The effect on market prices caused by inflation that occurs in the pandemic scheme is the content in the journal made by the author. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data obtained from BI and BPS. The data to be obtained is related to the prices of basic commodities in Indonesia area affected by the pandemic which has caused market prices to increase or decrease. The research method is by collecting data on the prices of basic commodities that are already in the data by BI and BPS. As a result, we will find out how currency exchange rates, inflation, and the effect on market prices during the pandemic in Indonesia . And to be able to find the root of the problem and the solution to create a stable market price. Keywords:Currency exchange rates; inflation; the market price of basic commodities; pandemi

Carbon monoxide is a component that is in the air, and every human being desperately needs air in the breathing process, but we do not know what level of carbon monoxide (CO) in the air we need. Hence the need to monitor the levels of carbon monoxide (CO) in the air by means of measuring the concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) -based ATMega 8535 with sensor MQ-7, with this measure we can determine the level of carbon monoxide (CO) using MQ -7 as sensor levels of carbon monoxide (CO), base ATMega 8535 as a microcontroller that has been in the program that can process the level of carbon monoxide (CO) in the air. Output or output of the levels of carbon monoxide (CO) will be in show on the LCD. With this tool we can easily determine the level of carbon monoxide (CO) in a region or in a room and can cope with it if level of gas exceeds a predetermined threshold limit level. With this tool the author can implement the last project as one of the parameters graduation. Kertas Karya Diplom

Non-Invasive Dengue Diagnostics—The Use of Saliva and Urine for Different Stages of the Illness

    No full text
Dengue diagnosis is largely dependent on clinical symptoms and routinely confirmed with laboratory detection of dengue virus in patient serum samples collected via phlebotomy. This presents a challenge to patients not amenable to venipuncture. Non-invasive methods of dengue diagnosis have the potential to enhance the current dengue detection algorithm. In this study, samples from dengue infected patients were collected between January 2012 until September 2012 and September 2013 until December 2013 in two different setups. Panel A samples (blood, urine, and saliva) were collected daily when the 39 patients were hospitalised and during their follow-up visits while Panel B samples (saliva) were collected from 23 patients during the acute stage of dengue. Using DENV PCR on Panel A, from day 2 to day 4 post fever onset, serum showed the best overall positivity followed by saliva and urine (100%/82.1%/67.9%). From day 5 until day 10 post fever onset, serum and urine had similar positivity (67.4%/61.2%), followed by saliva (51.3%). Beyond day 10 post fever onset, DENV was undetectable in sera, but urine and saliva showed 56.8% and 28.6% positivity, respectively. DENV in urine was detectable up until 32 days post fever. Panel B results showed overall sensitivity of 32.4%/36% (RNA/NS1) for DENV detection in saliva. Our results suggest that the urine-based detection method is useful especially for late dengue detection, where DENV is undetected in sera but still detectable in urine. This provides a potential tool for the physician to pick up new cases in an area where there is ongoing dengue transmission and subsequently prompt for intensified vector control activities

Abstract: Until now, cost orientation is considered a strategy oriented to the interests of producers and does not pay attention to the interests of consumers. In its implementation, the cost-based strategy is flexible, that is, between satisfying producers' expectations of higher than normal profits and consumers' expectations of obtaining a cheap purchase price, so that it can be found. a trade-off between the interests of producers and the interests of consumers. To find the trade-off, a survey of entrepreneurs in the tofu Agroindustry under study was conducted in Mataram City and East Lombok Regency with forty sampling units each, so that there were eighty business units as samples. The result is the acquisition of a constant value of the relationship between production costs and raw material costs, minimizing the contribution margin. Keywords: price, consumer, contribution margin, producer, benefit, compensation. No full text
Harun Nasution is a Muslim scholar who was able to change the exclusive perspective of Islam to an inclusive one, as evidenced by the market acceptance of the book "Islam Ditinjau dari Berbagai Aspeknya." In this book, the author interprets numerous verses from the Qur'an to address the socio-religious issues of the time, despite not having a background in interpretation. Instead, the author is a scholar who favors more fundamental philosophical thinking. The goal of this study is to interpret the meaning of the Koranic verses found in Islamic books from a variety of perspectives. This research is based on the literature and employs qualitative methods. The book "Islam Ditinjau dari Berbagai Aspeknya" serves as the primary data source for this study, with secondary data sourced from relevant books, journals, theses, and other scientific articles. The data collection technique was carried out by making a general mapping of the verses used in the book and analyzing the meaning of the verses used by Harun Nasution using the bil ma'tsur method. The study's results reveal that Harun Nasution employs a variety of textual and historical perspectives in his discussions, as evidenced by his interpretation of verses from the Koran in his works. The verse's contextualization does not entirely align with the original text's meaning. In addition, he employs a variety of philosophical approaches in his interpretation, as demonstrated in the text. To elucidate the verses of the Koran on this theme, he references the perspectives of Sufis

The social transformation that occurs in society certainly influences Islamic law as a system of social norms that are directly related to human behavior. This article aims to conduct a literature-based analysis, exploring manhaj tarjih and tajdid in the Muhammadiyah tradition as a basis for developing thinking. Islamic studies at Muhammadiyah are not only limited to the framework of religious studies, but also as a process of understanding Islam as a whole, with the aim of bringing Islam as a blessing for all of nature (rahmatan lil alamin). This approach is not limited to the conceptual realm, but rather focuses on real applications, in accordance with the philosophical principles of baldatun toyyibatun wa rabbun ghofur. Using a historical analysis approach, the author assesses that Muhammadiyah's ijtihad method in responding to social change is dynamic and progressive, adopting and developing three approaches, namely bayani, tahlili, and istislahi
