    Fasilitasi Lokakarya Asesmen dan Pembelajaran dalam Kurikulum Merdeka

    Pada kurikulum merdeka kebutuhan dan karakteristik yang unik dari peserta didik menjadi titik sentral dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan disain pembelajaran yang dapat mengakomodasi keunikan tersebut. Pembelajaran yang mampu menampung kebutuhan tersebut adalah pembelajaran terdiferensiasi. Agar pembelajaran dapat optimal diperlukan asesmen awal pembelajaran yang tepat. Kegiatan lokakarya ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan bagi pendidik untuk merancang pembelajaran dan melaksanakan asesmen awal pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 10 kepala sekolah, 20 guru kelas dan 3 pengawas dari satuan pendidikan jenjang sekolah dasar. Hasil kegiatan ini terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam merancang pembelajaran terdiferensiasi dan penyelenggaraan asesmen awal pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi guru, kepala sekolah dan pengawas untuk mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka pada aspek pembelajaran terdiferensiasi dan asesmen awal pembelajara

    Hubungan antara Kedisiplinan Belajar Siswa dengan Hasil Belajar

    Discipline is the main key to success in success. Disciplined students will certainly achieve success in learning. However, the facts that occurred in the field or more precisely at Diponegoro Wuluhan Junior High School, showed that there were 7 students who were not disciplined in learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between discipline and student learning outcomes. This study used a correlational type quantitative approach. With respondents 120 grade VII students out of 65 students taken overall using saturated samples. The data collection method used in this study is the questionnaire method. Analyze the data using the coefficient formula by finding r Product Moment. The results showed that the calculated r value was 0.979 and the rtable value was 0.979 with the number N 65, which showed that the two variables correlated with a strong degree of relationship with the correlation form y.     Upaya Menurunkan Burnout Belajar Melalui Bimbingan Kelompok Teknik Role Playing Pada Siswa

    This study aims to determine the reduction of academic burnout through role-playing techniques among students at SMPN 02 Silo. This research is a counseling guidance action research. The subjects of the study were all seventh-grade students at SMPN 02 Silo, totaling 177 students, with 6 students selected through purposive sampling as the sample. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The results showed that 84% successfully exceeded the success indicators, with the sample experiencing a significant decrease in academic burnout. These findings indicate that group counseling services using role-playing techniques can effectively reduce academic burnout among students at SMPN 02 Silo. This study recommends that similar programs be implemented in other schools to test the generalizability of the findings and to explore other factors that may influence student academic burnout, such as social support and environmental influences. Thus, it can be concluded that group counseling with role-playing techniques can reduce students’ academic burnout

    Penelitian tentang Implementasi layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Self Management dalam meningkatkan Self Control siswa kelas VIII MTs Ma’arif Annur Jember Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 dengan sampel sebanyak 7 siswa dari 25 siswa yang dipilih berdasarkan Random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, serta tes. Dan analisa data dengan model Miles & Huberman melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Self Control dari pra siklus di peroleh skor 387 dengan rata-rata presentase 45% berada pada kategori rendah, siklus I memperoleh skor total 504 dengan rata-rata presentase 64% berada pada kategori sedang, dan pada siklus II memperoleh skor total 642 berada pada presentase 78% berada pada kategori sedang tinggi, jadi dari pra siklus, siklus I, siklus II hasilnya 45% menjadi 78% ada peningkatan 33%. Berdasarkan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik Self Management dapat meningkatkan Self Control siswa kelas VIII MTs Ma’arif Annur Jember Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022.

    Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah memberikan pemahaman mendalam dan melatih keterampailan IGTK Ma’arif Jember dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menggunakan metode cerita boneka sebagai upaya untuk mencegah kekerasan seksual di sekolah. Metode Pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu survey, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Melalui pelatihan seks education dengan menggunakan metode cerita boneka, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan IGTK Ma’arif Jember ketika memberikan materi seks education pada siswa di sekolahnya masing-masing. Pelatihan seks education ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan konseptual, melainkan juga menekankan pada aplikasi praktis. Melalui pemberian materi pendidikan seks anak usia dini, materi metode cerita boneka dan praktik, peserta diberikan kesempatan untuk menerapkan konsep pendidkan seks anak usia dini sebagai upaya mencegah kekerasan sesksual di lingkungan sekolah. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan seks education dapat meningkatkan pemahaman IGTK Ma’arif Jember tentang pentingnya pendidikan seks sejak dini, memiliki kemampuan teknik bercerita dengan boneka untuk menyampaikan pesan konsep seksualitas prasekolah yang sesuai, IGTK Ma’arif Jember dapat menerapkan metode cerita boneka di sekolahnya masing-masing

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
