Coopération interprétative et questionnement du lecteur dans le récit d' envoi en mission

The present article proposes to read the account of the sending of the disciples in the gospels of Mark and Matthew from the vantage point of the hypotheses of Umberto Eco on the cooperation between the author and his readers. After a description of the interpretive cooperation to which the reader of the account of Mark is invited, it is considered how the evangelist questions whether this cooperation is well-founded. In a third stage, it is shown how Matthew cooperates in reading the Markan account.Le présent article propose de lire le récit d'envoi en mission dans les évangiles de Marc et de Matthieu à partir des hypothèses de Umberto Eco sur la coopération entre l'auteur et ses lecteurs. Après avoir mis en évidence la coopération interprétative à laquelle est convié le lecteur du récit de Marc, il s'arrête sur la manière dont l' évangéliste en questionne le bien-fondé.

Technology and older adults in British loneliness policy and political discourse
IntroductionThis article provides an analysis of recent loneliness policy and political discourses from the United Kingdom pertaining to older adults. Although government asserts that several groups in society are “at risk” of loneliness, older adults remain the most frequent targets of policy interventions. Technology is positioned as playing a role in the causation and alleviation of loneliness. Little research has examined loneliness in political discourses.MethodsWith a focus on how loneliness intersects with themes of technology and aging, this article presents an analysis of discourses guided by Bacchi's What is the Problem Represented to Be (WPR) framework. It endeavors to answer the following questions: What is the problem of loneliness among older adults represented to be, and what is the role of technology in this context – problem or solution?ResultsIn the discourses, assertions are made that issues of loneliness, societal change and digital exclusion are intertwined. Lonely older adults are problematized as hard to find and thus connect with interventions, warranting surveillance measures like loneliness heatmaps. Technological interventions to assist older adults in maintaining independence and connections to social networks are often proposed as solutions. The findings indicate dominant discourses position older adults primarily as subjects in need of care and as non-users of technology. Technology is positioned as a cost-effective tool to fill gaps in an overburdened and under-funded social care system that compounds issues of loneliness.DiscussionThe author argues the neoliberal and stigmatizing undertones within the corpus may undermine efforts to combat loneliness. Further, austerity is silent in the dominant problematizations of loneliness, foreclosing upon alternatives that problematize loneliness as resulting from neoliberal policies that continue to dismantle public infrastructure and social care
Formosa como ejemplo de colonización privada y estatal. Una aproximación desde la espacialidad y el paisaje
The Greek author Herodotus, through his book History II Euterpe, tells us about ancient Egypt and among what he tells us we can find information about the food of the ancient Egyptians. But when relating it to the information we have about this aspect of Egyptian culture, we find some coincidences, as well as differences that must be typical of the time. Therefore, we are going to examine the data that Herodotus gives us regarding what the ancient Egyptians ate and did not eat, raise the differences and similarities with Egyptian reality and analyze this information from the Greek author to understand the vision that was had of ancient Egypt and its food, and how it affected the vision that would later be had about them.En este trabajo analizaré la configuración espacial y paisajística de diversas locaciones formoseñas en el marco de la colonización estatal y privada, centrándome en el período posterior a la fundación de Formosa en 1879. Este proceso –que tuvo como punto de partida el traslado de la población de Villa Occidental tras el laudo de Rutherford Hayes– se encuentra relacionado con las políticas de inmigración y colonización impulsadas por la Ley Avellaneda de 1876. Dichas políticas promovieron tanto la formación de estancias rurales bajo gestión estatal como el establecimiento de colonias agrícolas mediante iniciativas privadas, generando una transformación significativa del paisaje y la espacialidad en el territorio. Sin embargo, estas transformaciones no respondieron a un plan uniforme, sino a un proceso dinámico condicionado por las limitaciones ambientales, la escasez de inversiones y la diversidad de estrategias adoptadas por los colonos. El resultado fue un paisaje heterogéneo, marcado por experiencias de adaptación, conflictos y resignificaciones del entorno
A Capital Problem of Organised Criminality: The Legitimate Legitimacy of Article 317 of the Peruvian Penal Code
El autor desarrolla una descripción de la realidad positiva que regula el delito de organización criminal (art. 317 del Código Penal peruano).
