No full textIn this paper, we discuss and try a multi-image fusion approach with a multibranch Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) that implies a MultiHeadAttention (MHA) technique in the fusion center. This work studies the employment of the architecture on actual data containing different images of the same USB device. The images differ in the direction of the light at the moment of the acquisition. We observed that instead of employing a simple concatenation fusion of the outputs, the network architecture could employ a multibranch classification featurewise, which utilizes a multi-head attention mechanism instead of a channel attention one
On the delayed approach to mediastinal lymphomas in the SARS-CoV2 era
No full textCOVID-19 outbreak dramatically affected the health system, not only by direct infection but also depleting health resources and limiting patients' access to medical advice. We presented the cases of four patients admitted to the Respiratory Department for mediastinal masses who, even complaining mass-related symptoms, delayed hospital admission being afraid of SARS-Cov2 infection. The final diagnosis of primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma was achieved by interventional pulmonology procedures including bronchoscopy, ultrasound and CT-guided biopsies. These semi-invasive techniques may speed up the diagnostic workout and, sometimes, spare thoracic surgery. The prognosis of this kind of non-Hodgkin lymphomas depends on an early and aggressive therapeutic approach. Considering that, the delayed healthcare utilization due to patients' concern to seek for medical advice in COVI D-19 era should not be underestimated

Sri Hartati, M.P 3 RINGKASAN Qori Trisna Liani H3313042. Budidaya Tanaman Pare (Momordica charantia L.) dengan Pemberian Pupuk Kandang dan Pupuk NPK. Budidaya tanaman pare dilaksanakan di Desa Banaran Rt 04 Rw 10, Kelurahan Wonoboyo, Kecamatan Wonogiri, Kabupaten Wonogiri mulai pada 4 Maret 2016 sampai dengan 15 Mei 2016. Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Dibawah bimbingan Ir. Wartoyo, S.P M.S. Pare merupakan tumbuhan semusim, merambat atau memanjat dengan alat berupa sulur, bercabang banyak, berbau tidak enak. Batang berusuk 5, memiliki panjang 2 - 5 m, batang muda berambut rapat. Daun tunggal, bertangkai, bentuk bulat telur, berbagi menjadi 5 - 7, pangkal berbentuk jantung, warna hijau tua. Tanaman pare dapat tumbuh dan berproduksi dengan baik di daerah dataran rendah sampai ketinggian 500 meter di atas permukaan laut (dpl). Hasil produksi budidaya tanaman pare yang lebih menguntungkan adalah dengan pemberian pupuk NPK karena mendapatkan keuntungan Rp 41.030,00 dengan R/C ratio 1,17 dan B/C ratio 0,17. Budidaya pare dengan pupuk campuran keuntungannya lebih rendah daripada pupuk NPK Rp 38.015,00; R/C ratio 1,15 dan B/C ratio 0,15. Budidaya pare dengan pemberian pupuk kandang mendapatkan keuntungan paling kecil Rp 2.060,00; R/C ratio 1,008 dan B/C ratio 0,008. Kata Kunci : Tanaman Pare, Pupuk, Pemasaran, dan Analisis Usaha. 1. No full textWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
