    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model alat bantu latihan yang berbasis android sebagai media melatih untuk memudahkan para pelatih futsal dalam menerangkan materi pada saat latihan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan model (R&D) dengan pedoman pengembangan model Sugiyono Penelitian model Sugiyono ini memiliki tahapan yang lebih sederhana dan rinci dalam setiap tahapannya. Rumusan Masaalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana cara membuat model latihan defense futsal (man to man) berbasis aplikasi android dan bagaimana kelayakan model latihan defense futsal (man to man) berbasis aplikasi android. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat model latihan defense man to man berjumlah 15 model yang telah diuji oleh ahli. hasil dari penelitian pengembangan model ini menampilkan model latihan ke dalam aplikasi dalam bentuk video animasi. Kata Kunci: Model latihan, defense, man to man, berbasis aplikasi android. ABSTRACT This study aims to develop an android-based training aid model as a training medium to make it easier for futsal coaches to explain material during training. The research method used in this study is a research and development model (R&D) with the latest development model Sugiyono. Sugiyono's research model has simpler and more detailed stages in each stage. The problem formulation of this research is how to make a futsal defense training model (man to man) based on an android application and how the feasibility of a futsal defense training model (man to man) based on an android application. In this study, there is a human defense training model that has been tested by 15 models that have been tested by experts. the result of developing this model displays the training model into the application in the form of an animated video.     ABSTRAK Karakter merupakan nilai-nilai prilaku manusia yang berhubungan dengan budaya dan adat istiadat. Media audio visual yaitu salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk menyampaikan cerita pada anak guna membantu mengembangkan karakter anak usia dini Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiamana peranan guru dalam membentuk karakter anak usia dini melalui media audio visual di Taman Kanak-kanak Ulul Azmi way huwi Lampung selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian 1 guru dan 16 peserta didik. Alat pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan reduksi, display dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dapat dilihat bahwasanya karakter anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-kanak Ulul Azmi way huwi mulai berkembang, dapat dilihat dari kondisi anak yang mulai berkembang (MB) 8 anak Dari 16 anak. penulis meyimpulkan bahwa peran guru dalam membentuk karakter anak usia dini melalui media audio visual di Taman Kanak-kanak Ulul Azmi way huwi yaitu sebagai: sumber belajar, fasilitator, pengelola, demonstrator, pembimbing, motivator, evaluator, dapat membentuk karakter Anak usia dini melalui kegiatan menonton cerita dengan memperhatikan langkah-langkah dan indikator pencapaian yang sesuai dengan perkembangan karakter anak usia dini Kata Kunci: Media Audio Visual, Membentuk Karakter, Peran Guru iii ABSTRACT Character is human behavioral values related to culture and customs. Audio visual media is one of the learning media that can be used to convey stories to children to help develop the character of early childhood. This research aims to find out the role of teachers in forming the character of early childhood through audio visual media at the Ulul Azmi Way Huwi Kindergarten. South Lampung. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach with research subjects of 1 teacher and 16 students. The data collection tools that researchers use are observation, interviews and documentation. Data was analyzed qualitatively using reduction, display and drawing conclusions. From the results of the research carried out by the author, it can be seen that the character of early childhood children at the Ulul Azmi Way Huwi Kindergarten is starting to develop, it can be seen from the condition of the children who are starting to develop (MB) 8 children out of 16 children. The author concludes that the role of teachers in forming the character of early childhood through audio-visual media at the Ulul Azmi Way Huwi Kindergarten is as: learning resource, facilitator, manager, demonstrator, mentor, motivator, evaluator, can form honest, cooperative, and responsibilities for early childhood through the activity of watching stories by paying attention to the steps and achievement indicators that are appropriate to the character development of early childhood.     Control of herbicide resistant Limnocharis flava (L.) Buchenau using herbicides mixtures

    Limnocaris flava (L.) Buchenau (Yellow bur head) is an important broadleaf weed in rice fields (Azmi 2003). This weed spreads throughout South East Asia especially in the rice crop (Azmi 2003). It has been reported resistance to 2,4-D and metsulfuron methyl in Indonesia and Malaysia respectively (Heap 2005). Herbicide mixture may help to prevent resistance problem as well as shifts in weed population which is always associated with the use of a single herbicide (Wrubel and Gressel 1994). Little study has been conducted to determine the effect of herbicide combination to control biotype resistant of L. flava in Malaysia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bensulfuron-methyl, bentazon sodium/MCPA dimethyl, singly or in combination on resistant biotype of L. flava. A field experiment has been conducted in 2006 at weed experimental Plot, MARDI Stesyen, Seberang Prai, Penang, Malaysia to control herbicide resistance biotype of Limnicharis flava (L.) Buchenau using bensulfuronmethyl and bentazon sodium/MCPA dimethyl. The 5 weeks old plants were treated with single herbicide or a combination of the two herbicides. The herbicide rates used were half of recommended rate, recommended rate and double recommended rate. The results shows that bentazon-sodium/MCPA dimethyl at the recommended (0.74 kg a.i/ha) or higher rates alone controlled biotype R of L. flava effectively. Bensulfuron-methyl alone at all rates did not control L. flava. Of all tank-mix combination treatments of bentazon sodium/MCPA dimenthyl and bensulfuron-methyl, three antagonistic and six additive joint actions were observed

