    Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi quality control pada pengelasan menggunakan metode Non Destructive Testing (NDT) di Grab Bucket Ship Unloader Unit PLTU Nagan Raya. Quality control yang efektif sangat penting untuk memastikan integritas struktur dan performa operasional dari grab bucket yang digunakan dalam proses unloader. Studi ini berfokus pada penerapan berbagai teknik NDT, seperti ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), dan magnetic particle testing (MPT), untuk mendeteksi cacat atau kekurangan pada pengelasan tanpa merusak komponen. Hasil dari pengujian ini memberikan informasi yang krusial tentang kualitas sambungan las, serta mengidentifikasi area yang memerlukan perbaikan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan NDT yang sistematis dapat meningkatkan keandalan dan umur layanan grab bucket, serta membantu dalam pengelolaan risiko di PLTU Nagan Raya. ============================================================================================================================ This study explores the implementation of quality control for welding through Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods on the Grab Bucket Ship Unloader Unit at PLTU Nagan Raya. Effective quality control is crucial to ensure the structural integrity and operational performance of the grab bucket used in the unloading process. The research focuses on applying various NDT techniques, such as ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), and magnetic particle testing (MPT), to detect defects or inconsistencies in the welds without damaging the components. The results provide critical insights into the quality of weld joints and identify areas needing repair. The study demonstrates that a systematic application of NDT can enhance the reliability and service life of the grab bucket, as well as aid in risk management at PLTU Nagan Raya

    The spread of robot-assisted minimal invasive surgery presents new challenges to surgeons and researchers alike. The novel surgical tools, methods and processes require different skills from the clinicians, thus surgical training and skill-assessment has become increasingly important. In this article, we describe the modification process of a widely used training device, the Fundamentals of Robotic Surgery (FRS) Dome, that was made capable of automatic skill-assessment too, by applying different sensors on it. The basic principles and methods of the sensorization process are shown, together with the first results obtained on the amended training platform

    The Effect of the Application of (Garcinia mangostana L.) towards PDGF-B Expression on Human Gingival Fibroblast Cell Culture After Wound Healing Scratch Test Assay (In-Vitro Study)

    PDGF-B in fibroblast cell proliferation is critical during wound healing process. An increase in PDGF-B accelerates the proliferation and migration of fibroblast cells. Mangosteen peel comprises of numerous benefits, for example, having the ability to speed up the proliferation of fibroblast cells. Scratch tests also showed crucial cell migration and proliferation; thus, mangosteen peel extract is expected to speed up the wound healing process. This study investigated the effect of mangosteen peel extract on PDGF-B expression on scratched human gingival fibroblast cell cultures. Human gingival fibroblast cell cultures were divided into four categories: control for 24 hours, control for 48 hours, treatment for 24 hours, and treatment for 48 hours. All of the samples were initially scratched and then had mangosteen peel extracts applied to them. The concentration used in the experiment was 800μg/ml. This was followed by RNA extraction, which was processed by PCR assay. The 24- hour groups, both control and treatment, showed a brighter band than the 48-hour groups. The application of the mangosteen peel extract on scratched human gingival fibroblast cell culture increased the expression of PDGF-B during the first day (24 hours) and decreased it on the second day (48 hours)

    This study takes an attempt to discuss utility maximization policies. The property of a commodity that enables it to satisfy human wants is called utility. The sensitivity analysis is included in the operation to show optimal policy of an organization. This study deals with four commodities and two constraints, such as budget constraint, and coupon constraint. The economic predictions of future production are necessary for the sustainable production. In the study Lagrange multipliers technique is applied to operate 6×6 bordered Hessian and 6×10 Jacobian appropriately. The sensitivity analysis between commodity and total budget are discussed with detail mathematical analysis
