Tinjauan Pemisah Arah Permanen Terhadap Arus Lalu Lintas di Jalan Dr Mansyur
Jalan adalah prasarana transportasi darat yang meliputi segala bagian jalan,
termasuk bangunan pelengkap dan perlengkapannya yang diperuntukkan bagi
lalu lintas. Pemisah arah adalah suatu jalur bagian jalan yang memisahkan jalur
lalu lintas, yang berfungsi untuk memisahkan arus lalu lintas yang berlawan arah
dan mengurangi daerah konflik bagi kendaraan belok kanan sehingga dapat
meningkatkan keamanan dan kelancaran lalu lintas dijalan tersebut. Seiring
dengan perkembangan transportasi dan meningkatnya penggunaan kendaraan
terkadang tidak diimbangi dengan perkembangan sarana dan prasarana jalan.
Jalan Dr Mansyur merupakan salah satu jalan di kota Medan yang memiliki
kegiatan yang cukup padat karena jalan ini merupakan akses untuk menuju pusat
kegiatan masyarakat yang termasuk kawasan pemukiman, pertokoan, sekolahan,
rumah sakit, tempat ibadah, dan sebagainya menyebabkan lalu lintas jalan tersebut
mengalami perkembangan sesuai dengan keadaan sekitar jalan tersebut. Maka atas
dasar inilah dilaksanakan pembangunan median atau pemisah arah yang permanen
di jalan Dr Mansyur. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang diamati secara langsung, jalan
ini terus terkendala macet pada jam sibuk di lihat dari tingkat pelayanan yang
berada dalam kondisi F yang artinya jalan sangat padat dengan nilai kapasitas
2756 smp/jam, derajat kejenuhan 1,75. Kinerja jalan juga belum membaik
meskipun kecepatan arus bebas meningkat 3.15 % dan kepadatan yang berkurang
27,73 % namun tetap saja tidak mampu menampung volume kendaraan yang
masuk pada ruas jalan Dr Mansyur setelah dibuatnya pemisah arah permanen ini
sebesar 2756 smp/jam
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Pembelajaran Rambu-Rambu Lalu Lintas dan Marka Jalan untuk Peningkatan Kesadaran Berlalu Lintas
Dibeberapa wilayah seperti dibeberapa lampu lalu lintas sering sekali banyak pengguna jalan melakukan pelanggaran, seperti tetap menjalankan kendaraan walaupun lampu rambu-rambu lalu lintas sedang menyala merah, lampu rambu-rambu lalu lintas belum menyala hijau tetapi sudah jalan, berhenti di zebra cross atau sengaja melewati zebra cross, dan melewati batas marka jalan. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya pengetahuan dari pengguna jalan terhadap aturan rambu-rambu lalu lintas. Ketertiban adminstrasi berkendara, pemilik kendaraan wajib memiliki Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan (STNK) dan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) yang diterbitkan langsung oleh pihak terkait. Pelanggaran berlalu lintas juga cukup banyak terjadi pada pengendara yang belum memiliki Surat Izin Mengemudi. Hal tersebut terjadi karena kegagalan dalam melakukan tes tertulis yang berisi soal-soal tentang rambu-rambu lalu lintas dan marka jalan pada saat mengajukan pembuatan Surat Izin Mengemudi. Diperlukan suatu edukasi agar masyarakat mengetahui dan belajar tentang rambu-rambu lalu lintas dan marka jalan dengan cara dibuat suatu media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi multimedia berbasis android tentang pembelajaran rambu-rambu lalu lintas beserta marka jalannya
Fuzzy Clustering for Exploratory Analysis of EEG Event-Related Potentials
We introduce an analysis method for electroencephalography (EEG) data, focused on Event-Related Potentials (ERPs). Our approach is unsupervised and makes use of a fuzzy clustering algorithm based on the possibilistic framework, and includes a data-driven noise and artifact rejection phase. Our contribution provides a general analysis tool, applicable to any ERP data set, which can uncover the data set's internal structure. The fuzzy clustering algorithm is the core of our method, since its fine-grained membership grades how much a sample belongs to a given cluster, making the method applicable even when groups have a certain overlap. Prior to the clustering step, we apply weights to the feature vectors, optimizing them in order to enhance the variance within the dataset, and we extract time-window interval based features inspired by interval arithmetic. We apply the data processing workflow to the analysis a set of ERPs recorded during an emotional Go/NoGo task. We evaluate the performance of the unsupervised analysis by computing a measure based on the clusterization rate of trials in different experimental conditions. The results on the studied data set show that the proposed method obtains a difference of clusterization rate of 69% in Go vs. NoGo trials, when weights and interval-features are applied to the data, improving previous work not including weights and interval-features which had a rate of 31%. Furthermore, when compared with the standard Fuzzy c-means, our proposed possibilistic clustering algorithm outperforms it in terms of clusterization rate. We also examine the effect of pre-processing the data with Independent Component Analysis and removing noise-related components, and observe that this does not improve significantly the obtained results. These findings demonstrate that our proposed method provides a valuable data processing workflow robust to EEG artifacts and able to produce a clustering that is coherent with the experimental conditions represented in the ERP dataset

Long-term cerebrovascular reactivity mediatedby ozone autohemotherapy: a NIRS study
Ozone autohemotherapy is an emerging
therapeutic technique. A validated and standard methodology to
assess the effect of such therapy is still lacking. We used a nearinfrared
spectroscopy system (NIRS) to monitor the cerebral
oxygenation of 8 subjects (6 neurological) before, during, and
after ozone autohemotherapy. The oxygen concentration in
brain tissue markedly increased about 1-2 hours after therapy.
The time-frequency analysis of the NIRS signals revealed an
increasing activity in the LF frequency band related to the
vascular autoregulation. This preliminary study showed that
NIRS could be useful to show the effects of ozone
autohemotherapy at cerebral level, in a long term monitoring
