    LITERASI KEUANGAN SYARIAH MASYARAKAT KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN (STUDI PADA GURU SEKOLAH AGAMA DI KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN) Skripsi oleh: Anita Marlinda Pembimbing: M.Fany Alfarisi, SE. MsFin, PhD ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi keuangan syariah, keterkaitan faktor demografi dengan literasi keuangan syariah dan keterkaitan literasi keuangan syraiah dengan penggunaan produk dan jasa keuangan syariah pada guru sekolah agama di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 108 orang guru sekolah agama di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji crosstab dengan chi-square melalui program SPSS 22.0 (Statistical Program for Social Science). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Literasi keuangan syariah guru sekolah agama di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan termasuk dalam kategori sedang, (2) Ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan tingkat literasi keuangan syariah, (3) Ada hubungan antara usia dengan tingkat literasi keuangan syariah, (4) Ada hubungan antara pendidikan dengan tingkat literasi keuangan syariah, (5) Tidak ada hubungan antara status perkawinan dengan tingkat literasi keuangan syariah, (6) Tidak ada hubungan antara pekerjaan dengan tingkat literasi keuangan syariah, (7) Tidak ada hubungan antara pendapatan perbulan dengan tingkat literasi keuangan syariah dan (8) Literasi keuangan syariah lebih tinggi dibandingkan penggunaan produk dan jasa keuangan syariah dan praktik penggunaan produk dan jasa keuangan syariah masih berada jauh di bawah penggunaan produk dan jasa keuangan konvensional.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     The effectiveness of B-Tree Language Game help year 4 students improve their vocabulary / Marlinda Ahmad

    This study was conducted with the aim to improve the vocabulary skills for Year 4 student through 8-Tree Language Game. Language game is one of the interesting methods of learning vocabulary. A total of 40 students of Year 4 involved in this study. The initial review was done through observation, questionnaire, pre and post-test. The result show most of the test marks were increased after the language game activity and students love to play game compared to formal teaching and learning session. The language game also explores and identifies the strength and weaknesses of students in answering questions using a systematic strategy. Most of students are alert about the importance of vocabulary but lots of factors make them passively improve their vocabulary. A language game was conducted twice a week during the grammar session for 30 minutes. After a review of action undertaken, the post test result showed positive increase in terms of interests, attitudes and student achievement. All students in target group can answer all the questions correctly. Overall, action research has been able to improve the quality of teaching and learning practices of students in vocabulary

    Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    Heavy metals and radionuclides are naturally present in the environment. However, the anthropogenic activity may cause their content to accumulate in the environment. Due to this, the hyper-accumulation of radioactive in the environment may cause a toxic. Kg. Gajah has a lot of examining area and it has been selected as the study area. Objective of this study is to identify heavy metals and radionuclides presence in the aqua plant in the ex-tin mines in Kampung Gajah, Perak by selected Ottelia alismoides as the subject to run and also to determine the concentrations of heavy metals and radionuclides in the various part of Ottelia alismoides. The heavy metals and radionuclides selected are U, Th ,Ti, Br, La, Nd, Sm, Al, V, Mn, K, Na, Cl, and Mg. Technique use for this study is Neutron Activation Analysis (NAA). Samples were collected four times in every three months for one year duration time. The samples were dried in the oven and converts to the powder by grinder. Two irradiation procedure were used which is short radiation and long radiation before proceed to count by using gamma spectrometer. From the result, the concentration of heavy metals and radionuclides were calculation. The concentration range of U, Th ,Ti, Br, La, Nd, Sm, Al, V, Mn, K, Na, Cl, and Mg is 0.6 mg/kg to 6.2 mg/kg, 34070.6 mg/kg to 1056666 mg/kg, 621 mg/kg to 1727.7 mg/kg, 0.03 mg/kg to 0.5 mg/kg, 201.5 mg/kg to 1708 mg/kg, 10.5 mg/kg to 215 mg/kg, 5.8 mg/kg to 1157.1 mg/kg, 9017.3 mg/kg to 31182 mg/kg, 1.60 mg/kg to 12.7 mg/kg, 58.7 mg/kg to 716.6 mg/kg, 125708 mg/kg to 4305459 mg/kg, 7403 mg/kg to 10423 mg/kg, 0.0327 mg/kg to 2.24 mg/kg and 1157.5 mg/kg to 3821 mg/kg respectively.     Efficient Preparation of Graphene/Zinc Oxide Nanocomposites / Marlinda Binti Ab Rahman

    In the present work, the objective is to prepare graphene-based nanocomposites which aimed at producing graphene in large scale with inorganic materials (zinc oxide, ZnO) homogeneously distributed on the graphene planes. The graphene/zinc oxide nanocomposites were efficiently prepared by a simple hydrothermal method. Two different types of graphene starting materials were used in the synthesis process: graphene oxide (GO) and functionalized graphene oxide (FGO). These two materials resulted in nanocomposite with different morphologies of ZnO decorated on graphene sheets. The GO was prepared by simplified Hummer’s method, followed by mixing with zinc seed precursor (zinc acetate dehydrate (Zn(CH3COO)2.2H2O)) under reflux stirring method. The reduction of zinc oxide nanorod-like on the surface of GO sheets was finally obtained by hydrothermal method. The GO is heavily oxygenated graphene with carbonyl, hydroxyl and epoxy groups on the basal plane and also the carboxylic groups attached to the edges of carbon sheets. These functional groups served as an anchor and at the same time provided a suitable condition for the formation of ZnO nanorods attached to the surfaces and edges of the GO sheets. The graphene/ZnO nanoflower-like was prepared by using the same method by replacing GO with FGO. In this case, the FGO appeared as substrate for the in situ formation of nanoflower-like ZnO. The FGO also served as stabilizer and at once reacted as reducing agent for zinc oxide nanoflower under alkaline medium. These results indicate that the graphene starting materials served as an important controlling factor for the morphology of ZnO decorated on graphene surface
