SCHISM OR ALIENATION?
This paper is about historical and canonical aspect of so-called schism between Eastern and Western Christian Churches. Readers have the opportunity to get acquainted with the main and important events, which led to the alienation between the two churches, or the two worlds (unfairly called Schism). On the other hand, he got acquainted with the Historical events, of which nature is conciliatory. Authors of the article, John Spiteris and Grigor Larentzakis, try to break down the existing stereotypes, that formed as a result of the alienation between the two churches, and ultimately. The article also presents and discusses the positive and negative aspects, that the representatives of both churches have, and most importantly, the paper makes it clear, that the 1054 Schism was personal and not syllogistic. A clear example of this fact is a document signed by the Patriarch of Constantinople Athenagoras and Pope Paul VI in 1965, according to which, in 1054, the Anathematisms published by Cardinal Humbert and the Patriarch of Constantinople Michael Cerularios, were annulled and they were no longer an obstacle to the rapprochement of the two churches. The leitmotif of the paper is the answer to the question: Schism or alienation? Motifs of Nature in Grigor Vitez's Poetry for Children
U Vitezovoj poeziji sve nemoguće postaje moguće i igri i mašti nema kraja. Grigor Vitez is author of numerous children's poems in which poet's love for nature comes to expression. Reception of Grigor Vitez’s poetry
Autor na posve nov način oblikuje pjesme o prirodi, stvara oblik životinjske uspavanke, razrađuje oblik dječje zagonetke i pitalice, stvara leksičke igre riječi poentirajući ih duhovitim obratom i dotiče mogućnosti alogične, nonsensne pjesme. The topic of this graduate thesis is the Reception of Grigor Vitez’s poetry and it’s role in the developmental course of Croatian children’s poetry. His 1956. collection Quail is a turning point in poetry because it cut off the teaching role. His verses gave up the role to replace it with the co-player role. Considering he was the founder of this new approach in children’s poetry, he was the inspiration for a whole new modern generation of Croatian children’s poets. In Vitez’s rich creativity for children we can point out many diverse units of his poetic thematic preoccupation. The author shapes songs about nature in a completely new way, creates the shape of an animal lullaby, elaborates the shape of a children’s riddle, creates lexical word games by pointing them with a witty twist and touches the possibility of an illogical, nonsensical poem. His poetry gains momentum and develops in a direction that didn’t have a visible path yet, but Grigor Vitez charts on the map of poetry something that until then wasn’t visible to us. He is the founder of modern children’s literature, as well as a synonym for different children’s poetry.
In the research, a qualitative research paradigm was used. Besides the literature available online, available material from the Science and City Library of Zadar. Publishing houses and publishers of schoolbook material were contacted, for the purpose of researching the reception of Vitez’s poetry in schoolbooks, picture books, anthologies, historical reviews as well as contemporary poetry
MEANING MOVEMENTS OF LEGAL CONCEPTS (NARROWING, EXPANSION OR INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION) IN THE WORKS OF GRIGOR TATEVATSI
Some legal concepts, as evidenced by the early grabar (ancient Armenian), later appeared with shifts in meaning, narrowing or expanding, often also moving away from the original meaning, as we have in the case of the word "ojit" ("dowry"), which originally meant a gift brought by the bridegroom to the bride, and later he became an inheritance from his father\u27s house, brought by the bride. We fixed the author\u27s new use of the word GITHWORN (githwor, Guilty), since the grabar (ancient Armenian) dictionaries do not testify, and Grachya Acharyan in "Armenian root dictionary" mentions only the use of Grigor Tatevatsi in the ". According to the author, the word "apaharzan" is a legal concept that has lost its force in its time

The article analyzes the Grigor Luzhnytsky’s story «Twelve letters of f. Andrey Sheptytsky to mother» as writer’s creative comprehension of historical documentary evidence together with artistic conjecture and fiction. Compositional structures of the story, the symbolism of numbers are investigated. Biblical reminiscences of the work, mystical elements are analyzed. The author points to a combination of the sacred and profane in figurative charac-teristics of Andrew Sheptytsky and his mother. The categories of religiosity and patriotism, which function as inseparable, are considered

The Role Played by Julian Grigor ´ evič Oksman in the Academic Edition of the Collected Works of Aleksandr Herzen An outline of Memoirs
The article deals with the central role played by Ju. G. Oksman (1895-1970) in the academic edition of A. Herzen’s Works in 30 volumes (35 volumes altogether), which has been prepared by the Institute for World Literature (IMLI) between 1954 and 1966. The author, who made her contribution to it, evokes, through her notes, his extraordinary personality, his erudition, his precision and his refusal of any dishonest compromise. She also points out how closely Oksman was watched in spite of his rehabilitation after ten years spent in labour camps, because of his contacts with foreign slavists, which led him to new persecutions in 1954 and to the banishment of his name until the Perestroika.</jats:p

The Role Played by Julian Grigor ´ evič Oksman in the Academic Edition of the Collected Works of Aleksandr Herzen An outline of Memoirs

Hod mice and the mouse set conjecture
The author develops the theory of Hod mice below AD_{\mathbb{R}}+ "\Theta is regular". He uses this theory to show that HOD of the minimal model of AD_{\mathbb{R}}+ "\Theta is regular" satisfies GCH. Moreover, he shows that the Mouse Set Conjecture is true in the minimal model of AD_{\mathbb{R}}+ "\Theta is regular"
On the super tree property and on large cardinals in HOD
This thesis is divided into two parts.
The first part is a work on the super tree property, a strengthening of the tree property. From Specker's theorem, the continuum hypothesis must fail at if we want the tree property at . Following up on Honzik and Stejskalov'a's theorem on tree property, we show that under a large cardinal assumption, it is consistent that the super tree property holds at all even together with any given Easton's function under as long as the function violates at all :
Theorem
Assume holds. Let be an -sequence of supercompact cardinals with limit . Let . Let , and let be an Easton function which respects the 's. Then there is a forcing such that in :
1. Cardinals in are preserved, and all other cardinals below are collapsed; in particular, for all , , and .
2. For all , holds.
3. The continuum function on is controlled by , i.e.
The second part is the forcing part of a joint work "On -strongly measurable cardinals in Pmax extensions" with Takehiko Gappo, James Holland, and Grigor Sargsyan. This is a work toward refuting the Woodin's conjecture by making three successors cardinals of -strongly measurable in . This work answered Question 4.11 of "On -strongly measurable cardinals" raised by Ben-Neria and Hayut. We showed that under a large cardinal assumption, it is consistent that , , and of satisfy a strengthening of -strongly measurable in : Theorem[A.-Gappo-Holland-Sargsyan]It is consistent relative to a Woodin limit of Woodin cardinals that holds and if , then is -strongly measurable in , i.e. the restriction of the club filter on to is an ultrafilter in .Ph.D.Includes bibliographical reference
