Sehingga menimbulkan masalah bagaimana kepastian hukum kewenangan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat dalam menyelesaikan sengketa pasar modal dan bagaimana tata cara pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh BAPEPAM-LK bagi pelanggar pasar modal sebelum pengadilan negeri berwenang dalam menyelesaikan sengketa pasar modal. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode penelitian normatif didukung data wawancara. Data penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pengadilan Tidak mempunyai wewenang dalam menyelesaikan kasus Jan Abdul Malik melawan PT MNCTV. Hal tersebut dikarenakan gugatan tersebut tidak melalui BAPEPAM-LK dan didalam salah satu gugatan tersebut meminta pengadilan membatalkan Keputusan BAPEPAM-LK yang merupakan wewenang dari PengadilanTata Usaha Negara. Sengketa pasar modal seharusnya diperiksa terlebih dahulu di BAPEPAM-LK selaku lembaga yang berwenang dalam pasar modal memiliki alur pemeriksaan awal sampai pada pemberian sanksi. Public private sector partnerships in an agricultural system of innovation: concepts and challenges
Get PDFThe potential for public private sector partnerships is likely to grow. However, despite a number of high profile success stories, promoting partnerships has proved more difficult than many assumed. This paper argues that such partnerships need to be viewed in the framework of an innovation system and a development scenario where networks of agro-enterprises and intermediary organisations will underpin rural development and poverty reduction. This view helps reveal the importance of embedding public research organizations within these local networks and highlights that constraint to building partnership is usually institutional in nature – i.e. it relates to habits practices and patterns of trust. The paper concludes by suggesting that efforts should be focused on building social capital in agricultural innovation systems and cautions that this should be done in contextually relevant ways.Public private sector partnerships, innovation systems, institutional change, capacity building, social capital
Perbedaan Stres Kerja Pada Perawat Ditinjau Dari Shift Kerja di Rumah Sakit Haji Adam Malik Medan
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan stres kerja pada perawat ditinjau dari sistem kerja shift. Stres kerja merupakan reaksi seseorang terhadap tekanan yang berlebihan atau tuntutan ditempat kerja yang bersifat merugikan. Rumah Sakit Adam Malik menggunakan sistem kerja shift, dikarenakan Rumah Sakit beroperasi selama 24 jam dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan pada masyarakat. Perawat merupakan ujung tombak dari rumah sakit dan memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar dalam meberikan pelayanan kesehatan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 perawat yang terdiri dari 30 perawat shift malam dan 30 perawat shift pagi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah quota sampling. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah T-test, diketahui bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan terhadap stres kerja shift malam dimana t hitung = 15,273 , dengan p 0,000 . p 0,005. Artinya bahwa stres kerja pada shift malam di rumah sakit haji adam malik medan berada dalam taraf tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan stres kerja pada perawat di tinjau dari shift kerja di rumah sakit haji adam malik medanThis research aims to look at the difference of work stress on nurses in terms of shift work system. Work stress is one's reaction against excessive pressure or demands with respect to the work that is detrimental Adam Malik hospital uses a system of work shifts, because the hospital operated for 24 hours in providing health services in the community. The nurse is the spearhead of the hospital and has a big responsibility in the health service of the paint. The number of samples in the study totaled 60 nurses that consisted of 30 nurses shift night shift nurses and 30 in the morning. Sampling technique used was quota sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the T-test, it is known that there are significant differences to stress work night shift where t calculate = 15.273, with p = 0.000 p 0.005. This means that the stress of working on the night shift in haji adam malik hospital field are in high level. This research focus is to know bout the relevan startegy that will be doing by RSUP H. Adam Malik to increase their service quality that will be get from the SWOT analisys.
This research result show recomended some strategic issues that suitable to be implemented by RSUP H. Adam malik in their mission to increase the service quality for the people. The Startegic issues that must be doing by RSUP H Adam Malik were: to usefull the high technology, to up grade and increase the human resours quality and to optimize using the infrastructure.RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan sebagai Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) dari Dinas Kesehatan memiliki tugas, wewenang dan fungsi di bidang pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan semakin kompleksnya permasalahan di dunia kesehatan dan semakin tingginya tuntutan kebutuhan akan pelayanan kesehatan maka RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan dituntut untuk mengupayakan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan sebagai salah satu usaha meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat.
Tipe penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. . Untuk melengkapi informasi data-data dipergunakan teknik-teknik yang lazim dipergunakan dalam pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui strategi-strategi yang relevan untuk dilaksanakan oleh RSUP H.Adam Malik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya yang diperoleh sebagai hasil rekomendasi dari analisa SWOT.
Adapun hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan beberapa isu strategis yang patut untuk dilaksanakan oleh RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan dituntut untuk mengupayakan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat.
