No full textK.H.M. Zen Syukri adalah salah satu ulama nusantara yang aktif dalam kegiatan dakwah. Aktifitasnya terentang dari mulai mengisi kajian di majelis-mejelis taklim, sampai pada penulisan berbagai kitab keagamaan dalam banyak tema, diantaranya fiqih dan tasawuf. Artikel ini membincang praktek dan atau pola penafsiran al-Quran oleh K.H.M. Zen Syukri dalam kitab yang berjudul al-Qurbah (Pendekatan Diri Kepada Allah). Melalui metode pembacaan Content Analysis, dalam kapasitasnya sebagai ulama sekaligus penulis buku-buku keagamaan, dan bukan secara khusus sebagai mufassir, K.H.M. Zen Syukri menganalisis ayat-ayat tauhid dalam kitab al-Qurbah dengan kaidah dasar penafsiran Al-Qur’an, di mana ayat Al-Qur’an ditafsirkan dengan ayat Al-Qur’an, hadits, qaul sahabat atau tabi’in. Secara epistemologis, bentuk penafsiran seperti ini dapat dikategorikan sebagai tafsir bi al-ma’tsur atau dalam istilah lain disebut juga dengan tafsir bi ar-riwayah. Perolehan makna beliau gali melalui pendekatan kesesuaian makna, dimana pola ini mirip dengan metode tafsir maudhui dalam diskursus penafsiran al-Quran, dan meski lebih tepat apabila disebut dengan istilah yang lain, yakni al-maqalat al-tafsiriyyah

The aims of this thesis is to analyze the concept of Islamic boarding school education according to K.H Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi and its relevance for the development of Islamic education in Indonesia.
This research uses Library Research. The data in the study were taken from written materials in the form of books, journals or others related to the discussion. In this research, the data source comes from the work of K.H. Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi and other sources related to research will be examined. Sources of data in library research consisting of primary data and secondary data will be collected. As for the data collection technique, the author uses documentary techniques in data collection. To classify the data, it begins with collecting various references related to K.H Adullah Syukri Zarkasyi in the form of books, texts, manuscripts, documentation, journals and so on. The author will take the writing data source through several stages, namely, First, the author reads. Second, the author reads and analyzes. And level third the writer enters the stage of data reduction, data classification so that the writer can formulate a research direction map to describe and draw conclusions. Then in analyzing the data the authors use descriptive analysis techniques, comparative analysis, hermeneutical analysis, historical analysis and Content Analysis.
The research results show thateducation initiated by K.H Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi is based on the values and philosophy of life at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor which are summarized in the Five Souls. The Five Souls are the five things that become the philosophy of life for PMDG members in carrying out education and teaching. The Five Souls consist of Sincerity, Simplicity, Independence, Ukhuwah Islamiyah, and Freedom. According to K.H Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi, Education is everything that we see, hear, and feel. The meaning is that everything we do in Islamic boarding schools has educational value.
As for its relevance to Islamic education in Indonesia, thatK.H Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi's educational concept has an important influence on the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. The development of the pesantren institution led by him into a rapidly growing Islamic boarding school is proof that the concept and system of Islamic boarding school education brought by him can be accepted and well regarded by the people of Indonesia..

Object of this research is PT. Padang Television Media or Padang TV in aerial. Strategy formulation using matrix EFE, IFE, SWOT, IE, and QSPM. From EFE and IFE matrix analysis, shows that the Padang TV is capable to respond opportunities and threats, and maximizing the strengths and minimizing the weaknesses well. In the SWOT matrix obtained some alternative strategies that consist of strategy SO, ST, WO, and WT. IE matrix shows that Padang TV is in cell IV, it means that Padang TV on growth and build conditions. Based on QSPM matrix, the most interesting strategy to run is product development strategy. Keywords: Strategic planning, Organizational environment, Competitive strategy, Product development Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi bersaing yang diterapkan oleh Padang TV saat ini, menganalisis lingkungan perusahaan Padang TV, dan membuat formulasi strategi untuk menemukan alternatif strategi sebagai pertimbangan bagi Padang TV. Objek penelitian adalah PT. Padang Media Televisi dengan nama udara Padang TV. Perumusan strategi menggunakan matriks EFE, IFE, SWOT, IE, dan QSPM. Dari analisis matriks EFE dan IFE, menunjukkan bahwa Padang TV sudah mampu merespon peluang dan ancaman, serta memaksimalkan kekuatan dan menutupi kekurangan dengan baik. Selanjutnya pada matriks SWOT didapatkan beberapa alternatif strategi yang terdiri dari strategi SO, ST, WO, dan WT. Pada matriks IE didapatkan bahwa Padang TV berada pada sel IV yang menunjukkan bahwa Padang TV berada pada kondisi growth and build. Berdasarkan matriks QSPM, strategi yang paling menarik untuk dijalankan adalah strategi pengembangan produk. ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Balanced Scorecard untukpeningkatan kinerja PT Bank XX Syariah dalam bidang pembiayaan, menentukan tujuan dan ukuran-ukuran penilaian kinerja dengan penerapan Balanced Scorecard, dan mengetahui apakah prinsip syariah lebih sesuai untuk keuangan inklusif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data berdasarkan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Wawancaralangsung kepada pengambil keputusan dan data dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Balanced Scorecard, terjadi peningkatan pertumbuhan aset, saldo pembiayaan, dana pihak ketiga, penekananbiaya-biaya dan peningkatan laba. Pengukuran kesejahteraan nasabah menggunakan Progress Out of Poverty Indexdengan 2 jenis laporan yaituPoverty Outreach Report yaitu peningkatan perluasan jangkauan layanandan Poverty Movement Report terjadi peningkatan kesejahteraan nasabah yang diamati dari siklus kesiklus.
Kata Kunci : Balanced Scorecard, Peningkatan Kinerja, Progress Out of Poverty Index, Poverty Outreach Report,Poverty Movement Report, Keungan Inklusif.

