AHP-TOPSIS METHOD AS A COMPONENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR DUAL EDUCATION SYSTEM
Conceptual mathematical model of human resource management (HRM) in the field of personnel training is developed in this paper. The developed model is the basis of information technology of dual education - a component evaluating the students training in the company. The information technology of dual education, which is being developed by us, will integrate education and work in the system of dual education, will solve the problem of cooperation between the company and the educational institution. By the methods of multicriteria analysis the proposed mathematical model of HRM describes the subsystems of dual education: companies, students' academic achievements, criteria for assessing the achievement of competencies by academic courses learning. Intuitionistic fuzzy sets for the determination of the subjectivity of assigning estimates by fuzzy trapezoidal numbers are modified, method of adjusting assigned ratings by experts, taking into account subjectivity is developed in this paper. The method for adjusting the subjectivity of final estimates of the multicriteria problem ranking depending on the aims of the integrating system of ranking alternatives subsystems is proposed. Numerical example of the TOPSIS method application taking into account the subjectivity of experts and without it is presented.Key words: fuzzy logic, analytic hierarchy process, dual education, information technology, TOPSIS, Intuitionistic fuzzy set
Analysis of foreign experience of implementation of the dual form of education and accessibility of its implementation in Ukraine
The object of research is the foreign experience of the dual form of education. One of the most problematic places is the effective transfer of the dual form of education to countries with a lack of experience in the implementation and functioning of this type of education. The difficulty of transferring dual education lies in the long-term formation of a model in the countries of origin. Characteristic features of dual learning models were obtained as a result of the influence of local factors and conditions of the countries of origin. The complexity of the transfer also lies in the formalization of the assessment data of the potential of the country of implementation. To solve this problem, fuzzy logic methods are best suited. The advantage of using a fuzzy logic apparatus is the ability to formalize the data of complex systems, converting qualitative indicators into quantitative ones and vice versa. Method of fuzzy inference of the Matlab software environment is used.
In this paper, an analysis of the prerequisites for the introduction of dual education in Ukraine is carried out. The analysis of the foreign experience of dual education is carried out. As a result, factors are identified and grouped into three subsystems (economic, political, cultural and educational) to assess the potential for introducing dual education in Ukraine.
The simulation results shown in the study provide an answer to the question of the feasibility of implementing the dual form of education and assessing this potential of Ukraine. The data obtained as a result of modeling indicate the feasibility of introducing dual education in Ukraine. This is due to the fact that the fuzzy modeling method showed that the integral estimate belongs to the mean of the output term. Among the positive factors that influenced this result, it is worth noting the level of government spending on GDP and the level of prestige of vocational education.
The advantage of research is a quantitative assessment of the potential of transfer of the dual form of education in Ukraine, which is also important from the point of view of the international discourse of transfer of the dual form of education. The paper formalizes the model of the country's potential for the introduction of dual education
MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF TRAINING OPTIMIZATION IN THE COMPANY AS A COMPONENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR DUAL EDUCATION SYSTEM
The development of models for the tasks of human resource management (HRM) is quite relevant. One of these tasks is to optimize the cost of training a student in a company, since a student in the dual training system is also an employee of the company. Maximizing the usefulness of training employees and minimizing the cost of them in the company is one of the necessary conditions for the effective operation of the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to develop and analyze a model for optimizing the cost of training in a company as a component of information technology of a dual form of education. In the paper analyzed the currently relevant methods of multi-criteria analysis of decision support, and as a result of the analysis, the Trapezoidal fuzzy - AHP method was motivated to be chosen as the most effective method for researching a model for determining the usefulness of professional competencies for a company. Trapezoidal fuzzy - AHP method was used to parameterize the objective function with subsequent optimization using linear-integer programming. To analyze the obtained mathematical model, an algorithm was developed in the Python environment and a numerical experiment was carried out.As a result of the study, a model for optimizing the cost of training in a company was developed and a numerical experiment was carried out to demonstrate the acceptability of its application. The developed model is an integral component of the information technology of the dual form of education. The proposed training cost optimization model can be used in practice to maximize the usefulness of training in a company with a given budget and time constraints in a dual system.Key words: Analytic Hierarchy Process, trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, linear programing, optimization, linear-integer programing
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
