    RESUMEN El presente proyecto de investigación denominada “ACTIVIDADES DE LA CADENA DE VALOR DE LA PRODUCCIÓN ZEA MAYZ L EN LA PROVINCIA DE SAN PABLO PARA LA EXPORTACIÓN DE HARINA DE MAIZ MORADO A LA CIUDAD DE MIAMI EE-UU 2017” presenta por objetivo general establecer las actividades primarias y de apoyo de la cadena de valor en los productores de la provincia de San Pablo de Zea Mayz, para la producción y exportación de Harina de Maíz Morado a la ciudad de Miami - EE.UU 2017, los objetivos específicos establecidos son elaborar un diagnóstico situacional de la cadena de valor en los productores de Zea Mayz en la provincia de San Pablo, elaborar propuestas de mejora de la cadena de valor en la producción de Zea Mayz en la provincia de San Pablo, elaborar un plan de negocio para la producción y exportación de Harina a base de Zea Mayz, producido en la provincia de San Pablo. Los resultados obtenidos al aplicar un diagnóstico de la situación de la producción de los productores son. el rango de edad de la mayoría de productores se encuentra entre los 42 a másaños, el nivel de formación no supera el nivel secundario, el promedio de hectáreas destinadas es de 1.5 alcanzando un total de 32 hectáreas destina a la producción con un promedio de rendimiento de 500 a 600 kg por hectárea, el proceso de cosecha es anual, se utiliza semillas mejoradas, el riego es tecnificado, el proceso de siembra es tecnificado, el abono de las plantas es orgánico, el tipo de riego es por aspersión, el principal riesgo son las plagas, la comercialización se realiza en el mercado regional. Plan de negocio de exportación de harina de maíz morado es viable al presentar un de S/. VAN S/. 178,456.43 TIR de 30 %, la inversión total del proyecto es de S/.268,430.91. PALABRAS CLAVE: maíz.
