No full textIn dieser Arbeit werde ich eine Möglichkeit präsentieren, um an der Autonomie von Pflegebedürftigen in Heimen festzuhalten, auch wenn Pflegeroboter eingesetzt werden. Im ersten Kapitel meiner Arbeit will ich zeigen, wie wichtig es mir erscheint, ein Grundwissen über das Pflegesystem in Österreich und die wesentlichen Merkmale zu haben. Ohne dieses Verständnis wäre es meiner Meinung nach schwierig, sich mit der Eingliederung von Pflegerobotern und deren mögliche Auswirkung auf die Autonomie von Pflegebedürftigen auseinander zu setzen. Das zweite Kapitel behandelt einen philosophischen und ethischen Rahmen, der aus meiner Sicht die vier bioethischen Prinzipien von Beauchamp und Childress thematisieren soll. Zudem wird eine Möglichkeit der Selbstbestimmung im Zeitalter der Technisierung beschrieben, mit einem Verweis auf Kant. Danach geht es für mich primär um die Frage nach der Autonomie von Pflegebedürftigen. Der dritte Abschnitt meiner Arbeit legt einen klaren Fokus auf die Pflegeroboter, indem einige Beispiele aufgegriffen werden. Damit soll die Verbindung zu den autonomen Entscheidungen verdeutlicht werden, als auch die Vor- und Nachteile durch die Integration der Pflegeroboter in eine stationäre Einrichtung. Weiters muss es bestimmte Regeln und Rahmenbedingungen geben, weil sonst die Menschen mit ihren Bedürfnissen gefährdet sein könnten. Das vierte Kapitel hebt die Pflegeroboter hervor, indem ich theoretische Beispiele darstelle bzw. unter dem Aspekt der Autonomie begutachte. Zusätzlich will ich die mir unerlässlich erscheinenden Punkte zusammenfassen. In der letzten Passage werde ich einen individuellen Ausblick formulieren, als auch eine Zusammenfassung der Arbeit mit meinen wesentlichen Erkenntnissen.In this paper, I will present a way to maintain the autonomy of patients in nursing homes, even though care robots are used. In the first chapter of this work I want to explain, how important it is to know a few statistics and facts about the care system in Austria and the corresponding subjects. Without this fundamental knowledge it would not be easy to understand the further investigation and consideration, of care robots and their significance for our country. In the second passage it will be necessary to focus on the philosophical and ethical aspects, why I will consider the four principles of biomedical ethics. In addition to the principles I also want to present an actual perspective on self-determination, which can be put into context to the thoughts of Kant. In the following chapters I want to search for a possibility to accept the concept of autonomy. The third chapter will show the definitions of care robots, as well as a few examples of them, because it is helpful for my own work, to understand the relations between the robots and personal autonomy. I believe that these positive and negative effects can illustrate the chances of care robots. Although you have to mention the problems on the other side, and therefore we need to regard some rules and normative aspects in a moral sense. In the fourth chapter I put a special focus on care robots, with some stories concerning the risks and chances. I also want to bring all the information together, which I was able to build through the whole working process. These results also will be fundamental for my following outlook in the last chapter of this work.
