PROSEDUR PENJUALAN KAMAR PADA REGANTRIS HOTEL By ROYAL SINGOSARI SURABAYA
The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for selling rooms at
Regantris Hotel by Royal Singosari Surabaya. The type of research used is
descriptive, namely research that is used to analyze data by describing or describing
the data that has been created without the idea of making conclusions. Data
collection techniques were carried out by observation, direct interviews, and
documentation. The results show that the procedure for selling rooms at Reganris
Hotel by Royal Singosari Surabaya has gone well, as is the SOP for Regantris Hotel
by Royal Singosari Surabaya and is in line with the opinion of Tambunan (2013) and
Rasto (2015), although there are still obstacles related to the sale of rooms.
Therefore, to reduce some of these obstacles, it is necessary to be thorough in the
sales process so that misunderstandings do not occur, so that guests staying at the
hotel feel comfortable to stop by

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keaktifan belajar siswa dalam
mengikuti KBM, memperoleh langkah-langkah yang efektif pelaksanaan
pembelajaran model kooperatif tipe Practice-Rehearsal Pairs dalam
meningkatkan aktifitas belajar siswa dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas
XI Program Keahlian TITL (Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik) pada mata pelajaran
Perakitan dan Pengoperasian Sistem Kendali (PPSK). Hasil penelitian yang
dilakukan sebagai masukan dalam pemilihan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action
Research). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri
atas perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi tindakan dan refleksi
tindakan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 32 siswa kelas XI TITL 4 SMK Negeri 2
Yogyakarta. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes,
observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa keaktifan siswa dalam belajar
menunjukkan adanya kenaikan setiap siklus. Keaktifan siswa dalam apersepsi
mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I (26,25%) , siklus II (51,52%), dan siklus III
(72,50%). Keaktifan siswa dalam diskusi kelompok mengalami peningkatan dari
siklus I (31,25%), siklus II (50,52%) dan siklus III (71,35%). Keaktifan siswa
dalam mengikuti pembelajaran Practice-Rehearsal Pair mengalami peningkatan
dari siklus I (36,46%), siklus II (59,38%) dan siklus III (73,96%). Hasil belajar
siswa mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas pre tes sebesar
56,25% (18 siswa), siswa yang tuntas pos tes sebesar 68,75% (22 siswa)
kemudian meningkat menjadi 75,00% (24 siswa) pada siklus II, dan meningkat
lagi menjadi 84,38% (27 siswa) pada siklus III dengan indikator ketercapaian
hasil belajar melebihi dari yang ditetapkan yaitu 75% dari keseluruhan siswa
dengan mendapat nilai minimal 76. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat
disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Practice-Rehearsal
Pairs pada siswa kelas XI TITL 4 SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta mata pelajaran
Perakitan dan Pengoperasian Sistem Kendali (PPSK) dapat meningkatkan hasil
belajar siswa dengan indikator ketercapaian prestasi belajar siswa 75% dari
keseluruhan siswa serta meningkatkan keaktifan siswa selama proses
pembelajaran berlangsung.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used

Perkembangan sosial anak sangat tergantung pada individu anak, peran
orang tua, lingkungan masyarakat dan termasuk di TK. Interaksi sosial merupakan
bagian dari perkembangan sosial anak yang dimulai semenjak balita sampai
dewasa. Di lembaga TK Dewi Sartika Wonokromo Surabaya pada kelompok B
menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak yang belum mampu berinteraksi sosial
secara maksimal karena kemampuan guru dalam mengemas pembelajaran masih
belum optimal.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Sedangkan sampel
dalam penelitian ini adalah anak-anak yang berada di TK Dewi Sratika
Wonokromo Surabaya yang sejumlah 10 anak dari usia anak 5-6 tahun.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan sebanyak 7 anak (59%) adalah
berkembang sangat baik dalam berinteraksi sosial, sedangkan 2 anak (23%)
adalah berkembang sesuai harapan dalam berinteraksi sosial, dan 1 anak (18%)
adalah mulai berkembang atau belum mampu berinteraaksi sosial secara mandiri.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa penggunaan media panggung boneka tangan
dapat meningkatkan kemampuan interaksi sosial anak di TK Dewi Sartika
Wonokromo Surabaya.
Melalui panggung bonek tangan di TK Dewi Sartika Wonokromo
Surabaya dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Interaksi sosial anak 59% dari 10
anak, melebihi ketuntasan indikator keberhasilan yang diharapkan. Maka dari itu
media panggung boneka tangan dapat diterapkan di TK sebagai media yang dapat
meningkatkan kemampuan interaksi sosial
