Kyiv Theological Academy Professors at the Beginning of the 20th Century: At the Intersection of Cultures

Academy at the beginning of the 20th century by reconstructing the spiritual biographies of two theological academy professors: Archimandrite (later, Archbishop
of Berlin and Germany) Tykhon (Tymofii Liashchenko) and Petro Kudriavtsev. The article demonstrates how different cultural traditions intersected and combined in
the spiritual experience of these figures. The author of the article argues that, as a result of revolutionary events in 1917–1919, both Kyiv Theological Academy professors experienced transformations in personal cultural identity, and their spiritual biographies reveal a transition from Russian to Western European and a combination of both (Tykhon (Liashchenko) identities), and from Russian to Ukrainian ideological cultural orientation (Petro Kudriavtsev). Наголошено на тому, що рідний край для поетеси – притулок душі, мірило всіх мірил, простір духовності. Вірші Л. Кудрявської про рідний дім часто сповнені сугестивним ліризмом, елегійним настроєм.
(Article is devoted to the analysis of works of the Transcarpathian writer Liudmyla Kudriavska about the native land. It is accented that the native land in poetry of the author is first of all Transcarpathia. It is associated with such cities as Uzhhorod, Mukachevo, Khust. These toponyms became an integral part of a poetic landscape of L. Kudriavska. The writer has created poetic portraits of these cities. The image of Uzhhorod is most brightly presented in her lyrics, which is depicted in different seasons. Each season, days creates the unique mythology.In article it is noted that the native land for L. Kudriavska – a sincere shelter, a criterion of all values, space of spirituality. Returning to a home is always joy, here is light and cozy. The native home for the poetess – not only a landscape, the nature, buildings, streets, the apartment with ordinary things. It is also people, especially friends, persons which are close in spirit.It is specified that in verses about the native land of L. Kudriavska the motive of time is prevailing. In works of the author different temporary layers have connected: childhood, youth, maturity. The melancholy on a charm of children’s and young years sounds. Verses about native home are full of suggestive lyricism. Also motive structure, style features of verses of L. Kudriavska, the role of sound, visual, gustatory and olfactory images are investigated. It is noted that flora in lyrics of the poetess is a symbol of the triumph of life. Each season has also mythological significance. The image of spring, summer, autumn and winter landscapes is directed on expressiveness of a thought of unity of the person and the nature.

APPLICATION PHYSIOTHERAPY IN REHABILITATION RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Abstract
Background: Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the most common forms of inflammatory diseases of the joints. The disease leads to deformation, then to destruction of the diseased joint and to disability. Physiotherapy is used for the treatment and rehabilitation of rheumatoid arthritis. It is assumed that physiotherapy treatments that promote remission of the disease, improve the quality of patients’ life, create the necessary conditions for comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
Objective: Systematic’s review conducting of studies that assess the effect of physiotherapy in the rehabilitation of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
Methods: Theoretical analysis of scientific and methodical literature, methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization.
Results: To reduce inflammation in the joints is performed UV of affected joints weak or medium erythermal or middle erythermal doses used UHF therapy. UHF-therapy prescribed to the area of joint in I or II dose, duration 10 min., the course – 5-8 treatments.
For patients with minimal activity is added electrophoresis NSAIDs. Electrophoresis aspirin is applied on the affected joints (every day, the course – 10-12 procedures), which favorably affect the course of rheumatoid arthritis.
Conclusions: Physical therapy can reduce pain and stiffness in the joints, prevent deformity and restore function, improve independence and quality of life. State of the art is a major incentive to develop new activities in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with rheumatoid arthritis to improve joint functional activity and their physical health.
