KONFLIK BATIN TOKOH UTAMA PADA NOVEL PEREMPUAN BAYANGAN KARYA NETTY VIRGIANTINI (PENDEKATAN PSIKOLOGI SASTRA)
This study examines the inner conflicts of the main characters in Netty Virgiantini's novel Perempuan Bayangan. The purpose of this study is to describe the form, causal factors, and forms of inner conflict resolution and physical and psychological analysis of the main characters in the novel Perempuan Bayangan.The methods used in this study are qualitative descriptive. The data in this study were sentence that contains the characteristics of the main character in terms of physical and psychological in the novel Perempuan Bayangan by Vetty Virgiantini. The process of collecting data in this study was through several stages, namely: preparation stage, implementation stage, and closing. Data analysis techniques used in this study. The interactive model is divided into four parts, namely (a) Data collection, (b) Data reduction, (c) presentation of data, and (d) withdrawal of conclusions.The results of the analysis showed that in the novel Perempuan Bayangan by Netty Virgiantini there is a main character described by the author of the novel by not showing too much physical characteristics through age and dress style. However, the author by directly showing the physical characteristics of the main character through sentences and words. Meanwhile, the form of inner conflict experienced by the main character includes destiny that is not in accordance with the expected, anxiety in making decisions, and expectations that are not in accordance with the wishes. The Effect of Commitment, Empowerment, Controlling on Discipline and Effectiveness of Public Work Employees In Indragiri Hulu
The research was conducted in Department of Public Works employee Indragiri Hulu. The purpose of this research was to know the influence of commitment, empowernment, and controlling towards the discipline with individual test and overall test, and to know the influence of discipline toward the effectiveness of the Department of Public Works employee Indragiri Hulu. The research method applied descriptive quantitative and the population in this research were 118 employees. By using a Purposive Random Sampling method, it has been obtained 92 respondents. Data obtained with questionnaires. This research used Two phase Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of research shows that the commitment, empowernment, and contolling have been influence of significant toward the discipline. It indicates from the value of Fobs> Ftable at the level of α = 5%      Fobs=38,261>Ftable = 2,48 with probability (p) smaller than 0,05 and determination coefficient value (R2) is 56,6%. It means that 56,6% commitment, empowernment, and controlling toward the employee’s discipline. A partially (individual test) shows that the value of commitment 2,369, empowernment -0,04, controlling 7,811. This result indicates that commitment and controlling have most dominant influence on employee’s discipline, empowerment has no influence on the discipline of employee. Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Penerapan Model Absensi Fingerprint terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dengan Disiplin Kerja sebagai Variabel Moderating
This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership and Application of Fingerprint Attendance Model to Work Productivity With Work Discipline as Moderating Variable. In this research, sampling method used is accidental sampling method (non-probability sampling). In this study using three variables, independent variables are Leadership (X1) and Attendance Model Fingerprint (X2) with dependent variable is Productivity (Y) and moderating variable is Discipline (Z). Population in this research is employees at PT. ASTRA Daihatsu Motor, and samples are 85 respondents. The result of the research shows that Leadership variable is not able to moderate to Work Productivity, Fingerprint Attendance Model variable has a significant effect on Work Productivity, Work Discipline variable also has a significant effect on Work Productivity, Leadership and Work Discipline is not able to moderate to Work Productivity, Fingerprint and Discipline Attendance Model Work is also not able to moderate against Work Productivit
PENGARUH LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE, LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN YANG DIMODERASI OLEH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mencoba untuk memastikan bagaimana perubahan kepemimpinan dan rantai komando mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja di PT. Perikanan Internasional Sanjaya, yang diatur oleh komitmen organisasi. Studi ini menggunakan data asli yang dikumpulkan dari 147 PT. Pekerja Perikanan Internasional Sanjaya yang menanggapi kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3 untuk analisis Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS -SEM). Menurut penelitian, komitmen organisasi, locus of control, dan pertukaran anggota pemimpin semuanya memiliki dampak yang bermanfaat dan substansial terhadap kinerja pekerja. Karena hubungan antara pertukaran anggota pemimpin dan kinerja pekerja tidak terlalu menguntungkan, komitmen organisasional tidak dapat dimoderasi. Karena tidak berdampak merugikan pada kinerja karyawan, locus of control yang dimoderasi tidak mengubah komitmen organisasi.Kata Kunci : Leader Member Exchange, Locus of Control, Kinerja Karyawan, Komitmen Organisasi. ABSTRACT This investigation intends to ascertain how the organizational commitment-driven by PT. Sanjaya International Fisheries' employees behave when leadership and locus of command are changed. The 147 PT. Sanjaya International Fisheries Workers who responded to the questionnaire provided the study's original data. The Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS -SEM) analytical method employs SmartPLS version 3 software. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by organizational commitment, locus of control, and member exchange of leaders, according to research. Organizational commitment cannot be regulated since there is not a highly favorable correlation between leader-member exchange and worker performance. Modified locus of control doesn't affect employee performance negatively, hence it doesn't affect organizational commitment.Keywords : Leader Member Exchange, Locus of Control, Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment
Caracterización de las empresas de Barranquilla en acuerdo de reestructuración : caso industrial Yidis S. A
A partir de 1990 y debido a la desaceleración del crecimiento económico en
Colombia, se incrementó la mortalidad de empresas en el país, por lo que el
gobierno se ideó mecanismos que permitieran inyectar solvencia a estas
empresas con el propósito de establecer un régimen que promoviera y
facilitara la reactivación empresarial y la reestructuración de los entes
territoriales, para asegurar la función social de las empresas y lograr el
desarrollo armónico de las regiones.
Por ello se creó la ley 550 de 1999 que permitió durante este período que las
empresas evitarán su liquidación por medio de la reestructuración de
pasivos; ayudando a que las organizaciones vinculadas a este proceso
lograrán obtener, capacidad de pago en sus obligaciones, una mejor
administración financiera y crearán acuerdos con los empleados en materia
laboral.
La ley 550 de 1999 fue derogada expresamente por la Ley 1116 de 2006,
por medio de la cual se establece el régimen de insolvencia empresarial
en la República de Colombia y se dictan otras disposiciones para la
protección del crédito, la recuperación y conservación de las empresas, pero
frente a estos cambios se les ha cerrado el acceso para aplicar al nuevo
régimen de insolvencia.
En este proyecto de investigación se quiere dar a conocer el proceso de
implementación de esta ley en el caso de la empresa INDUSTRIAS YIDI
S.A. en la ciudad de Barranquilla como alternativa para extender la vida de la
compañía basada en el entorno económico global, causas y consecuencias
que la llevaron a participar de este proceso comprendido bajo el régimen de

