Identifikasi Varietas Unggul Kedelai Berdasarkan Warna Benih Dengan Fuzzy Cluster Means
Telah dilcikukan tugas akhir tentang identifikasi vcirietas unggul kedelai bedasarkan warna dengan Fuzzy Cluster Means (FC'M ). Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menentukan identi fikasi varietas unggul kedelai dengan menggunakan FC`M herdasarkan warna kemudian membandingkaanya dengan hasil pengolahan data melalui jaringan syaraf tiruan (JST). Percobaan ini menggunakan benih kedelai sebagai objek, dari varietas: Anjasmoro, Argomulyo, Argopuro, dan Panderman. Data masukan yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini berupa data RGB dari masing-masing varietas dengan variasi warna tempat pengambilan data, yaitu hitarn dan coklat serta jenis lampu yang digunakan, yaitu: pijar dan halogen. Data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan FCM sehingga diperoleh keluaran berupa pusat klaster dan derajat keanggotaan serta nilai error dengan metode FCM. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa tiap varietas memenuhi sifat derajat keanggotaan fuzzy, yaitu maksimum pada satu kelas dan minimum untuk kelas yang lain. Untuk tingkat keakuratan, FCM memberikan kebenaran sebesar 80%. Jika dibandingakan dengan JST, FCM kurang akurat namun lebih konsisten dalam memberikan kebenaran.

Final project about identification of soybean varieties based on color by Fuzzy> Cluster Means (FCM ) was done. This final project aims to determine the identification of soybean varieties using FCM based on the color then compared by results of data processing by artificial neural network ( 1ST). This experiment used soybean seeds as objects of varieties: Anjasmoro, Argomulyo, Argopuro, and Panderman. Input data used in this final project in the form of RGB data of each variety with the color variations of data retrieval, which is black and brown and kind of lamps used\ namely: incandescent and halogen. The data is processed by using FCM to produce the output of the cluster centers and membership degrees and the value of an error with FCM method. The resulst of the final project, it is known that each character varieties meet fuzzy membership degrees\ ie at a maximum and minimum class for another class. Tor the level of accuracy, FCM provides the truth as much as H0%. If it compared by JST, FCM is less accurate but more consistent in giving the truth
Abstract 1122‐000190: Persistent DWI Signal for 18 Months in Ischemic Stroke Patient with Carotid Web
Introduction: Diagnostic tools for acute ischemic infarcts include the use of DWI sequence on MRI to identify acute infarcts is especially useful since lesions can become hyperintense on this sequence very rapidly (Albers 1998). Over the next 15 days, DWI hyperintensity slowly decreases back to isointense. In some patients, however, there is persistent DWI hyperintensity past 1 month. There are theories that these persistent areas exhibit delayed onset infarct, prolonged ischemia, or perhaps different repair processes (Rivers, et al 2006). To this day, all DWI signals have been known to resolve within a few months even for persistent hyperintensities (Rivers, et al 2006). Carotid webs are a rare form of fibromuscular dysplasia that protrudes from the intimal tissues of carotid arteries. They are shelf‐like projections that grow into the lumen and disrupt normal blood flow (Zhang, et al 2018). These outgrowths are theorized to lead to ischemic strokes due to flow stasis and subsequent embolization of clots that form (Zhang, et al 2018). There is no consensus on the best management of carotid webs, and secondary prevention of recurrent strokes range from medical management to carotid stenting. Methods: This is a case report, and information for the patient was gathered through review of medical records on the EMR. Results: We present a case of ischemic stroke in the right basal ganglia/corona radiata, who presented with left sided weakness. The patient was found to have prediabetes, HTN, and HLD. However, she had recurrence of her symptoms over the next 18 months (figure 1). Repeat MRIs showed persistent DWI hyperintensity that slowly decreased in size and signal intensity over this period but in the same area as the initial infarct. The rest of the work up was only significant for a carotid web in the right internal carotid artery identified on conventional angiography. Ultimately she was managed with medical therapy including aspirin, statin, and antihypertensives. Conclusions: It is unclear whether the carotid web is associated with persistent DWI for such an extended time frame. There is very little research that explores the pathophysiology of ischemic strokes from carotid webs. In addition, there is even less information about the physiology of an evolving infarct that shows persistent DWI signals for such an extended time frame. Further studies that look into carotid webs may help us understand the best long term management in such patients. Future studies that explore the physiology of ischemic strokes that show such persistent DWI signals may elucidate and perhaps expand upon current management options and possibly identify new areas for intervention
Strike Three Yer Out!? : Examining the Constitutional Limits on the Use of Prior Uncounseled DWI Convictions to Impose Mandatory Prison Sentences on Repeat DWI Offenders
This Comment examines the constitutional implications of using prior uncounseled DWI convictions to incarcerate repeat DWI offenders. The Comment reviews the Supreme Court decisions that established the right to court-appointed counsel for the indigent accused and examines the federal constitutional limitations on the collateral use of prior uncounseled DWI convictions. It also critically evaluates state court decisions involving the collateral use of prior uncounseled DWI convictions. The author concludes that, because an uncounseled conviction is inherently unreliable, it should not be used to mandatorily incarcerate a DWI repeat offender
SIMULASI PENGENDALI SUDUT PITCH BLADE PADA TURBIN ANGIN DENGAN FLOWER POLLINATION ALGORITHM (FPA) UNTUK MENGOPTIMALKAN KONVERSI DAYA LISTRIK
Telah dilakukan penelitian berupa simulasi untuk mengendalikan sudut pitch blade
pada turbin angin. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengoptimalkan proses konversi daya
listrik. Pengendalian sudut pitch blade pada tubin angin dilakukan dengan PI-Contoller.