A partir de la aproximación al derecho vigente, extrae las características de la regulación actual de la organización criminal y plantea algunas reflexiones de cara a su compatibilidad con el principio de culpabilidad y el principio del hecho. De esta manera, se destapan los problemas que representa la regulación jurídico-penal vigente de la criminalidad organizada, especialmente el de su legitimación por parte de un derecho penal de la culpabilidad.The author develops a description of the positive reality that regulates the crime of criminal organisation (art. 317 of the Peruvian Criminal Code).

Evaluación del control interno en el proceso administrativo de la Cooperativa de Ahorros y Créditos “Santa Ana” Ltda. del cantón 24 De Mayo, 2022.
The general objective of this research project is to "Determine the importance of the evaluation of internal control in the administrative process of the Savings and Credit Cooperative "Santa Ana" LTDA". In the development of the investigation, the inductive and deductive method was applied, in the same way the techniques of surveys and interviews were used, applied to the collaborators of the entity to obtain opinions, knowledge and data of interest quite close to the truth about the evaluation. Of internal control in administrative processes. Among the most outstanding results, it was obtained that 100% of the respondents mentioned that the Cooperative does have internal regulations, policies and procedure manuals at its disposal for the execution of administrative functions. Consequently, when managing under legal aspects, it agrees that the development of work activities and the acquisition of information are systematized and comprehensive, having at its disposal a set of guidelines that guide the administrative processes of the entity. As a final result of the investigation, an internal control report is reflected, made up of conclusions and recommendations issued by the author of the investigation with the objective of implementing corrective actions for the shortcomings found in the company.El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como principal objetivo “determinar la importancia de la evaluación del control interno al proceso administrativo de la Cooperativa de ahorros y créditos “Santa Ana” LTDA”. Para ello, fue necesario la utilización de los métodos inductivo y deductivo, además de las técnicas de encuesta y entrevista aplicada a los colaboradores de la entidad para recabar opiniones, conocimientos y datos de interés sobre la evaluación del control interno a los procesos administrativo de la compañía. Entre los resultados más sobresalientes se obtuvo que el 100% de los encuestados indicaron que la Cooperativa sí posee a su disposición normativas internas, políticas y manuales de procedimientos para la ejecución de las funciones administrativas. Sin embargo, como discusión se tiene que la empresa al manejarse bajo aspectos legales accede a que el desarrollo de las actividades laborales se desarrolle de forma sistematizada e integral, teniendo a disposición un conjunto de directrices que guían los procesos administrativos de la entidad. En conclusión, se elaboro un informe de control interno, conformado por conclusiones y recomendaciones emitidas por el autor de la indagación con el objetivo de que se tomen medidas correctivas de las falencias encontradas en la empresa antes mencionada

à Lua (Tsuki ni hoeru, 1917), de Hagiwara Sakutarō, por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica, da crítica e da
tradução. Em um primeiro momento será apresentado brevemente o desenvolvimento da poesia moderna
japonesa. Em seguida, nos desdobraremos sobre a biografia do autor e a sua posição na poesia japonesa
moderna. Apresentaremos também as principais contribuições formais e temáticas do autor. Por fim,
analisaremos alguns dos poemas mais representativos da coletânea Lamentos à Lua. A pesquisa
bibliográfica inclui leituras da biografia do autor, da obra original e das versões publicadas em língua
inglesa, bem como de fortuna crítica sobre o tema. A tradução e a análise dos poemas são justificadas
pela ausência de estudos da poesia moderna japonesa em língua portuguesa. Desta forma, o presente
trabalho tem a missão de introduzir o leitor lusófono à poesia japonesa moderna expandindo o campo
de estudos japoneses nos países lusófonos.In this work, I offer a translation and an analysis of selected poems from the anthology Howling at the
