No full textThe beginnings (from 1936) of the history of the parish in Gorzyce Wielkie, which originated from a part of a parish in Ostrów Wielkopolski, are shown through the fascinating personality of Fr. Teodor Korcz, who became its first pastor. His interests by far exceeded traditional pastoral ministry. The text is a valuable contribution to studies on the depiction of the rural community in the religious, social, folk and even folkloristic aspects.The author of the text, Fr. Marian Wolniewicz, was a witness of Fr. Our best [5/11] fit has an rms error from kotos and Wolniewicz V of a. u. on Bohr radii. The [5/11] fitting has a pole at a. u. with a residue of 0.98 instead of the correct values of 0 and 1, respectively

No full textThe graduation project of the chair Interiors of buildings and cities asks for a new program for the Roosenberg abbey. The Roosenberg Abbey is designed by Dom Hans van der Laan and is located in Waasmunster, Belgium. Since 2016 the Roosenberg will no longer be used as a monastery. Because of its monumental and iconic status, the KU Leuven therefor decided to transform it in an architectural study centre. This was the starting point of the graduation studio. It was our objective to form a program that would suite the Roosenberg and the Ku Leuven, but could also add a narritive to the wider context. To research the functions and sizes for the new programme we looked very closely to our own desires for a architectural study center, since we could be adressed as a future user. The main question in this study was therefor: what is our ideal program for an architectural university or study center. We also looked at precedents of monasteries to understand their architectural language, the positioning of functions and the relations between them.The project requested a clear position towards the architectural oeuvre and thinking of Dom Hans van der Laan and a clear understanding of his proportion, light and materiality. W stronę origines de la Pologne contemporaine – poszukiwania metodologiczne Stefana Kieniewicza w latach 1946–1948
Get PDFThis article deals with Stefan Kieniewicz’s theoretical reflection on history in the years 1946–1948. A distinguished student of the history of the lands of partitioned Poland, Kieniewicz played his part in the elaboration of the Marxist interpretation of this period of Polish history. In the period under consideration, scholars still enjoyed a significant amount of freedom in the pursuit of their studies, including in terms of the search for methodological inspirations. The author’s attention is specifically drawn to Kieniewicz’s discussioin of the strenghts and weaknesses of the traditional model of historical research (the one based on the doctrine of individualistic historicism) on one hand and what was then regarded as new approaches to historical studies, inspired by Marxism and sociology, on the other. The author also attempts to show the extent to which these new inspirations informed Kieniewicz’s concept of ‘integral history’ and his program of the social history of partitioned Poland.Przedmiotem artykułu jest refleksja metodologiczna Stefana Kieniewicza, jednego z najwybitniejszych badaczy porozbiorowych dziejów Polski i współtwórcy ich marksistowskiej interpretacji. Rozważania ograniczają się do lat 1946–1948, w których refleksję taką można było podejmować ze względną swobodą. W artykule ukazano dokonaną przez Kieniewicza konfrontację założeń tradycyjnego modelu historii (opartego na indywidualistycznym historyzmie) z tendencjami modernizacyjnymi inspirowanymi przez nauki socjologiczne i marksizm, a także wpływ tych poszukiwań na wizję „historii integralnej” i program historii społecznej Polski porozbiorowej

No full text Employing Kołos and Rychlewski's ab initio wave functions for the electronic I1Πg. state of molecular hydrogen (Dieke's 3dπ 3E) we calculated the diagonal corrections for nuclear motion to the electronic energies over the internuelear-distance range R = 1 – 12 au. The vibration–rotation energy levels calculated in the adiabatic approximation are compared with spectroscopic results in H2, HD, and D2 and it is concluded that the convergence error of the electronic energy in the inner well [Formula: see text] of the double-minimum potential curve is 1.0 ± 0.5 cm−1. The electronic matrix elements of angular-momentum coupling with the [Formula: see text] state and of the dipole transition moments to the (B, B′) [Formula: see text] and C1Πu states are also presented. </jats:p

No full textDans son article 1’auteur s’occupe seulement de deux livres consacrés à la christologie de Saint Paul, parus dernièrement dans la collection „Lectio Divina”. Il s’agit de travail écrit par Fr. Amiot sous le titre: Les idées maîtresses de Saint Paul, Paris 1958 et celui de L. Cerfaux, Le Christ dans la théologie de Saint Paul, Paris 1951 (2-ème édition Paris 1954). En comparant ces deux oeuvres au point de vue de la méthode de l’exposition exégétique, 1’auteur préfère celle de L. Cerfaux, et c’est pourquoi il s’intéresse au travail du célèbre professeur lovanien, d’une manière plus spéciale. En conclusion il recommande la méthode de L. Cerfaux comme très utile et constructive dans l’exposition de la théologie biblique et surtout de la christologie aux Grands Séminaires des Prêtres
