AbstractThe present study discusses the educational and learning processes of the study entrance and orientation phase of the pedagogical studies at the Karl-Franzens-University of Graz. Different perspectives are considered, theoretically and empirically. The aim of the master thesis is to present the different perceptions and interpretations in the education and learning process of the students. For the study, a method triangulation was selected consisting of theoretical concepts, a law analysis and an empirical evaluation. The results show that the education and learning processes are different between the students in the student entrance and orientation phase. However, it has been found that the majority of students consider that the dates of the examination, the self-organization and the teaching at the university to be essential factors by influencing the learning process.vorgelegt von Lisa Lechner, BAAbweichender Titel laut Übersetzung des Verfassers/der VerfasserinZusammenfassungen in Deutsch und EnglischMasterarbeit Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz 2017 2.19
