No full textIl saggio rileva l’emergere di una “regione frontaliera” a ridosso del confine tra Regno delle Due Sicilie e Stato Pontificio nel cuore degli anni Trenta. A delineare tale “regione trans-statale” contribuirono due processi, di cui il primo atteneva strettamente alla costruzione vera e propria del confine statale del Regno, che vide svilupparsi intense dinamiche di negoziazione tra istituzioni e corpo sociale, mentre l’altro riguardava le modalità per cui le reti di relazione socio-economica tra le comunità sui due versanti del confine svolsero un ruolo centrale nell’indurre le istituzioni statali a riconoscere nella fascia di territorio trans-statale uno spazio peculiare, a cui riservare un profilo d’eccezione in riferimento al movimento tanto delle persone quanto delle merci, riplasmando spesso il dettato legislativo in virtù delle particolari esigenze dei territori di frontiera

No full textNell'elaborazione dottrinale di Gioacchino da Fiore possiamo riconoscere i tratti caratteristici del suo tempo: in particolare, l'attenzione all'"ordo" e il linguaggio simbolico. Sebbene gli sviluppi di questi caratteri nella produzione dell'abate calabrese vengano portati fino a esiti a tratti sconcertanti, è tuttavia riconoscibile nella radice stessa del suo sistema (la "concordia") l'attenzione per l'"ordo rationis", che troviamo anche in altrii autori contemporanei.
