No full textLa participación de la mujer forma parte importante para el desarrollo de las sociedades y sistemas. A través del tiempo, ellas han luchado por sus derechos en la sociedad, desde la economía, la educación, entre otros sectores.
En ese sentido, ¿cómo generar una mayor participación y mejores oportunidades para las mujeres en nuestra sociedad? Habría que pensar en empoderar a las mujeres, sobre todo en los ámbitos más vulnerables, y brindarles herramientas que les permitan alcanzar mayores niveles de desarrollo personal. De esta manera, las actividades que realizan incrementarán su valor, y ellas se sentirán capaces de avanzar y enfrentar las adversidades.
Programas de capacitación, formativos, de inserción laboral, de salud, son algunos de los mecanismos que incentivan a más mujeres a alcanzar sus metas, y demostrar lo que pueden lograr cuando se sienten empoderadas y libres.
Para contribuir con este gran objetivo, Mujer Talento es un proyecto que ayuda a mujeres con pocas oportunidades laborales, sociales, educativas y económicas a desarrollar sus habilidades e incrementar el alcance y productividad de sus pequeñas empresas. A través de asesorías y capacitaciones, las mujeres beneficiadas por Mujer Talento reciben un nuevo enfoque para potenciar sus habilidades y generar nuevas y mejores fuentes de ingreso para ellas y sus familias. Mujer Talento es una nueva alternativa de educación no convencional que les permitirá adquirir los conocimientos necesarios para emprender y hacer crecer su propio negocio

