EVEKTIVITAS TERAPI RELAKSASI BENSON TERHADAP KUALITAS TIDUR PADA REMAJA DI SMA NEGERI 4 BITUNG
No full textLatar Belakang : Tidur yang berkualitas dapat membantu menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental. Akibat dari kualitas tidur buruk pada remaja adalah berkurangnya kemampuan berpikir dan konsentrasi akademik. Terapi relaksasi benson adalah salah satu terapi alternatif yang menggabungkan teknik pernafasan dan kepercayaan spiritual untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur.
Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terapi relaksasi benson
efektif terhadap kualitas tidur pada remaja di SMA Negeri 4 Bitung.
Metode : Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pra-eksperimen dengan desain one group pre and posttest design. Teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu non probability yaitu purposive sampling untuk menentukkan sampel. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 4 Bitung dengan jumlah populasi yaitu 161 siswa, dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 46 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner PSQI (Pitssburgh Sleep Quality Index) untuk mengukur kualitas tidur.
Hasil : Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, menunjukkan adanya penurunan nilai pretest ke posttest, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai mean rank dari
23.50 ke 0. Hal ini diperkuat dengan nilai Z sebesar -5.935 dan nilai p sebesar 0.000 (p-value < 0.05).
Kesimpulan : Ada perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap kualitas tidur remaja sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi relaksasi benson. Dimana Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini membuktikkan bahwa terapi relaksasi benson dapat meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada remaja di SMA Negeri 4 Bitung.

No full textIndonesia and Pakistan are pluralistic countries consisting of various religions and beliefs. These differences can positively add to the diversity of the context of society and culture. Given the condition of a country that has diverse values, it is necessary to have an attitude of tolerance and an understanding of pluralistic values as a reference to avoid greater conflict. This research aims to find out the legal regulations for religious blasphemy in Indonesia and Pakistan and to find out the comparison of religious blasphemy laws in Indonesia and Pakistan. Research is a type of scientific research that uses a systematic approach and way of thinking to study something or certain legal phenomena using a normative juridical approach. This approach consists of a statutory approach, a conceptual approach and a comparative approach. This research is doctrinal (normative) in nature. The legal materials used were obtained through searching legal materials or library studies of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials.
Then, the author describes and connects in such a way that it can be presented in a systematic writing. The analytical method used in the research is comparative analysis of regulations with grammatical interpretation and systematic interpretation. The results of this research are that Article 156a of the Criminal Code in Indonesia regulates and prohibits religious blasphemy with the threat of a maximum prison sentence of five years, or six years if carried out through written or electronic media. The objects of protection regulated in article 295 are the Prophet Muhammad SAW and Islamic religious beliefs. Meanwhile, in Pakistan, Articles 295-A and 295-C in the Criminal Code criminalize insulting the Islamic religion, with the threat of the death penalty or life imprisonment for perpetrators of blasphemy against the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In addition, Article 295-A also provides for serious penalties, namely imprisonment of up to ten years, for insulting religion in general. The objects of protection are regulated in article 295, namely everything that is respected by Muslims, including the Prophet Muhammad, the Koran, and the Islamic religion in general and in article 298, namely holy people or Islamic religious shrines or Islamic religious graves

Politically Germany Consistent support integrity and cooperation among regions of Indonesia and Indonesia welcomed efforts to resolve internal conflicts through negotiation. Even since 2010, Indonesia and Germany increased cooperation in energy field. Germany and Indonesia have conducted a number of joint projects in the renewable energy sector in recent years, including geothermal energy as one of the safeguards climate ,and to support national energy security.The method used in this study is a description which aims to systematically describe in this cooperation between Indonesia and Germany in the development of Geothermal Energy, based on techniques of data collection is library research, the data collection techniques to find the data from the literature books, information based review of the literature or whether sourced reference articles, magazines, newspapers, journals, bulletins, internet, and important notes on matters related to the issue being studied by the author. The theory used in this study is the theory interpendesi International cooperation.The results of this study are: Indonesia and Germany Cooperation in the development of geothermal energy in Indonesia in 2010 - 2012 have been performed optimally. It is seen that Germany has provided funding for geothermal energy development in Aceh.