Moon (Tsuki ni hoeru, 1917), by Hagiwara Sakutarō, by means of bibliographic research, critique, and
translation. The development of modern Japanese poetry will be presented first, followed by a discussion
of the author’s biography and his position within modern Japanese poetry. I will also present the main
thematic and formal contributions of the author. I will conclude by analyzing some of the most
representative poems of the anthology Howling at the Moon. The review of the literature research
includes readings on the author’s biography, from the original works and their published English
translations, as well as from the body of critical writing about the author’s work. Translating and
analyzing these poems is justified given the absence of studies in modern Japanese poetry produced in
Portuguese. This work thus aims at introducing the Portuguese-speaking reader to the modern Japanese
poetry, expanding the field of Japanese studies in Portuguese-speaking countries
A evolução formal da obra de William Abdalla: de Bagdá para o universo de Minas
It becomes very relevant to study William Ramos Abdallas architecture (1940), as it tries to fill the gaps in our bibliography, historically recovering his little known and scattered works. Therefore, it was necessary to develop a more comprehensive analysis and a systematic survey of the work at issue, aiming to bring to light for those studying architecture the outstanding, though forgotten, work by William Abdalla. Brazilian architecture is very rich and creative; that is why it is important tostudy it. The present investigation has revealed that Abdalla is avid for the new and the unknown. His architecture is ruled by the wish for discovering and inventing. His architectonic language and his project style are peculiar, producing an open, creative and organic architecture. Although being an architect outside the Rio-São Paulo axis, he left works that had great merits, being considered universal examples of architecture, among the best in the world. Being universal and contemporary, he follows the spirit of each era. Extremely sensitive to the local conditions, he is the author of coherent and refined projects. It is important to point out the far reaching typology of his architecture, once he projects houses, schools, banks, company headquarters and plants with the same rigor and beauty. After living for two years in Baghdad, where he worked at the metropolitan train construction, he got acquainted with the others view, turning into a cordial, tolerant and creative person. He hascourageously invested in the humanistic organic architecture of the German architect, Rudolf Steiner, in the twenties, to produce a dynamic and contemporary architecture. During the years of his career, he kept Minas Gerais tradition of producing good architecture. Thus, Abdallas greatest lesson would be that of correct locating the building in time and space. The present work by no means tries to exhaust the current subject. Therefore, it is important that other researchers come tobe interested in the outstanding work by William Abdalla, adding new findings related to his architecture, since many of his works remain to be visited.Pesquisar a arquitetura de William Abdalla torna-se relevante na medida em que busca preencher lacunas em nossa bibliografia, recuperando, historicamente, obras que estão dispersas e pouco conhecidas. Sendo assim, tornou-se imprescindível desenvolver uma análise mais aprofundada e um levantamento sistemático da obraem questão, visando trazer à luz para o público estudioso da arquitetura o notável, embora ignorado, o trabalho realizado por William Abdalla. A produção da arquitetura brasileira é muito rica e criativa, por isso importa estudá-la. Esta investigação revelou que Abdalla é ávido pelo novo e pelo desconhecido. Sua arquitetura está pautada pelo desejo da descoberta e da invenção. Sua linguagem arquitetônica e seu modo de projetar são peculiares, produzindo uma arquitetura aberta, criativa e orgânica. Embora seja um arquiteto fora do eixo Rio-São Paulo,deixou obras que alcançaram grandes méritos, sendo, até mesmo, consideradas universalmente exemplos de arquitetura no nível das melhores do mundo. Sendo universal e contemporâneo, acompanha o espírito de cada época. Extremamente sensível às condições locais, é autor de projetos coerentes e refinados. Importa destacar a abrangência da tipologia de sua arquitetura, pois