In the process if the movement entered a narrow shipping channel in the
river, it takes a special skill and attention more than sailing on the high seas. Even
in the IMO's rules Colreg’s give special attention to Rule 9 of the narrow shipping
channel. Besides the issue of groove width and depth of the river, busy traffic can
also cause danger to the ship, such as the danger of collision and ran aground.
Also in manouvering at musi river , we must know everything that must be
considered in manouvering at musi river and how the risk assessment process if
the manouver at musi river.
In writing this essay, the author describes the theory of the implementation
of the navigation entry Musi river channel in a research report and as a foundation
for solving the existing problems. The method used in this study is a qualitative
method that produces descriptive data in the form of written words of the object
under study. In this case the approach to collect data in the form of an object
through interviews with experienced resources, metode through literature, and the
data associated with the entry process if the motion Musi River channel on MT.
SULTAN MAHMUD BADARUDDIN II. Based on the results of research by the
author during a practice display at MT. SULTAN MAHMUD BADARUDDIN II,
there is a risk of the occurrence of such a problem finding aground, collision, and
other hazards on the ship motion exercise in Musi river channel. To the authors
wanted to find the cause of such a thing happened. To the authors will identify the
cause of it happening by using SHEL, this method consists of Software,
Hardware, Environment, and Live ware. Software is part of a non-physical
systems, including procedures and rules, Hardware is the equipment used
includes, Environment is the place where the activity takes place, and Live ware is
referring to every human component of the system in a relational aspects,
management, control and communication.
Having identified the causes of risk when ship motion exercise in Musi
River channel, can we then do a safety assessment to look for things that have a
risk that cannot be tolerated during the navigation process. With this assessment's
salvation, then each crew will be more careful in every action taken and make
every decision in motion exercise safely, effectively, and eficient. By knowing the
things that cannot be tolerated, it can be done mitagasi risk, which is to reduce or
even completely eliminate the risk that may occur during the process if the
motion. So the purpose of navigating a safe, fast, and right can be realized.
Key words: Identification of risk when manaouver on the river

Knowledge, attitude and practice of using personnel protective equipment among Radiographers attending COVID-19 patients / Mohd Hanif Mohd Nor and Mohd Hafizi Mahmud
Knowledge, attitude, and practices are three important aspects to understanding and analysing the behaviour of healthcare workers thoroughly. This study aims to evaluate the knowledge, attitude, and practice of using personnel protective equipment (PPE) among radiographers attending COVID19 patients. A cross-sectional survey using a validated questionnaire was distributed to radiographers (n=50) at a radiology hospital of a health institution. The questionnaire comprised six knowledge, eight attitudes and 17 practice questions related to PPE. 86% (n = 43) had knowledge while 64% each (n = 32) possessed positive attitude and good practice, respectively. The radiographers demonstrate good knowledge of PPE when attending to COVID-19 patients. Although generally, the attitude and practice of the radiographers were good, donning and doffing of PPE was identified as an area for improvement

X-efficiency Analysis of Commercial Banks in Pakistan: A Preliminary Investigation
The emergence of a fast-paced dynamic environment in the business world in general, and in the financial services sector in particular, has highlighted the significance of competition and efficiency. The need for deregulation has become a touchstone of success in fostering both competition and efficiency especially in the economies, which are exposed to structural reforms. In addition to that, intense competition both among domestic and foreign banks, rapid speed of innovations and introduction of new financial instruments, changing consumer’s demands and desire for product augmentation have changed the way a bank conducts business and services its customers. Larger the degree of competition, it is perceived that the firms would become more efficient. However, when the structure of an industry is product of the government regulations, the degree of competition is impaired markedly implying that the efficiency suffers negatively. Banking industry acts as life-blood of modern trade and commerce acting as a bridge to provide a major source of financial intermediation. Thus, appraisal of its efficiency is vital in context of an efficient and competitive financial system. Study of x-efficiency is believed to be important in particular as Berger, et al. (1993) found that x-inefficiencies account for around 20 percent or more of banking costs. Similarly, recent drive among banks towards downsizing, rightsizing and rationalisation of banking costs also implicates for the assessment of x-efficiency analysis of banks. It becomes vital in Pakistani context as there appears to be no study in literature on efficiency or x-efficiency analysis of banks in Pakistan. “A great deal more work is needed on x-efficiency research in banking. Managerial efficiency, the concept of x-efficiency, appears to be a much more important strategic and policy consideration” [Molyneux, et al. (1960), p. 273]. Given