Nilai konstanta Kp dan Ki dari PI-Controller diperoleh secara optimal dengan algoritma
penyerbukan bunga (Flower Pollination Algorithm (FPA)).
Simulasi dilakukan dengan variasi kecepatan angin untuk memperoleh sudut pitch
blade yang optimal. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kestabilan steady state untuk
memperoleh eigen value dan damping ratio. Sedangkan untuk analisis kestabilan transient
dilakukan analisis overshoot, settling time, rise time, dan parameter lainnya. Hasil parameter
dari simulasi dengan FPA, dibandingkan dengan coba-coba (manual tunning) dan Particle
Swarm Optimization (PSO). Semua simulasi dilakukan dengan simulink dan m.file dari
software matlab.
Berdasarkan hasil simulasi dan analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem stabil steady
state karena memliliki nilai negatif untuk semua eigen value. Nilai damping ratio juga lebih
besar dari 0,05 yang menandakan sistem teredam dengan baik. Pada analisis transient baik
untuk frekuensi maupun sudut pitch blade, FPA memberikan respon settling time yang lebih
cepat dan overshoot yang lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan PSO dan manual tunning.

A research of simulation pitch angle blade of wind turbine had been done. The
purpose of the research was to optimize the conversion of power. The controller of pitch
angle wind turbine was PI-Controller. The value of gain Kp and Ki was obtained optimally by
Flower Pollination Algorithm (FPA)
The simulation was done by using variation of wind speed to obtain the optimum
pitch angle blade. In this simulation, the steady state and trasient stability analysis were
applied. Damping ratio and eigen value were obtained to observe the steady state stability.
The paramater of transient stability such as: settling time, rise time, and overshoot etc. were
obtained by using manual tunning, FPA, and PSO. The parameters result of tunning were
compared. All the simulation run in simulink and m.file of matlab.
Based on the simulation and analsis result, it could be concluded that the system wes
stable steady state. It was shown by all real component of negative eigen value. The damping
ratio of the system was more than 0.05 and less than 1 so the system was damped well. In
transient analysis in pitch angle blade and rotor frequency, FPA gave the fastest settling time
and the lowest overshoot response than manual tunning and Particle Swarm Optimization
(PSO)
KAJIAN NEW HISTORISME DALAM NOVEL HATI SINDEN KARYA DWI RAHYUNINGSIH: A Study Of New Historicism In The Novel Of Hati Sinden By Dwi Rahyuningsih
Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif new historisme dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejarah dan budaya Indonesia dalam novel Hati Sinden karya Dwi Rahyuningsih. Data dalam penelitian berupa teks, baik berupa kata, kalimat, atau wacana yang sesuai dengan rumusan masalah. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu novel Hati Sinden karya Dwi Rahyuningsih yang diterbitkan oleh Diva Press pada tahun 2011. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu penulis yang berorientasi pada penelitian tentang sejarah dan budaya Indonesia dalam novel Hati Sinden karya Dwi Rahyuningsih. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui dua tahapan yaitu baca dan catat. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu kategorisasi, deskripsi, dan penyajian data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, dalam novel Hati Sinden karya Dwi Rahyuningsih terdapat representasi sejarah Indonesia yaitu tentang Partai Komunis Indonesia. Kedua, representasi unsur budaya dalam novel Hati Sinden karya Dwi Rahyuningsih yang terdiri dari unsur budaya pada sistem kesenian, sistem mata pencaharian hidup, dan sistem kepercayaan.
Abstract: This research used new historicism perspective with the aim of identifying Indonesian history and culture in the novel of Hati Sinden by Dwi Rahyuningsih. The data in this research is the form of text, either the form of words, sentences, or discourse in accordance with the formulation of problem. The data source in this research is novel of Hati Sinden by Dwi Rahyuningsih, published by Diva Press in 2011. The instrument in this research is the author who oriented towards research on Indonesian history and culture in the novel of Hati Sinden by Dwi Rahyuningsih. The data collection technique in this research was carried out in two stages, namely reading and taking notes. The data analysis technique was carried out in three stages, namely categorization, description, and presentation of the data. The results show that first, in the novel of Hati Sinden by Dwi Rahyuningsih, there is a representation of Indonesian history, namely the Indonesian Communist Party. An integrated system approach to characterise a drinking water infrastructure system
The object of this article is the drinking water infrastructure (DWI), a critical societal infrastructure. To make effective decisions it is important to characterise and understand the complexity of DWI systems. DWI systems can be seen as a system of systems, consisting of the social-ecological system and the social-technical system. The social-ecological system determines the location and seize of the water resources, while the social-technical system is about the technical infrastructure. The two systems with different characteristics must align to work effective together in the DWI system. The tension between different lifecycles of the assets and dynamic changes in both systems, the time of change, is important to take into account. The SoPhyTech infra framework was developed based on the two systems and time of change. The advantages of applying the SoPhyTech infra framework is studied in a case comparing two very different DWI systems: Indonesia (Semarang) and the Netherlands (Vitens). Optimization pitch angle controller of rocket system using improved differential evolution algorithm
Pitch angle of rocket system is the important parts of the rocket. This part corresponds to the movement of the rocket system. Rocket system is fell into multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) system. The most challenge factor in MIMO system is designing the controller, if the design is not appropriate, it may lead to the unstable condition. Hence, appropriate and robust control design is inevitable. This paper introduces PID controller as pitch angle control of rocket system. Furthermore, PID controller parameter is optimized using improved differential evolution algorithm (IDEA). To analyze the performance of rocket system, time domain simulation is implemented. From the simulation result, it is found by using PID controller based on IDEA, the performance of pitch angle of rocket system is enhanced