Pengaruh Lingkungan Eksternal Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Dengan Gaya Kepemimpinan Laissez Faire Sebagai Variabel Moderating
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh yang dihasilkan setiap variabel terhadap prestasi kerja dan seberapa kuat pengaruh moderasi terhadap variabel-variabel apakah memberi efek terhadap prestasi kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang sudah berkerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Random Sampling. Jenis data yang dibuat adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang di isi langsung melalui google form oleh seratus lima puluh responden dan kemudian mengolah data memakai Partial Least Square (PLS). Dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan data hair. Hasil statistik dari olah data peneliti menunjukan Lingkungan Eksternal, Pengembangan Karir serta Gaya Kepemimpinan Laissez Faire berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja sedangkan moderasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Laissez Faire tidak berpengaruh justru memperlemah pengaruh dari Lingkungan Eksternal dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Gaya Kepemimpinan Laissez Faire berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap Prestasi Kerja, dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai perhitungan yang paling besar dari variabel lainnya.Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Eksternal, Pengembangan Karir, Prestasi kerja, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Laissez Faire ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how much influence each variable has on job performance and how strong is the effect of moderation on the variables whether it has an effect on job performance. The population in this study are people who have worked. The sampling technique used is the random sampling method. The type of data created is primary data using a questionnaire that is filled in directly via google form by one hundred and fifty respondents and then processes the data using Partial Least Square (PLS). By using the hair data collection method. The statistical results of the research's data show that the External Environment, Career Development and Leadership Style of Laissez Faire have a positive and significant effect on Job Performance, while moderation of Laissez Faire's Leadership Style has no effect, it weakens the influence of the External Environment and Career Development on Job Performance. The Laissez Faire Leadership Style has the most dominant influence on Job Performance, as evidenced by the results of the greatest calculation value of the other variables.Keywords : External environment, Career development, work performance, and Laissez Faire Leadership Styl