projeta residências, escolas, bancos, sedes de empresas e indústrias com o mesmo rigor e beleza.Após a sua permanência por dois anos e meio em Bagdá, onde trabalhou nas obras do trem metropolitano, familiarizou-se com a visão do outro, tornando-se cordial, tolerante e criativo. Investiu, corajosamente, na arquitetura orgânica de caráter humaníssimo do arquiteto alemão Rudolf Steiner, da década de 1920, para lograr uma arquitetura dinâmica e contemporânea. Em todos esses anos de sua carreira, manteve a tradição de Minas de produzir boa arquitetura. A maior lição de Abdalla seria, então, a de colocar, corretamente, o edifício no tempo e no espaço. O propósito desta pesquisa não é, de maneira alguma, esgotar o assunto em pauta. Portanto, deseja-se que outros pesquisadores venham a se interessar pela obra notória de William Abdalla, acrescentando novas descobertas a respeito de sua arquitetura, pois ficaram muitas obras para serem visitadas
Interactive reading: a method to enhance EFL learner’s reading habits
Por mucho tiempo se consideró que la lectura era una habilidad lingüística pasiva, en la cual no se llevaba a cabo ningún tipo de proceso mental. No obstante, esta percepción ha cambiado. Mikulecky (2008) expresó que la lectura requiere de un proceso consiente e inconsciente de pensamiento en el cual los lectores utilizan diversas estrategias para interpretar los mensajes (Teaching Reading, para. 2). Este punto de vista ha sido apoyado por autores como Altamirano y Navarro (2013) quienes anotaron que diversos estudios en lingüística aplicada han planteado que los humanos cuentan con una estructura psicológica latente que se activa cuando nueva información es encontrada (p. 18). La asociación entre la nueva información recibida y el conocimiento previo del lector es lo que resulta en la interacción entre este último y el texto leído. Este proceso genera un intercambio activo entre el lector, el escritor, y el texto. Autores como Tamrackitkun (2010) han propuesto que la lectura demanda pensamiento y no puede ser separada del conocimiento previo, y de los sentimientos del individuo involucrado en el proceso así como de la naturaleza del texto (p.14). Esta interpretación debería llevar a los docentes de inglés a pensar en métodos que permitan una interacción activa entre los docentes y el material de lectura. El uso de libros, historias cortas, artículos y otros textos escritos auténticos se ha popularizado entre los maestros de inglés como lengua extranjera. Es por esta razón que los dichos profesionales encontrarán en esta propuesta una experiencia de enseñanza sistematizada que permita a los estudiantes desarrollar el gusto por la lectura a través de la caracterización de personajes e historias extraídas de una compilación seleccionada de textos escritos.For many years, linguists considered that reading was a passive skill and that no mental process was required while being exposed to written material. Nowadays, this perception has changed radically. As defined by Mikulecky (2008), reading is “a conscious and unconscious thinking process. The reader applies many strategies to reconstruct the meaning that the author is assumed to have intended.” (Teaching Reading, para. 2). This argument has been supported by authors like Altamirano and Navarro (2013) who observed that “studies in applied linguistics began to refute such beliefs by remarking that all human beings possess a latent psychological structure that is activated whenever new information is found” (p. 18). The association of the new data to the reader’s background knowledge is what results in the interaction between the text and the reader. This interaction requires the active participation of the reader, the writer, and the text. In fact, Tamrackitkun (2010) prompted that “reading is thinking and can never be separated from the purpose, prior knowledge, and feelings of the person engaged in the activity r from the nature of the text being read” (p. 14). This interpretation should lead teachers to think about methods that allow learners to interact more actively with the texts they read. The use of books, short stories, articles and other types of authentic written texts to teach English as a foreign language has become popular among English as Foreign Language (EFL) teachers. For this reason, EFL teachers will find in this proposal a systematized teaching experience that leads learners to develop the taste for 11
