No full textABSTRAKAsma merupakan penyakit yang tidak dapat disembuhkan tapi dapat dikendalikan. Asma dapat dikendalikan dengan pengelolaan yang dilakukan secara lengkap, tidak hanya dengan pemberian terapi farmakologis yaitu dengan cara pemberian obat-obatan anti inflamasi tetapi juga menggunakan terapi nonfarmakologis yaitu dengan cara mengontrol gejala asma. Olahraga pernapasan merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengontrol gejala asma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas olahraga pernapasan terhadap penurunan gejala asma pada penderita asma di Lembaga Seni Pernapasan Satria Nusantara Cabang Medan. Desain penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen one group. Sampel sebanyak 7 orang, pengambilan sampel dengan teknik perposive sampling yaitu sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 7 Juni 2009 sampai 5 Juli 2009. Olahraga pernapasan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara teratur selama 120 menit per sesi dengan frekuensi 2-3 kali seminggu selama 1 bulan. Pada seluruh responden dilakukan observasi gejala asma mingguan dan bulanan sebelum dan sesudah olahraga pernapasan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data dengan uji paired t-test menunjukkan adanya perbedaan gejala asma mingguan dan bulanan sebelum dan sesudah olahraga pernapasan. Hasil penelitian adanya penurunan gejala asma yang signifikan setelah olahraga pernapasan secara teratur.Kata kunci: Olahraga pernapasan, gejala asma, asma.ABSTRACTAsthma is an uncurable but controllable disease. Asthma can be controlled with comprehensive management, not only by giving farmacologic therapy i.e. antiinflamation drugs but also use non farmacology therapy i.e. controlling asthma symptoms. Respiratory exercise is one way to control asthma symptoms. The study aims to identify respiratory exercise effectivity for decrease of asthma symptom in Lembaga Seni Pernapasan Satria Nusantara Cabang Medan (Art of Institute of Respiratory Satria Nusantara branch Medan). the research design is one group quasy experiment. The sample was 7 people with sampling technique used purposive sampling according to research inclusion criterion. The study was conducted between 7th June and 5th July 2009. The respiratory exercise in the study was regularly implemented for 120 minutes each session and 2-3 times weekly for a month. It was implemented weekly and monthly observation of asthma symptom for all respondents pre and post respiratory exercise. According to the result of data analysis with paired t-test show the difference monthly and weekly asthma symptom pre and post respiratory exercise. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Full text linkTechnology on drying systems becoming more advanced for the preparation of qualitydehydrated food product continuously optimize the power level above a target value. Typical drying curves occurs in high drying rate which leads to quality damage based on the texture and color. To overcome the issues, the vacuum far infrared system is being proposed that is being assumed to get the optimum in terms of product quality, energy usage and drying time. The aim of this work was to investigate the vacuum far infrared drying towards Aquilaria Subintegra leaves. Leaves is subjected with different drying temperature (40, 50 and 60°C), to investigate the effect towards the drying kinetics, color and the quality of the leaves. The shortest time taken for constant 70% moisture content within wet basis is 15 minutes for 60°C, followed by 30 minutes for 50°C while 40°C does not give significant constant moisture content reading. Drying temperature also affecting the moisture ratio which the higher the temperature, the reduced the drying time to bring moisture ratio to constant. The drying rate which the higher the temperature, the higher the drying rate. It is observed the longer the drying time, L* decreases, a* and b* increases. The browning effect occurs faster for higher drying temperature. As drying time increases, the color degraded significantly as well as the texture become crumpled and drier. The effect is faster as the higher drying temperature. However, the total color difference, chroma and hue angles values were similar at the end of processing for all temperatures

Full text linkThis paper summarizes a detailed computational study of behavior of Vivaldi antenna. The design, construction and characterization of the Vivaldi antenna implemented by using two (2) different substrates which is RT/Duroid 5880 and FR4. Generally, Vivaldi antenna is usually constructed on copper films on low permittivity low loss substrates such as RT/Duroid.m There were some modifications towards the antenna was carried out to improve its performance. At the end of project, a tapered slot Vivaldi antenna that operates from 2 to 10.6 GHz is produced which is fulfill the UWB frequency range. The simulation has been conducted to study the effect of the different substrate towards its performance and also find the most optimized substrate and characteristic of the antenna. Simulation reveals that the antenna has satisfactory operating frequency band which acceptable amplitude of S-Parameter. The simulated results are presented

The course offers a temporary position at the working environment for a base time of twenty-four weeks. My vital and enlightening twenty-four weeks stretch of mechanical preparing started here at 2SB Agency, the takaful insurance agency that works under AIA Public Takaful Bhd. My industrial training venture began on first March 2021 and finish on 13th August 2021. The principal objective for this industrial training is to open understudies to get work information, foster work abilities, acquire insight, and work esteems at a working environment in an association. In this manner, the understudy can intellectually and truly plan for the workspace. Next is to foster self-potential, self-awareness, and qualities as far as trustworthiness, inventiveness, scholarly abilities, work employability abilities, work capabilities, business venture abilities, and individual abilities. 2SB Agency was set up toward the beginning of March 2019, it is a recently conceived organization as it works for around two years. Thus, it will be a difficult assignment for me. This office is situated at Ipoh, Perak. This organization was made under AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd. which is mutually possessed by AIA Bhd., Public Bank Berhad and Public Islamic Bank Berhad. This organization is focused on offering the right Shariah arrangements in assisting their clients with setting up life's vulnerabilities and to get their monetary and insurance needs. The advantage that I can acquire from here is this organization gives a remittance to the student. While working at 2SBAgency, I have apportioned at the organization division as a clerical specialist, and I acquired a great deal of useful information identified with the actuarial working field like Adobe Illustrator (Ai), and Visual Basic for Application (VBA). Other than working, I have known a lot of incredible individuals and take in heaps of stuff from them. Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
