    This research aims to define Tafsir Sufi Ishari and Tafsir Al Bahr Al-Madid by Ibn Ajibah (1809). The research as well will extrapolate Tafsir Sufi Ishari for Quranic verses in the book which related to the issue of the heart purification. The methodology for this research in analyzing information depends on the descriptive approach, and on collecting all facts and information. It also uses the analytical and criticism approach by matching the scholarly conditions of acceptance regarding Tafsir Sufi Ishari with what was interpreted by Ibn Al- Ajibah. Then compare, evaluate and criticize it. Therefore, the findings indicate that the Tafsir Sufi Ishari - which is One of the types of the Quranic exegesis based on interpretations of verses contrast the classical commentaries by Ibn Ajibah in the issue of the heart purification that matching the conditions were based on two foundations. Firstly: The Tafsir Sufi Ishari was interpreted accordingly to general verses\u27 meaning and exegesis. Secondly: The relationship between Tafsir Sufi Ishari to al-Ma\u27thur is like the relationship between cause and effect. The study also revealed that the contraditions with conditions in Tafsir Sufi Ishari in this issue are based on three foundations. Firstly: The interpretations of Ibn Ajibah were so far from the common use of Arabic understanding. Secondly: The interpretations made were analogous compared to other normal exegesis. Thirdly: to generalize some issues which are strictly individuals. In fact, if Ibn Ajibah limited his interpretation to his Ishari views there is no differences between him and the doctrine of Shiites Batiniyyah!, But our trust in his scholarly Tafsir, his confirmation of classical interpretation and his condemnation of Batiniyyah understanding make his Tafsir Ishari valid and well concerned

    Peradaban dan tamadun yang dibina pada zaman moden ini adalah berasaskan kepada pengasingan antara ilmu Naqli dan Aqli. Ia adalah kesan daripada pengaruh Barat yang memencilkan ilmu Naqli daripada menjadi rujukan dan panduan dalam kehidupan duniawi yang berasaskan akal. Implikasi kepada pengasingan ini membawa kepada pelbagai gejala sosial dan jenayah. Dalam menangani isu ini, konsep integrasi ilmu Naqli dan Aqli (iNaQ) dan Islamisasi diperkenalkan dalam sistem pendidikan negara. Justeru, kajian ini adalah untuk menerangkan konsep iNaQ dan perbandingannya dengan Islamisasi. Kajian ini mengguna pakai pendekatan kualitatif iaitu melalui kaedah analisis dokumen. Dapatan kajian ini telah menghasilkan kefahaman tentang konsep iNaQ dan perbezaannya dengan Islamisasi.     The death penalty for people who left from Islam is contrary to religious freedom. Human rights, which is the dominant discourse today, calls for a re-reading of the death penalty. The implication, there are many scholars who re-think the punishment of apostasy. Among them are Mustafa Akyol and Hashim Kamali who goes into this line. If the first name lives in the middle of a society where Muslims are a minority (America), then it is different from the last name. Hashim Kamali disseminated his ideas in Malaysia, one of the countries adhering to classical Islamic traditions. The fundamental question in this study is how the sanctions of apostasy are discussed again by the two thinkers. This type of research is qualitative with future data on a library study (library research). These research data are derived from the representative works of Mustafa Akyol and Hashim Kamali on the subject of apostasy. Furthermore, the findings of their thinking are studied through the framework of negotiative hermeneutic theory. This theory was initiated by Khaled Abou El Fadl who pointed to the negotiations between the three entities, the author, the text and the reader. There are three key variables in discussing the thinking of Mustafa Akyol and Hashim Kamali. From texts and authority, the discourse of authoritarianism to the anatomy of the discourses of authority. Based