El objetivo principal de este proyecto es diseñar la propuesta de emprendimiento cultural Rosa Caribe como modelo de negocio de base cultural desde las raíces de la diversidad étnica afrodescendiente y de los significados del uso del turbante en las mujeres negras. Asimismo, los objetivos específicos buscan presentar los elementos conceptuales y culturales que fundamentan al turbante como prenda constructora de identidad; exponer las actividades de la propuesta marco del emprendimiento; destacar la importancia de los mensajes para combatir el racismo en Cartagena y elaborar productos que fomenten la construcción de identidad alrededor del Caribe afrodiaspórico
The Effect of Trust and Service Quality Toward Patient Satisfaction with Customer Value as Intervening Variable
The research was conducted at Laboratory Installation RSPI of Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso (RSPI-SS). Unit of analysis was patients of Medical Check Up in Laboratory Installation of RSPI-SS which is located in Sunter, North Jakarta. The samples of this research were 93 patients from 121 populations; the research method was purposive sampling technique. The instrument of statistic analysis was through PLS 3.0 which was used to test the hypothesis. The research finds seven hypotheses as the results. They are variable of trust which affects customer satisfaction positively but does not significantly affect to customer satisfaction, variable of trust which affects customer satisfaction negatively but significantly affects the customer value, variable of service quality which affects to customer satisfaction positively and significantly, variable of service quality which affected to customer value positively and significantly, variable of customer value which affects positively and significantly to customer satisfaction, intervention of customer value on the trust to customer satisfaction which affects negatively and significantly, and intervention of customer value on service quality to customer satisfaction which affects positively but not significantly
Penerapan Dimensi Knowledge Sharing Behavior Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusahaan Sektor Wisata di Indonesia
The research looks at the phenomenon of Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Limited Company as a
company engaged in the business of property and development of integrated tourism area
which has a vision to be the biggest and the best in Southeast Asia by having the widest
network. To achieve that vision of course companies are always trying to improve the
performance of its employees work in order to survive, thrive and have the confidence to
compete with competitors of the company. Phenomenon that occurs is the low level of
performance on Pembangunan Jaya Ancol limited Company is in terms of doing the work in
team.
This research was conducted to find out Application of Dimension of Knowledge-Sharing
Behavior On Performance Of Tourist Sector Employees In Indonesia. The research is using
primary data with the dissemination of the research questionnaire, respondents to this study
are all employees in the marketing unit as respondents. Researchers assume this part is the
cutting edge of Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Limited Company.
The result of this research is the increasing of Knowledge Knowledge of Collecting and
Donating variable will contribute significantly to influence Employee Performance of
Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Limited Company. In other words Knowledge of Collecting and
Donating Knowledge has a positive and significant influence simultaneously, while for test
partially Knowledge in Donating have the positive and significant influence and also with
Knowledge Collecting gave a positive and significant influence on employee Performance of
Company Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Limited Company.

Pengaruh Rekrutmen dan Career Path Terhadap Coorporate Performance dengan Kinerja Karyawan Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Perusahaan Multinasional = The effect of recruitment and career path on corporate performance with employee performance as an intervening variable in multinational companies
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Rekrutmen (X1), Career Path (X2) terhadap
Corporate Performance (Z) dengan Kinerja karyawan (Y) sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT.NetApp Indonsia yang berlokasi di Sentra Senayan II Jakarta.
Sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh pekerja profesional di PT.NetApp. Alat Analisa data yang
digunakan adalah menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan uji statistik diperoleh hasil
bahwa variable rekrutmen (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Corporate Performance (Y), variable
Career Path (X2) tidak signifikan terhadap variable Corporate Performance (Y). Variabel rekrutmen
(X1) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Z). Untuk variable career path (X2)
memiliki hasil yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Z). Variabel kinerja karyawan (Z)
memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Corporate Performance (Y). Sedangkan untuk
variable Rekrutmen (X1) terhadap Corporate Performance (Y) yang yang di mediasi oleh variable
Kinerja Karyawan (Z) memiliki hasil yang signifikan. Dan untuk variabel career path terhadap corporate
performance yang dimediasi oleh kinerja karyawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan.

Performance (Y) with Employee Performance (Z) as intervening variable. The population in this

all professional workers in the company tersebut. The tools is used Partial Least Square (PLS). Based
on the statistical test results obtained that the recruitment variables significantly affect corporate
performance.Variabel career path is not significant to corporate performance variables.Variabel
recruitment on employee performance results obtained signifikan.Untuk career path variable on
employee performance results are not significant. Variable performance of employees significant to
variable corporate performance. For employee performance variables to corporate performance
mediated by employee performance gained significant, and for career path variable to corporate
performance mediated by employee performance has no significant effect.
