STUDI PENERAPAN ANYAMAN ROTAN ALAM DAN FAKTOR ERGONOMI PADA PRODUK SANDAL KARYA PERAJIN DESA TELUK WETAN, JEPARA
AbstractA study of applying natural rattan weaving and ergonomic factor on flat sandals created by craftmen in Desa Teluk Wetan, Jepara, aims to support Government and to assist the crafmen themselves, by replacing the existing synthetic rattan material, to utilize natural rattan as an importanl local material that is available vast in Indonesia and desired by people inside and outside the country. This research disscusses aboutproduction process of constructing flat sandals made of natural rattan weaving followed by prototype tests on 4 prototype models with different rattan core diameters, and vamp types to determine basic standart of comfort. The prototypes are wore for 3 minutesstanding and 100 m walk to feel which type is comfortable the most. Using better quality natural rattan and more exploration on the weaving patterns are quite potential forfuture reseach and development. The result will give alternative ideas for designers who care and interested in rattan as well as it will introduce additional range for rattan products.
Visuospatial deficits and hemispheric perfusion asymmetries in posterior cortical atrophy
We studied visuospatial performance and obtained brain perfusion scintigraphy in 27 patients with posterior cortical atrophy (PCA) and 24 healthy controls, with two aims: (1) to determine inter-hemispheric perfusion imbalances underlying signs of spatial neglect and (2) to establish the functional substrates of patients' performance on distinct visuospatial tasks (line bisection and target cancellation). Between-groups and correlation analyses were performed on a voxel-wise basis with Statistical Parametric Mapping, and right-to-left hemispheric perfusion ratios were calculated in anatomical regions of interest. Nineteen patients had pathological spatial biases. Compared with controls, patients with signs of left-sided and right-sided neglect presented prominent hypoperfusion in the right and left parietal cortex, respectively. Importantly, hypoperfusion extended to the ipsilateral prefrontal regions. Correlation analyses between task scores and brain perfusion showed that shifts in line bisection correlated with hypoperfusion in parieto-frontal regions, whereas omissions on target cancellation mainly correlated with hypoperfusion in prefrontal structures. Overall, the results indicate that spatial neglect in PCA is related to inter-hemispheric perfusion asymmetries in fronto-parietal networks, with partially different neural correlates for line bisection and target cancellation
Implementasi Desa Zakat Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai Sumatera Utara dengan Pendekatan Indeks Desa Zakat 2.0
Contribution of zakat can be further felt by the people who are assisted directly throughout Indonesia which is indirectly related to indonesia's more empowered human development but based on the report of IZN Puskas Baznas 2020 that Organiasai Zakat Manager (OPZ) Serdang Bedagai Regency does not fill the IZN and Impact Assessment so as to describe the conditions in OPZ Serdang Bedagai which is "not good" and data on regional development in North Sumatra. Based on the identification of the above problems, the author can formulate the problem that is the focus of this research: Is Serdang Bedagai Regency worthy to be empowered as a zakat village based on the Zakat Village Index (IDZ)? To answer this formula the author does with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of research analysis of the level of community welfare in the Program at BAZNAS Serdang Bedagai with the perspective of the Zakat Village Index was concluded that the large weight of the value of the Zakat Village Index (IDZ) in Bedagai From 5 dimensions is 0.58 which is good enough so that the refelsi and recompiation from the author that the Muslim community in the Serdang Bedagai area of North Sumatra is considered for assistance. The large weight of the value of the Zakat Village Index (IDZ) in Bedagai deserves to be empowered as a zakat village based on the Zakat Village Index (IDZ) in poverty alleviation this is in line with the government program implementation of the program, especially based on community empowerment that has been compiled by the Center for Strategic Studies / Puskas BAZNAS which serves to assess the process that occurs in the pre-program, at the time the program takes place, and post-program whether a community deserves to be helped and on target with the help of Zakat. So that the results of measuring a village using IDZ with programs are carried out in 20 provinces, 60 districts / cities, 71 subdistricts, and 86 villages / villages. Of the total number of villages measured there are 7 villages are OPZ recommendations, and recommendations of the Ministry of Religious Affairs for the Kampung Zakat program that serdang Bedagai is expected to not be recorded in IZN in 2020 specifically North Sumatra for the Serdang Bedagai region including 8 cities and 25 districts that Organiasai Zakat Manager (OPZ) Serdang Bedagai Regency does not fill the IZN and is expected to be an addition to BAZNAS for future data collection
[Special section on volcanic glass] PIXE PROVENANCING OF OBSIDIAN ARTEFACTS FROM PALEOLITHIC SITES IN KOREA
The trace element composition (based on Fe, Rb, Sr, Zr) of 50 obsidian artefacts from the Hopyung, Samri and Shinbuk Paleolithic sites were measured by the external beam PIXE method using the 3 MV Tandetron Accelerator Facility at the Seoul National University AMS Laboratory. About 85% of these obsidians originated from the Paektusan volcano (Korea); obsidian of Japanese origin was found only at Shinbuk. INAA analyses on 6 obsidian samples from the Hahwageri and Junghnugri sites are in good agreement with our PIXE results and those of the previous report by Popov et al. (2005)

Brain networks in posterior cortical atrophy: A single case tractography study and literature review
Posterior cortical atrophy (PCA) is rare neurodegenerative dementia, clinically characterized by a progressive decline in higher-visual object and space processing. After a brief review of the literature on the neuroimaging in PCA, here we present a study of the brain structural connectivity in a patient with PCA and progressive isolated visual and visuo-motor signs. Clinical and cognitive data were acquired in a 58-years-old patient (woman, right-handed, disease duration 18 months). Brain structural and diffusion tensor (DT) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) were obtained. A voxel-based morphometry (VBM) study was performed to explore the pattern of gray matter (GM) atrophy, and a fully automatic segmentation was assessed to obtain the hippocampal volumes. DT MRI-based tractography was used to assess the integrity of long-range white matter (WM) pathways in the patient and in six sex- and age-matched healthy subjects. This PCA patient had a clinical syndrome characterized by left visual neglect, optic ataxia, and left limb apraxia, as well as mild visuo-spatial episodic memory impairment. VBM study showed bilateral posterior GM atrophy with right predominance; DT MRI tractography demonstrated WM damage to the right hemisphere only, including the superior and inferior longitudinal fasciculi and the inferior fronto-occipital fasciculus, as compared to age-matched controls. The homologous left-hemisphere tracts were spared. No difference was found between left and right hippocampal volumes. These data suggest that selective visuo-spatial deficits typical of PCA might not result from cortical damage alone, but by a right-lateralized network-level dysfunction including WM damage along the major visual pathways