on that, the approach taken here is socio-legal. The first conclusion both Mustafa Akyol and Hashim Kamali have rejected the death penalty for apostasy. Second conclusion is using three variables when being analyzed by negotiative hermeneutic. In text and authority is able to be seen how a text is formed and its relationship with the social reality that surrounds it. The differences between the public who became the audience of them necessitate the differences in steps in the re-reading of this topic. On the discourse of authoritarianism can be reviewed the formation of non-authoritarian law by placing it as an entity that is constantly changing. Besides meeting the five prerequisites set by the hermeneutics of negotiations. In the anatomy of authoritarian discourse, there are three things that are discussed: consistency, a selective attitude to signs to the balance of interests and rationality. These two thinkers consistently use their respective steps in this topic. While Mustafa Akyol is selective to the sign, unlike Hashim Kamali. Despite this, they met at the same point with the conclusion that there is no death penalty for apostate perpetrators. This discussion is based on the success of both merging the importance of preserving religion and protecting human rights

    Tafsir Sufi al-Isyari is the commentary related to the implied symbol behind the utterance of the Quran and not the explicit meanings. The purpose of this research is to define Tafsir Sufi al-Isyari and compare it with Tafsir Batiniah, Tafsir Sufi of Philosophy, and Tafsir Scientific Ishari. The researcher used comparison and critic methods to conduct this research. As a result, the opinion of Sufism experts about Tafsir Sufi al-Isyari is different with the exegesis of the Quran by Batiniah’s group. This is because, Batiniah’s group did not acknowledge outwardly of the Quran but they only acknowledge inwardly. Hence, they interpret the Quran internally by their bad intentions. However, Sufism expert recognize the outwardly of the Quran as they recognize the internal of the Quran. Moreover, this research also found that Tafsir Sufi of Philosophy is built by premise of philosophy that contain in the mind of Sufi at the early stage, then the Quranic verses is stated after that. As for Tafsir Sufi al-Isyari is not related to premise of philosophy, but it is related to the spiritual training which are performed by Sufi members. Besides that, Tafsir Scientific al-Isyari is the interpretation that contain signals related to the nature that can be found in the al-Quran. It is also the interpretation by symbol of modern knowledge and new discoveries. In contrast with Tafsir Sufi al-Isyari, it is the interpretation by hidden symbol that comes from the heart of righteousness, kindness and knowledge during recitation of the Quran. التفسير الصوفي الإشاري هو التفسير الذي يعتمد على استبطان خفايا الألفاظ دون توقف عند حدود ظواهرها المألوفة ومعانيها القاموسية. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تعريف التفسير الصوفي الإشاري ومقارنته بتفسير الإسماعيلية الباطنية والتفسير الصوفي النظري والتفسير العلمي الإشاري. وأما منهج هذه الدراسة فيعتمد على منهج المقارن والتحليلي النقدي. ومن نتائج هذه الدراسة أن التفسير الإشاري عند الصوفية يختلف فيما يراه الباطنية، ذلك لأن الباطنية لم يعترفوا بظاهر القرآن واعترفوا بالباطن فقط، وتعمدوا أن يفسروا الباطن على ما يتفق نواياهم السيئة. وأما الصوفية فقد اعترفوا بظاهر القرآن ولم يجحدوه، كما اعترفوا بباطنه. وبينت الدراسة أن التفسير الصوفي النظري ينبني على مقدمات فلسفية تنقدح في ذهن الصوفي أولا، ثم يُنزل القرآن عليها بعد ذلك. وأما التفسير الإشاري فلا يرتكز على مقدمات فلسفية، بل يرتكز على رياضة روحية يأخذ بها الصوفي نفسه. وكشفت الدراسة أن التفسير العلمي الإشاري هو الإشارات الجلية التي تتضمنها الآيات الكونية في القرآن الكريم والتي تشير إشارات واضحة إلى كثير من العلوم الحديثة الاكتشاف. وأما التفسير الصوفي الإشاري فهو الإشارات الخفية التي يدركها أهل التقوى والصلاح والعلم عند تلاوة القرآن الكريم، فتكون مواجيد لها معان
