PENGGUNAAN NAMA ALIAS DI BELAKANG NAMA ASLI DALAM PROSESI IJAB QOBUL DI DESA MEDURI KECAMATAN MARGOMULYO DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM
Get PDFPernikahan merupakan salah satu hal yang memiliki kedudukan penting dalam hukum Islam. Dalam pelaksanaannya, ijab qobul menjadi inti dari akad nikah yang menentukan sah atau tidaknya suatu pernikahan. Namun, dalam konteks lokal seperti di Desa Meduri, Kecamatan Margomulyo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, ditemukan fenomena sosial yang unik, yaitu penggunaan nama alias oleh calon mempelai dalam prosesi ijab qobul. Penggunaan nama seperti “Kukusan” dan “Cikrak” muncul dalam praktik adat sebagai bentuk ikhtiar menghindari pengaruh negatif dari ketidakcocokan weton Jawa. Fenomena ini memunculkan perdebatan tentang bagaimana praktik semacam ini dipandang dalam hukum Islam. Penelitian ini berangkat dari dua rumusan masalah utama yaitu bagaimana praktik penggunaan nama alias dalam ijab qobul di Desa Meduri; dan bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam terhadap praktik tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan secara jelas bagaimana praktik ini berlangsung di lapangan, serta menganalisis kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam, khususnya dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori At-Tahqiqi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam dengan empat narasumber utama, yaitu Kepala KUA Kecamatan Margomulyo, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, dan pelaku langsung pernikahan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori at-Tahqiqi sebagai pisau analisis utama untuk melihat fleksibilitas hukum Islam dalam merespons realitas sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama praktik penggunaan nama alias dilakukan dalam ruang adat dan tidak memengaruhi keabsahan akad nikah secara hukum Islam. Identitas asli calon mempelai tetap diketahui, dan proses ijab qobul tetap memenuhi syarat dan rukun nikah. Kedua, pandangan hukum Islam, melalui pendekatan At-Tahqiqi, menilai bahwa praktik ini masih dalam batas toleransi selama tidak menimbulkan kerancuan identitas dan dilakukan dengan kesepakatan serta kejelasan maksud. Oleh karena itu, praktik ini dapat diterima sebagai bentuk kearifan lokal yang tidak bertentangan dengan syariah

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Hubungan Antara Ekspresi Cyclooxygenase-2 Dengan Derajat Histopatologi dan Invasi Limfovaskular Karsinoma Sel Skuamosa Serviks
Get PDFKarsinoma sel skuamosa (KSS) serviks merupakan karsinoma invasif yang terdiri dari sel-sel dengan diferensiasi skuamosa. Berdasarkan derajat histopatologinya KSS serviks dibagi menjadi derajat 1 (diferensiasi baik), derajat 2 (diferensiasi sedang) dan derajat 3 (diferensiasi buruk). Banyak faktor yang berperan dalam karsinogenesis KSS serviks, antara lain cyclooxygenase-2, enzim kunci dalam sintesis prostaglandin, namun hubungan antara COX-2 dengan derajat histopatologi KSS serviks masih menjadi kontroversi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara ekspresi COX-2 dengan derajat histopatologi dan invasi limfovaskular KSS serviks dengan pemeriksaan immunohistokimia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian potong-lintang. Lima puluh slaid sampel diambil dengan cara simple random sampling dari arsip Patologi Anatomi RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang dari Januari sampai Desember 2013. Dilakukan pulasan menggunakan antibodi COX-2 dan dianalisis hubungan ekspresi tersebut dengan derajat histopatologi dan invasi limfovaskular KSS serviks. Hasil penelitian didapatkan derajat histopatologi terbanyak adalah derajat atau diferensiasi buruk (derajat 2 dan 3) sebesar 78%, diikuti derajat atau diferensiasi baik (22%). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara ekspresi COX-2 dengan derajat histopatologi KSS serviks (p=0,046). Invasi limfovaskular dijumpai pada 78% kasus, tetapi tidak berhubungan dengan positifitas ekspresi COX-2 (p=0,618). Didapat juga temuan lain yaitu sebukan atau infiltrasi sel radang yang padat pada 72% kasus dan adanya hubungan yang bermakna dengan positifitas ekspresi COX-2 (p=0,020). Disimpulkan bahwaekspresi COX-2 paling tinggi terdapat pada KSS serviks dengan derajat atau diferensiasi buruk dan semakin menurun pada derajat atau diferensiasi baik. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