    Chemical weed control in direct seeded rice: the evaluation of selected herbicides for phytotoxicity to the rice plant

    The phytotoxic effect of 2,4-D amine, 2,4-DIBE-butachlor, butachlor, benthiocarb and molinate on rice plants were assessed. Applications of the herbicides at different time resulted in severe phytotoxicity when applied before seeding. Early postemergent applications were also generally phytotoxic, adversely affecting plant growth and grain yield. Late applications 8 to 10 weeks after seeding were least injurious.     Keberhasilan pendidikan karakter di sekolah/madrasah ditentukan oleh manajemennya, khususnya manajemen pendidikan karakter. Manajemen pendidikan karakter yaitu usaha yang terencana untuk menjadikan peserta didik mengenal, peduli dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai agar peserta didik mampu menumbuhkan karakter khasnya yang terdiri dari proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. MAN 1 Brebes dan MAN 2 Brebes merupakan lembaga pendidikan formal jenjang menengah negeri dibawah naungan Kementerian Agama yang ada di kabupaten Brebes. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen pendidikan karakter siswa MAN 1 Brebes dan MAN 2 Brebes. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dari teknik tersebut di analisis dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi (kesimpulan). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diperoleh temuan-temuan bahwa penyelenggaraan pendidikan karakter MAN 1 Brebes dan MAN 2 Brebes dilakukan secara terpadu pada setiap kegiatan sekolah melalui tiga jalur utama, yaitu (1) terpadu melalui kegiatan Pembelajaran, (2) terpadu melalui kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler, dan (3) terpadu melalui kegiatan pembudayaan dan pembiasaan. Manajemen pendidikan karakter siswa MAN 1 Brebes dan MAN 2 Brebes terdiri dari: (1) perencanaan pendidikan karakter; (2) pengorganisasian pendidikan karakter; (3) pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter; dan (4) pengawasan pendidikan karakter. Perencanaan pendidikan karakter meliputi perencanaan pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan kegiatan pembudayaan dan pembiasaan.     Family's Messengers Stories of Ulul Azmi in The Quran (A Thematic Interpretation)

    This thematic study has based on the verses about the stories (Qaṣaṣ), the kind is the story of the Ulul Azmi messengers. Ulul Azmi messengers are the five prophets who were special by Allah as in Q.46:35, Q.33:7, and Q.42:13. They are messengers who have the high determination and patience in fighting for the Allah’s religion. A messenger was a usual people who certainly lives in a family, they have parents, wives, and children. Whether the special degree that they get was also supported by family support or even their own family which be test for themselves, because defiance or denial of the Allah law. So, how does the Quran explained their family stories and their position as part of a family? This question will be tried to be answered in this thesis research. The research method is the thematic method (Mauḍū‘ī Method) which is presented based on the description and analysis of the Quran’s verses about family’s messengers stories of ulul azmi as primary data, would be taking from the interpretations of several commentaries book collected and then analyzed carefully by author, after that complement data from histories books and stories of the prophets books and other related readings. Family’s messengers stories of Ulul Azmi becomes interesting because their family members were not fully obedient people. The Prophet Nuh was preached for 950 years but only a few of people were believers, and among those who did not believe were his wife and child. The Prophet Ibrahim has a father who a carver of idol and he had to awaken his father to follow a straight path, but his father was still stubbornly opposed. Then, Ibrahim married Sarah, then remarried a slave named Hajar. From Hajar he obtained a child named Ismail and from Sarah even they were old, God gave Ishaq to them. And all of the prophets after Ibrahim came from the generations of Ismail and Ishaq. The Prophet Musa, a baby born in the age of a boy must be killed, but Allah gave inspiration to his mother to make a chest and wash it in the Nile, until the chest beyond the king’s unjust palace, he was even cared and becomes king’s foster son. He fled to Madyan, and then he married a shepherd girl. The Prophet Isa was born from the holy girl was a servant of Baitul Maqdis, since his birth his mother had been bombarded with various heinous accusations because puerperal a baby without marriage, so Isa who was still in the cradle spoke and explained to his peoples to defend his mother. The Prophet Muhammad tested when his wives demanded more shopping, and he could only leave them for one month until the verse came down to this problem. There are some verses of the Quran concerned his wives, they are Khadijah, Aishah, Hafṣah, and Zainab. Based on the results of analysis was getting family’s messengers stories of Ulul Azmi that not all of them was obedient people, some were pious and some were disbelieved to died. Each family’s messengers stories tucked many valuable lessons, about the piety of the parents who descend to their children, family relations in hereafter, family functions, responsibilities as parents, the good children, to obedience and betrayal of a wife.     The Problems of Socio-Cultural Community in Patani and Penang: A Comparative Study

