Get PDFArtikel ini membahas tentang Penyajian dan Analisis teknik permainan biola “Concerto in G Major” karya Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang membahas tentang bagaimana penyajian dan teknik permainan biola pada karya ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik yang harus diperhatikan dalam permainan biola pada lagu Concerto in G Major karya Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart adalah posisi tubuh, posisi tangan kanan, posisi tangan kiri dan penggunaan bow. Selain hal tersebut juga dipaparkan tentang tingkat kesulitan yang penulis alami dan juga bagaimana cara mengatasinya selama proses latihan rutin. Pada bagian terakhir memaparkan teknik permainan biola dalam lagu Concerto in G Major karya Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart pada saat melakukan resital.This article discusses Performance and Analysis of violin technique Violin Concerto in G Major work by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The research method that is being used is qualitative research, the results of the research will talk about performance and technique in violin by the work of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The research result show that the techniques that must be considered in playing violin in the Concerto G Major by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart are body position, right hand position, left hand position, and bowing. Beside that, it also describes the level of difficulty that the author experienced and also how to overcome it during the routine practice process. Analisis Faktor Penyebab Rendahnya Efektivitas Mesin Grinder di PT. Leo Agung Raya Semarang
Get PDFPersaingan dalam industri jamu hingga saat ini dapat dikatakan semakin ketat. Banyak sekali industri jamu baik dalam skala rumah tangga maupun indusri besar. PT. Leo Agung Raya selalu berusaha untuk menjaga kepuasan konsumen, baik dari segi kualitas maupun ketepatan dalam pengiriman order (delivery), sehingga perusahaan berusaha untuk mencapai zero defect dan zero claim dalam setiap kegiatan produksinya. Untuk mewujudkan hal itu, diperlukan adanya performansi yang tinggi dalam berproduksi.
Produksi jamu di PT Leo Agung Raya sendiri melewati berbagai proses baik secara manual maupun melalui mesin-mesin/otomasi. Dari berbagai proses produksi jamu, menurut data bulan Januari hingga Juni 2008, bagian penggilingan halus menghasilkan loss serbuk terbanyak dibandingkan dengan bagian lain.
Perusahaan mengusahakan utilitas peralatan seoptimal mungkin. Seiring dengan usaha pengoptimalan utilisasi peralatan tersebut, masih dijumpai permasalahan yang menyebabkan tidak optimalnya kinerja peralatan. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana utilisasi peralatan PT. Leo Agung Raya, maka akan dihitung nilai overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) pada mesin-mesin di bagian penggilingan halus. Dimana mesin yang selama periode perhitungan tersebut menghasilkan nilai OEE yang rendah adalah mesin grinder dengan kisaran nilai OEE antara 3,98% sampai 38,87%.
Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini diselidiki akar penyebab masalah rendahnya nilai OEE pada proses penggilingan halus di mesin grinder. Dengan mencari faktor dominan penyebab rendahnya nilai OEE melalui model regresi berganda, kemudian akan dijabarkan akar penyebab masalah dengan menggunakan Fault Tree Analysis.

No full textThe competition in the herbal medicine industry untill now could be said increasingly tight. Plenty of good herbal medicine industries in the scale of the household and big indusri. PT. Leo Agung Raya always tried to maintain the consumer's satisfaction, both from the aspect of the quality and the accuracy in sending an order (delivery), so as the company tried to reach zero defect and zero claim in each one of their production activities. To bring about that, it’s need high production performance.
The production of the herbal medicine in PT Leo Agung Raya passed various good processes manually and through machines/automation. From various processes of the production of the herbal medicine, according to the data in January to June 2008, the soft mill part produced most loss dust compared with the other part.
The company tried to get the utility of equipment as optimal as possible. Together with efforts to optimize the utilization of this equipment, still was encountered by the problem that caused the equipment did not work optimally. To know how far utilization equipment of PT. Leo Agung Raya, then will be counted by the value of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to machines in the soft mill part. Which the machine with the lowest OEE value for the period of this calculation was the grinder machine with the range of OEE value between 3.98% to 38.87%.
Therefore, in this research was investigated the root cause problem of the low level of OEE value in the soft mill process in the machine grinder. By looking for the dominant factor cause of the low level of OEE value through the multiplied regression model, afterwards will be clarified the root cause problem by using Fault Tree Analysi

The Implementation of Willem Iskandar’s Thought in the Historical Learning
Get PDFThe presented research elucidates the values of Willem Iskandar’s books, Si Bulus Bulus Si Rumbuk Rumbuk, and those functions in commemorating the student’s memory about the character education, religiosity, and nationalism. Descriptive qualitative was employed as research approach. The data were collected through literature reviews and content analysis of Si Bulus Bulus Si Rumbuk Rumbuk. The analysis focuses on the description of values inside of the Willem Iskandar’s poetry and contextual aspect that underlying it. The result of research portrays that the Willem Iskandar’s poetry contains the norms that construct the behavioral pattern of Mandailing society. The proses have a function in shaping the character and evolving the movements against the Dutch colonialism. In the educational dimension, the values inside of Willem Iskandar’s poetry become important to be studied in line with the problem of global capitalism that stimulates identity turmoil in any aspect of human life
