between the Bible and Literature, mainly from the perspective of Theopoetics; it also approaches entertaining literature, and discusses the concepts of cultured literature and #subliterature#. The second chapter analyzes literary criticism, departing from the discussion about the marriage of Jesus and Mary Magdalene; next, it evaluates the conflicts generated in the reception of The Da Vinci Code, and seeks possible explanations to the following conflict: what is literature and what is theology in the approach of this book genre. Finally, the third chapter corresponds to the Aesthetics of Reception. It shows how newspapers, magazines and websites received the referred narrative, and later analyzes the activities carried out by readers of The Da Vinci Code as evidenced in their comments in newspapers and magazines and on the Orkut website
