    This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of religious value-based management through the culture of dhuha prayer and reading Surah Al-Waqiah at MA Al-Chalil Tontong Suit and Integrated Islamic Junior High School Al-Chalil Tontong Suit. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach.  The location of this research is at MA Al-Chalil Tontong Suit and SMP Islam Terpadu al-Chalil Tontong Suit. Data collection in the study was carried out by observation, interview, and documentation. Informants in this study include: Principal, Vice Principal, Teachers and students. The data analysis technique used in this study used the Miles and Huberman interactive data analysis model. To measure the validity of the data in this study, researchers used triangulation techniques. The triangulation used in this research is source triangulation by using cross-checking data between informants. The results showed that the implementation of this program relies heavily on the active involvement of teachers and school staff, who are not only facilitators but also real examples for students. The role of teachers as mentors in this activity helps students internalize the values taught, so that religious values become part of their daily lives.  The religious value-based management applied at MA Al-Chalil and Al-Chalil Integrated Islamic Junior High School has succeeded in creating a harmonious educational environment, which focuses not only on intellectual but also spiritual development, producing a generation with noble character and achievements.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis penerapan manajemen berbasis nilai religius melalui budaya sholat dhuha dan membaca Surat Al-Waqiah di MA Al-Chalil Tontong Suit dan SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Chalil Tontong Suit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.  Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di MA Al-Chalil Tontong Suit dan SMP Islam Terpadu al-Chalil Tontong Suit. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini antara lain: Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Guru dan peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis data interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Untuk mengukur keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Triangulasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah triangulasi sumber dengan menggunakan cek silang data antar informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program ini sangat bergantung pada keterlibatan aktif guru dan staf sekolah, yang tidak hanya menjadi fasilitator tetapi juga contoh nyata bagi siswa. Peran guru sebagai pembimbing dalam kegiatan ini membantu siswa dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai yang diajarkan, sehingga nilai-nilai religius menjadi bagian dari kehidupan sehari-hari mereka.  Manajemen berbasis nilai religius yang diterapkan di MA Al-Chalil dan SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Chalil berhasil menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang harmonis, yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pengembangan intelektual tetapi juga spiritual, menghasilkan generasi yang berakhlak mulia dan berprestasi.     The Roles of School Operators in Managing Information Data as Guarantors of the Quality of Education Services

    Quality management in education is a way of managing all directed educational resources so that everyone involved carries out their duties and participates in achieving academic goals. One of the supporting elements in the education unit is the academic staff; school operators are one of them. The lack of attention to school operators is the background of this research. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The study was conducted at Pringgabaya District Middle School, East Lombok Regency. Collecting data in research is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study included: Principals, Teachers and Education Personnel (School Operators). The data analysis technique used is Miles and Huberman's interactive data analysis model. to measure the validity of the data in research conducted by triangulation. The study results show that apart from inputting and managing Dapodik, school operators also play an essential role in other data collection, from filling out e-reports and ARKAS to working on the PMP application. Besides that, the problem faced by school operators is a lack of attention to the performance and welfare of school operators, which can be seen from unclear regulations and legality

    The Independent Learning Curriculum is designed with the aim of increasing students' independence and courage in the learning process, while providing greater flexibility for educators to develop learning methods that suit students' individual needs. Through the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum, each school is given the authority to choose learning materials and evaluation systems that suit the characteristics and special needs of students in their environment. The aim of this research is to investigate the urgency of the Merdeka Learning curriculum in improving the quality of learning in schools. Thus, it is hoped that this research can become a source of insight and knowledge for the community. The method used in this writing is a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach. This approach involves collecting information from relevant scientific papers such as books, journal articles, the internet, and other writings related to literature reviews. The results of this research show that learning in the curriculum structure is divided into two main learning activities, namely regular learning or what is usually called intracurricular, and Project Learning for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile.   &nbsp

    The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the problems associated with the development of Arabic speaking skills among the students of Pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqin NWDI Perian, which uses a qualitative approach in the research methodology. With this approach, the research seeks to explore these issues through verbal analysis without utilizing statistical techniques. Primary and secondary data were collected through a series of careful observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study highlight the complexity of the challenges in developing Arabic speaking skills in a pesantren environment. The study identified two main aspects of problematic speaking skills, namely linguistic and non-linguistic aspects. The linguistic aspect includes rigidity and obstacles in Arabic speaking fluency among students, while the non-linguistic aspect involves factors such as lack of motivation from teachers, the tendency to use Indonesian in daily communication, and learning patterns that tend to be monotonous. Through this research, it is hoped that a deeper understanding of the challenges in developing Arabic speaking skills in pesantren will be achieved. The practical implications of this study include the importance of improving learning strategies that focus on improving speaking skills, as well as the need for higher motivation for teachers to face this challenge. This research is expected to make a valuable contribution to curriculum development and more effective learning strategies in Islamic educational institutions