Wounds, roots, conservations and confrontations: family ties and their meanings between daughters and sons with sexual dissidence
No full textilustraciones, diagramas, fotografíasEl vínculo familiar se entiende como una relación íntima y afectiva en el espacio privado y desde el que interactúan los miembros de ese grupo; se trata de una relación conectada con el mundo externo y el mundo interno en las dinámicas familiares. La investigación buscó comprender los significados que hijas e hijos con disidencia sexual atribuyen a sus vínculos familiares. Esta propuesta de investigación busca reflexionar y responder a la comprensión de esos significados desde el Interaccionismo Simbólico y la teoría del vínculo afectivo. La investigación se fundamenta en cuatro producciones narrativas construidas desde grupos de discusión y entrevistas semiestructuradas a hijas e hijos con disidencia sexual considerando algunos aspectos de la metodología Queer. Se encontró que la familia presenta un vínculo tensionado-cuidador ante la existencia de la disidencia sexual de hijas e hijos que, idealiza el amor como un punto de fuga a la vinculación dolorosa y violenta. De igual manera, se identificó que el vínculo familiar seguro por medio de la interacción, forma la personalidad de las hijas e hijos y les permite explorar su propia identidad y orientación sexual en relación con su familia y otros contextos. En conclusión, se encontró que la configuración de los vínculos familiares ejerce por un lado un vínculo violento asumido por los miembros de la familia que expresa el rechazo y la relación filial cuando la hija o el hijo manifiestan su identidad sexual diversa; por otro lado, hay un vínculo familiar en transición en el proceso de revelación que se comprende ambivalente. (Texto tomado de la fuente).The family tie is understood as an intimate and emotional relationship in private space in which the members of that group interact; it is a relationship connected with the external and the internal world in family dynamics. The research looked for understand the indications that daughters and sons with sexual dissidence attribute to their family ties. This research proposal is looking for reflect and respond to the understanding of these indications from Symbolic Interactionism and the theory of the emotional tie. This research is based on four narrative productions constructed from discussion groups and semi-structured interviews with daughters and sons with sexual dissidence, taking into account some aspects of the Queer methodology. It was found that the family presents a strained caregiver bond due to the existence of sexual dissidence of daughters and sons who idealize love as a point of escape from painful and violent bonding. Likewise, it was identified that a secure family bond through interaction forms the personality of daughters and sons and allows them to explore their own identity and sexual orientation in relation to their family and other contexts. In conclusion, it was found that the configuration of family ties assumes, on the other hand, an assumed violent tie which expresses rejection and filial relationship when the daughter or son expresses their diverse sexual identity; On the other side, there is a family tie in transition in the revelation process that is understood as ambivalent.MaestríaMagíster en Trabajo Social con énfasis en Familia y Redes SocialesMetodología Queer desde la técnica de Producciones Narrativas.Familia y redes sociale
Bfree: Enabling battery-free sensor prototyping with python
No full textBuilding and programming tiny battery-free energy harvesting embedded computer systems is hard for the average maker because of the lack of tools, hard to comprehend programming models, and frequent power failures. With the high ecologic cost of equipping the next trillion embedded devices with batteries, it is critical to equip the makers, hobbyists, and novice embedded systems programmers with easy-To-use tools supporting battery-free energy harvesting application development. This way, makers can create untethered embedded systems that are not plugged into the wall, the desktop, or even a battery, providing numerous new applications and allowing for a more sustainable vision of ubiquitous computing. In this paper, we present BFree, a system that makes it possible for makers, hobbyists, and novice embedded programmers to develop battery-free applications using Python programming language and widely available hobbyist maker platforms. BFree provides energy harvesting hardware and a power failure resilient version of Python, with durable libraries that enable common coding practice and off the shelf sensors. We develop demonstration applications, benchmark BFree against battery-powered approaches, and evaluate our system in a user study. This work enables makers to engage with a future of ubiquitous computing that is useful, long-Term, and environmentally responsible. This study aims to determine the implementation of Article 21 Income Tax obligations carried out by Perum Perumnas Sentraland Office in accordance with the regulation of the Director General of Taxes No.PER-16/PJ/2016 concerning technical guidelines for withholding, depositing, and reporting income tax article 21 and / or income tax article 26 in connection with work, services and activities of private persons, to find out the obstacles and efforts to overcome existing obstacles.
In this study, the author used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Descriptive aims to provide a history or picture that fits someone's perspective, or something else to the author.
In the implementation of the calculation of Article 21 income tax carried out by Perum Perumnas Sentaland Office in terms of, the Basis for Imposition of Tax, Non-Taxable Income, Income Tax Rate, Withholding Obligations, and procedures for calculating article 21 income tax have been carried out properly and in accordance with the regulation of the Directorate General of Taxes No.PER-16 / PJ / 2016. No full textThe 1945 Constitution established constitutional rights for citizens and emphasized the need for public participation to safeguard these rights. Citizen lawsuits serve as a form of public participation, but the absence of a legal basis in Indonesia has created uncertainty in their implementation. This study aims to examine the mechanism of citizen lawsuits within the Indonesian legal system, presenting it as a juridical alternative for protecting citizens' constitutional rights. The author utilized a normative legal research method with a qualitative and case-based approach through literature review. Citizen lawsuits enable citizens to take legal action against state officials who have neglected their rights. Courts have relied on jurisprudence and guidelines for handling environmental cases, such as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Decree Number 36/KMA/SK/II/2013. Unlawful acts falling under the executive's jurisdiction serve as the subject of citizen lawsuits. Research on various citizen lawsuit cases demonstrates their effectiveness in defending citizens' constitutional rights. However, financial and knowledge limitations pose obstacles. Financial challenges can be addressed through community collaborations, pooling resources. To overcome knowledge limitations in filing citizen lawsuits, a dedicated regulation outlining the mechanism should be established.UUD 1945 telah mengatur hak konstitusional masyarakat. Namun perlindungan akan hak konstitusional tersebut memerlukan partisipasi publik. Gugatan citizen lawsuit adalah salah satu bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam memperjuangkan hak konstitusionalnya. Namun, belum adanya dasar hukum mengenai citizen lawsuit di Indonesia mengakibatkan ambiguitas dalam implementasinya. Penulisan kajian ini bertujuan meneliti mekanisme citizen lawsuit menurut sistem hukum di Indonesia sebagai alternatif yuridis dalam melindungi hak konstitusional warga negara. Dalam mewujudkan tujuan tersebut, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif juga pendekatan kasus melalui studi pustaka. Citizen Lawsuit adalah jenis gugatan yang diajukan warga negara kepada penyelenggara negara yang lalai dalam menjalankan kewajibannya untuk memenuhi hak warga negara. Selama ini, pengadilan menggunakan yurisprudensi dan Lampiran SK KMA No.36/KMA/SK/II/2013 tentang Pemberlakukan Pedoman Penanganan Perkara Lingkungan Hidup dalam pelaksanaan citizen lawsuit. Objek pada citizen lawsuit berupa perbuatan melawan hukum dalam ranah eksekutif. Penelitian terhadap beberapa kasus citizen lawsuit membuktikan bahwa citizen lawsuit efektif melindungi hak konstitusional warga negara. Akan tetapi masih terdapat beberapa hambatan, diantaranya yakni keterbatasan finansial dan wawasan. Keterbatasan finansial dapat diatasi dengan kerja sama antar masyarakat dengan sumber daya lebih. Sedangkan dalam mengatasi keterbatasan wawasan dalam pengajuan citizen lawsuit, perlu dirancang suatu peraturan yang secara khusus mengatur mengenai mekanisme citizen lawsuit

From where does my support come?: Unpacking the contribution of support for police

The purpose of this research is to explore the structure and impact of police officers' social support network on health and well-being. Social integration promotes opportunities for regular positive experiences and a set of stable, socially rewarded roles within one's work and life domains. Identifying the structure and impact areas of police officers' social support network provide guidance for initiatives in improving psychological health for the department and individual officers.
Design/methodology/approach
Survey of 162 police officers' sources of support provided a holistic representation of their social network across seven sources. Principle component analyses were conducted to explore the structure of one's social network. Multiple regression analyses were conducted to examine overall impact of one's social support network and relative contributions of support sources in terms of increased well-being and reduced strain.
Findings
A three-component structure of social support was partially supported. Overall models of the impact of one's social support network related to increased well-being and reduced strain was supported. Relative contributions of support sources show different patterns based on outcome of interest.
Practical implications
Provides guidance for addressing the psychological well-being needs for officers holistically. In other words, treating officers as whole beings, whose system of support and psychological health is integrated, not piecemeal.
Originality/value
Examination of principle effects of support provides a parsimonious approach to considering the holistic value of one's support system, apart from specific stressors or conditions.Journal ArticleAhead of prin