    There are different socio-cultural in a society. Socio-cultural is a lifestyle and civilization for some society, born from the grip and tendency of community member in various fields of life, to give satisfaction and stimulate the development of community life. Diversity of perception and socio-cultural is one of the stem that led to the conflict. This is one convention that is already known to the public equally there is a conflict with humans or nature. Everything is becoming common place of human life. But what is true in a society has received attention by the authors in exposing matters of human problems or crisis faced by the community. In this paper we will discuss the problem of socio-cultural force in Patani and Penang society in Montri Sriyong’s novel and Azmi Iskandar Merican’s novel. To discuss this problem, two novels from Thailand and Malaysia was chosen as the corpus of analysis, namely Rusni (2012) and Aci Patmabi (2012) by Azmi Iskandar Merican. Montri Sriyong is the winner of SEA WRITE AWARD in 2007 and Azmi Iskandar Merican is a new comer writer who has colored the world of creative writing in Malaysia. Both novels express Malay socio- cultural community. Various problems and chaos that has prevailed in the society so as to bring the various conflicts faced by people who are forced together in Patani and Penang. Scope of this paper will examine whether the causes that give rise to stem the outbreak of Malay socio-cultural communities in Patani and Penang. Cultural studies theory used as a platform to study these novels. The theory of cultural studies that serve as the foundation lead to cultural element in the form of literary works, as there are cultural objects, ways of life and beliefs. The berthing process of a vessel depends on many factors, such as vessel engine, winch power, weather and must pay attention for setting tross rope to make sure that vessel can berth in good condition, because problems can cause damage for vessel and environment. The things to be concerned so that berthing process can progress optimally is by avoiding and minimizing factors that caused berthing process cannot be optimal. Based on the author’s experience during sea project on the MT.Pegaden, there are a lot of problems that happen during berthing process in Single Buoy Mooring Balongan, so the author was interested in observing and analyzing factors that caused berthing process cannot be optimal using two methods, there are fishbone analysis to map the problems and Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) method as a problem solving strategies. The use of fishbone analysis is to map the cause factors of berthing process not to be optimal, it is divided into 6 parts there are machine, method, material, man, milieu and measure. After divided into 6 part based on the cause from internal factor and external factor used IFAS and EFAS, it is followed by implementation of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) method to combine the results in order to get the most effective strategy so that the berthing process can be optimal.     Implementation of Oversight by the National Land Agency Against Officials Making Land Deed Who Commits Violations in Padang City Based on Ministerial Regulation Number 2 Year 2018

    In state life, everyone has the same rights before the law. Even so, it does not mean that everyone is free to do anything, everything has a rule of law which if violated will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the rules that govern. In other words the law must be upheld in order to create a harmonious life. Enforcement of the law is no exception for Land Deed Making Officials, Land Deed Making Officials can also be subject to sanctions if they violate the rule of law. Therefore, in carrying out their duties, the Land Drafting Officer must obtain supervision so that he does not violate his position. With the Ministerial Regulation Number 2 of 2018 concerning Development and Supervision of Land Deed Making Officials, Land Deed Making Officials must be guided by these rules, so that they can carry out their duties properly. However, when the Land Deed Making Official violates the rules, it is possible to impose sanctions on the Land Deed Making Official, such as a respectful dismissal, an honorable dismissal, a temporary dismissal, or even with a written warning. The method used in this study is the Empirical Method which is analyzed qualitatively. To strengthen the research results, interviews were conducted with relevant parties at the research location. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the Head of the Regional Office of the National Land Agency / Head of the Land Office has the authority to conduct guidance and supervision of Land Deed Making Officials, where the Head of the Regional Office of the National Land Agency / Head of the Land Office establishes the Supervisory Board and Guidance of Land Drafting Officials to help convey and explain the policies stipulated by the Minister regarding the implementation of his duties as Land Deed Making Officials. Then despite the enactment of Permen Number 2 of 2018, but the law enforcement is not as expected. Land Deed Making Officials who are facing legal problems seem to struggle alone without supervision from the Board of Trustees and Supervisors of Land Deed Making Officials. Even Land Deed Making Officials who have already been convicted did not get sanctions from the National Land Agency or Board of Trustees and Supervisory Land Deed Making Officials. In other words, there is no supervision over the Acting Author of the Land Deed.
