The Utilizing of Microsite through S.id Platform as a Digital School Administration Portal for SMPN 01 Duhiadaa
This study aims to identify the use of the S.id microsite platform as a digital portal for teachers and education personnel in school administration at SMPN 01 Duhiadaa. The method used is a mixed method with a sequential exploratory design, combining qualitative (observation, interview) and quantitative (satisfaction survey) approaches. The development of the training program refers to the ADDIE model which includes the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The results of the study show that before the training, most teachers were not familiar with S.id platform. After participating in the workshop, participants were able to create an account, shorten the URL, adjust the appearance of the microsite, and produce digital products such as curriculum vitae, learning tools, and administrative tools. The survey data showed that 100% of respondents rated the interface access and interface to be easy to use, more than 70% rated the speed and administrative features as needed, 73% were satisfied, and 27% were very satisfied, while 91% rated the technical support adequate. These findings confirm that the use of microsites S.id effectively support the transformation of school administration towards an efficient and user-friendly digital system. ADDIE-based training programs have proven to be relevant to improve educators' technology skills while encouraging the creation of modern and sustainable school information management

Islam and gender: The Bangladesh perspective
This book contains English essays on gender issues the author Shah Abdul Hannan originally wrote in Bangla over more than two decades. As part of his continuing quest for justice, he has been passionate about establishing gender egalitarianism in Bangladesh society. Even though the sociocultural reality of Bangladesh has been at the back of his mind while penning his thoughts transmitted in these essays, they can be effective in addressing gender disparities in other societies as well. The crux of his arguments with regard to gender issues corresponds with what the emerging Islamic feminist discourse promotes, that is, the best way to address gender inequities and gender based discrimination is to go back to the teachings of Islam. At the same time, Shah Abdul Hannan believes, it is important to understand the primary sources of Islam – the Qur’an and the Sunnah – in the context of contemporary concerns and perspectives. Pendampingan Pembelajaran English Fabulous Learning Mentimeter Berbasis Gamifikasi di SMP Negeri 1 Duhiadaa
Theprogramof gamifies fabulor learning using mentimeter was supporting the students and teachers’ skill and creativity in designing IT-Based learning. The method employed utilizied the fabulous learning with Mentimeter. Based on the outcomes of the initial community empowerment activities, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) participants demonstrated high interest and motivation in learning English and actively participated in English lessons through applications like Mentimeter, Duolingo, Memrise, Quizlet, Quizizz, Kahoot, and Quizwhizzer; 2) participants developed an understanding of using Mentimeter synchronized with gamified English learning to improve students’ vocabulary, speaking, and reading skills; 3) participants successfully applied IT-based English learning applications via Mentimeter, Duolingo, Memrise, Quizlet, Quizizz, Kahoot, and Quizwhizzer; 4) participants grasped the concept of enjoyable learning, which helped increase students’ interest and English language proficiency; and 5) participants were able to develop teaching modules in the form of gamified e-modules.Pendampingan English Fabulous learning berbasis gamifikasi bagi murid dan guru SMP Negeri 1 Duhiadaa sangat dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan English skills dalam pembelajaran. Pembelajaran konvensional cenderung kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif dan guru belum memiliki kreativitas menginovasi pembelajaran. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa menguasai Bahasa inggris dan meningkatkan kreativitas guru merancang media pembelajaran berbasis IT. Metode yang digunakan adalah English fabulous learning Mentimeter dengan lama pendampingan 2 hari menggunakan instrument wawancara. Data hasil pengabdian yang sudah di lakukan berupa: 1) mitra memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dalam berpartisipasi belajar Bahasa inggris melalui aplikasi Mentimeter, Duolingo, memrise, quizlet, Quizizz, Kahoot, and Quizwhizzer; 2) mitra memahami penggunaan gamifikasi bahasa inggris mentimeter; 3) mitra mampu menerapkan penggunaan English learning Apps berbasis IT yang mampu meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan bahasa inggrisnya; 4) mitra mampu mengembangkan e-modul gamifikasi. Secara keseluruhan pendampingan ini efektif meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris berbasis IT
PEMIKIRAN JAMALUDDIN ABDUL RAZIQ TENTANG PENYATUAN KALENDER ISLAM INTERNASIONAL DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA DI INDONESIA
Mankinds needs a calendar as a regulator and time divider. Especially for Muslims, the need for a calendar is very urgent because there are many Muslim worships related to time, such as the Hajj, Ramadan fasting and other purposes. There are two systems of calendars based on the circulation times of heavenly bodies. First, the Christian calendar is a dating system based on the average circulation of the Earth around the Sun (Solar System). Second, the Hijri Calendar is a calendar based on the average circulation of the moon around the Earth (Lunar System). The criteria clearly affect the uncertainty of the Islamic Calendar. Then it is necessary to unite the Islamic calendar universally. One of the initiators in uniting the Islamic calendar is Jamaluddin Abdur Raziq which is contained in at-Taqwim al-Qamariy al-Islam al-Muwaahid or famous for the term Universal Islamic Calendar. This idea arises because of the differences that often occur in beginning and ending the beginning of the lunar month. In this concept Jamaluddin Abdur Raziq hopes that all Muslims throughout the world have a permanent Islamic calendar. The method applied in this paper is descriptive analysis. The author will describe the concept of Jamaludin Abdur Raziq's idea of the unification of the Islamic Calendar. After describing it, then it will analyze the implementation of the idea of Jamaludin Abdur Raziq in Indonesia

Theories of Knowledge Sharing Behavior in Business Strategy
AbstractInspiring people to share knowledge and experience at workplaces has gained attention among the researchers to determine the ways of motivating employees to knowledge sharing behavior. In order to promote knowledge-sharing behavior, people in business need to understand the influences and the mechanism that drives individually to contribute their valuable knowledge with others. This paper reviews the nature of knowledge sharing and theories underlying knowledge sharing behavior to understand the factors that influence individual behavior to share their knowledge. Several theories have been applied to study knowledge-sharing behavior included theory of reasoned action (TRA), theory of planned behavior (TPB) and social exchange theory (SET). The literature review was conducted to identify the association of the theories, practices and knowledge sharing behavior. Initial discussion in this paper, was discussing the nature of knowledge sharing and common practices of knowledge sharing behavior. The literature review determined willingness, business citizenship behavior and commitment represent as an individual knowledge sharing behavior. While, the theories identified that attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and exchange of maximizing benefits and minimize cost in turn leads to drive individual towards knowledge sharing behavior. The finding contributes to the individual and business in understanding the factors that drive to knowledge sharing behavior