This study aims to determine the application of Balanced Scorecard to improve the performance of PT Bank XX Syariah in the field of financing, determine the objectives and measures of performance assessment with the application of Balanced Scorecard, and find out whether sharia principles are more suitable for inclusive finance. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection based on interviews, documentation and observation. Direct interviews to decision makers and data from the company's financial statements. The results showed that the application of Balanced Scorecard, there was an increase in asset growth, financing balances, third party funds, suppression of costs and increased profits. Measurement of customer welfare using the Progress Out of Poverty Index with 2 types of reports, namely the Poverty Outreach Report, namely an increase in the expansion of service coverage and the Poverty Movement Report, an increase in customer welfare observed from cycle to cycle.

PT ABC perlu mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa tingkat persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi strategi dan merekomendasikan alternatif strategi terbaik yang digunakan oleh PT ABC sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan perusahaan. Tahap pencocokan menggunakan Matriks SWOT dan Matriks Eksternal Internal untuk mendapatkan alternatif strategi yang akhirnya menentukan keputusan strategi yang tepat. Get PDFThis study purposed to determine the implementation of the village authority-based administrative service program based on program indicators, implementing organizations and target groups as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bantaeng Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive type of research, to provide an overview of the implementation of village authority-based administrative services. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Then the data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study indicated that (a) the program, the village authority-based administrative service program had a clear objective, namely to make the administration of population administration closer, faster and the community no longer incured costs; (b) the implementing organization, the ability of the koordukcapil in providing population administration services in the village was good because it provided a quick response when there were people who took care of the authority-based administrative services; and (c) the target group were all village communities in Bantaeng Regency

This research uses qualitative research methods with case study analysis to evaluate the implementation of transparency in public services regarding public service procedures, details of service costs, and public service information in the Driving License Making study. The research results show that the implementation of transparency in public services (study of making driving licenses) at Makassar City Police is based on three research indicators, namely 1. Public service procedures which include openness on social networks by creating content regarding SOPs for making driving licenses. 2. Details of service costs are observed to be cheap and do not change. 3. Service information is transparent because all applicable SOPs are followed and services are via the web or application. However, there are still inhibiting factors in the driving license making service, namely that it has not been implemented optimally because the service depends on the system server

D Key words: Evaluation, Textbook, Criteria of good EFL Textbook This study is carried out in order to analyze the English textbook used in SMP Negeri 3 Jekan Raya Palangkaraya. This study specifically aims at analyzing the textbook based on criteria for a good EFL textbook; aims and approaches, organization of the textbook, language content of the textbook, language skills in the textbook, topics of the textbook, methodology, and practical consideration of the textbook. This study is a descriptive evaluative which focuses on content analysis design that attempts to analyze the English textbook namely Real Time 2: An Interactive English Course for Junior High School Students Year VIII used by the eighth graders of SMP Negeri 3 Jekan Raya Palangkaraya. The intruments of data collection are the English textbook evaluation checklist, interview guide, and students’ questionnaire. The textbook is qualified as good with the score 4 in terms of aims and approaches. Next, the textbook is qualified as fair with the score 3 in terms of organization. Then, in terms of language content, the textbook is qualified as fair with the score 3. Fourthly, the textbook is qualified as fair with the score 3 in terms of language skills. Next, the textbook is classified as good with the score 4 in terms of the topics. In terms of methodology, the textbook is classified as fair with the score 3. Lastly, the textbook is classified as good with the score 4 in terms of practical considerations. In general, the fulfillment of the textbook towards the criteria of good EFL textbook is 3. As a conclusion, the textbook which is used by the eighth graders on SMP Negeri 3 Jekan Raya Palangkaraya is categorized "fair" in terms of the criteria of a good EFL textbook. It means that the textbook can be used as a source and reference for the teacher in teaching and learning process. Based on the findings, the researcher suggests that the author of the textbook improve the quality of the textbook by considering several aspects in the textbook. English teachers should also use the textbook creatively by making best use of the strength of the textbook and finding other alternative materials and resources to complement the weaknesses of textbook. For other researchers who may conduct studies on the similar topic about textbook used in junior high school, it is suggested that they evaluate the textbook based on other criteria, such as the current syllabus/curriculum
