Tecniche di adattamento del diritto indù in Italia
No full textL'analisi delle tecniche di adattamento dei diritti religiosi rientra nel solco della tradizione del diritto ecclesiastico, da sempre chiamato a confrontarsi con la necessità di far convivere ordinamenti diversi. Il contributo si sofferma sulle possibili tecniche di adattamento del diritto indù in Italia alla luce del fatto che ormai da tempo un numero cospicuo di persone provenienti dall'India si è stabilizzato sul territorio italiano. Dall'analisi di alcuni case studies, risulta che adattare norme "diverse", sebbene sia difficile, non è impossibile. Il diritto interculturale, concepito nell'ambito del diritto ecclesiastico, si dimostra utile strumento a questo scopo poiché cerca di offrire soluzioni pratiche che accolgano i bisogni delle minoranze nel rispetto dei principi stabiliti dall'ordinamento giuridico statuale

Synthesis of Sulfoxides by the Hydrogen Peroxide Induced Oxidation of Sulfides Catalyzed by Iron Tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)porphyrin:Scope and Chemoselectivity
No full textThe oxidation of sulfides with H2O2 catalyzed by iron tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)porphyrin in EtOH is an efficient and chemoselective process. With a catalyst concentration 0.03-0.09% of that of the substrate, sulfoxides are obtained with yields generally around 90-95% of isolated product. With vinyl and allyl sulfides, no epoxidation is observed. With a catalyst concentration between 0.09% and 0.25% of that of the substrate, sulfones are obtained in almost quantitative yield and with the same high chemoselectivity observed in the synthesis of sulfoxides

No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

No full textITALIANO: Il contributo prende in esame la «colossale impresa» di riedizione aggiornata e ampliata dei Rerum Italicarum Scriptores (RIS) di Ludovico Antonio Muratori voluta da Scipione Lapi che, fino alla morte (1903), ne curò la stampa nel suo Stabilimento tipografico di Città di Castello. L’impresa editoriale fu possibile grazie all’appoggio tecnico-scientifico di Vittorio Fiorini, che ne diresse il progetto predisponendo il piano generale, e all’autorevole patrocinio di Giosuè Carducci. La documentazione del fondo Vittorio Fiorini (1857-1926), conservato presso l’ISIME, viene presa qui come principale riferimento per ricostruire le tappe intercorse tra l’avvio del progetto (1893) e la cessione della direzione scientifica dell’opera (1923). / ENGLISH: This paper focuses on the «colossale impresa» of updated and expanded edition of Rerum Italicarum Scriptores (RIS) by Ludovico Antonio Muratori, wanted by Scipione Lapi who, until his death (1903), edited the press in his typographical Establishment located in Città di Castello. The publishing work was possible thanks to the technical and scientific support of Vittorio Fiorini, who directed the editorial project, and the authoritative sponsorship of Giosuè Carducci. The documentation belonging to the archive Vittorio Fiorini (1857-1926), kept at the ISIME, it’s taken here as the main reference to reconstruct the settlement patterns occurred between the start of the project (1893) and the end of the scientific direction of the work (1923)
