Römisches Österreich / Hercules Sallensis - Some notes on two Roman Altars dedicated to Hercules from Salla
In his paper the author deals with two Roman votive inscriptions dedicated to Herculesfrom Salla/Zalalövő. In the case of the former one, the author intended to restore the entireinscription erected in honorem collegii. The altar can be dated to the 2nd half of the 3rd centuryand shows the municipal life of Salla in these decades. The latter stone monument is a fragmentarygrave stela with a forged inscription. Based on von Sacken’s excavation and Iván Paúr’sletter to Theodor Mommsen, the exact find-spot and the later story of the stone monument isexamined
Eukleideen algoritmi

Coming of age and classification of adolescents In Salla Simukka’s YA-dystopias Jäljellä and Toisaalla
Finnish YA-author Salla Simukka takes a current societal problem into the center of her novel pair Jäljellä (Left Over, not translated, 2012) and Toisaalla (Elsewhere, not translated, 2012). These novels criticize the current system, where even young children are forced to choose specialized studies and make decisions that affect their whole future. This is a consequence on a modern western information society, where branches of knowledge are differentiated. These theme Simukka’s novels handle with the methods off dystopic fiction.
Both novels depict a dystopic world, where adolescents are classified into groups based on their personality and their talents. Both novels depict a world very much like our own, but the time of the story lies in the near future. As usual to the dystopic fiction the author pics up some existing progressions from the reality and then extends those conditions into a future, and this way the flaws of the current conditions are revealed. In my article I claim, that Simukka’s novels take under critical consideration the whole Western concept of coming of age. Especially crucial is the idea of growth as being something controllable. In western cultures the growing up of an individual is standardized and regulated by institutions and fields of science such us daycare, school, medicine, and psychology. In Simukka’s novels this idea is exaggerated but still recognizable.
The motif of classifications or sorting the adolescents has lately been popular in YA-fantasy and YA-dystopia. Simukka’s novels borrow from two bestsellers: J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter -series (1997–2007), and Veronica Roth’s Divergent-series (2011–2013). These examples seem to prove, that the idea of adolescents of being sorted or being classified is important in contemporary genre fiction targeting young audiences. Sorting or classification as motifs seem to be connected to the contemporary understanding of youth and growing up.
In this article I consider the classification motif in Simukka’s novel. I consentrate especially to the connections between the motif and the wider theme of growing up. I examine the motif beside the Western ideas of growth and coming of age. Besides that I also study the different genre frames Simukka’s novels use to discuss of growing up in contemporary society. These genre traditions include dystopic fiction, YA-literature and fairytale. In this article I propose, that the classification motif allegorizes the demands set to adolescents in contemporary society but also appeals to the young readers as a fantasy of belonging to the group.

Sustainable International Business:A Retrospection and Future Research Direction
The first section of the book addresses the interaction between international business activities and the economic aspect of sustainability. The first finding of this part of the book is that international business affects and is affected by economic and other pillars of sustainability. For example, in the chapter “Realisation of SDGs in Africa: An Impactful Political CSR Approach,” the author developed a political CSR model and contended that rejuvenating the SDGs in Africa through an impactful PCSR model can unleash the huge potential of international business in the realization of SDGs. In the chapter “Value Creation Impact: Role of Stakeholders in the Development of Sustainable Foreign Trade,” the author revealed that pursuing sustainability in an organization increases sustainable competitive advantage by improving global value chains and the perception of consumers and other market stakeholders. Second, embracing the economic aspect of sustainability requires reshaping the global supply chain functions and value chain activities. For example, in the chapter “Reshaping the World’s Supply Chain? A Case Study of Vietnam’s PAN Group Adopting the Circular Economy Concept,” the authors pointed out that sustainability, circular economy, and supply chain are interconnected concepts that are pivotal in promoting responsible and efficient resource management. In the chapter “Integration of Internal Audit and Sustainability Functions: A Business Model Suggestion,” in order to resolve significant disruptions and inefficiencies in the purchasing processes, the authors developed a novel business model that brings together different areas of expertise, prevents overlapping and duplication of purchasing tasks, and improves interdepartmental communication. Third, this part of the book revealed that firm-level digital capability helps internationalizing firms achieve sustainable economic development by facilitating access to foreign markets. For example, in the chapters “Mitigating the Negative Implications of Fake Social Media News on Internationalizing Firms: The Role of Social Media Capability” and “Network Ties and Opportunity Recognition in SME Internationalization in the Social Media Context,” the author found that social media capability facilitates internationalizing SMEs identify international opportunities, access foreign market information, and enhance the institutional legitimacy in foreign markets

Vastaajat olivat eri puolelta Suomea.
Tutkimuksen aineistosta nousi analysointiin esiin äitien kokemuksia sairaala-ajalta. Äidit kaipasivat enemmän omaa tilaa ja rauhaa itselleen ja lapselleen. Muiden henkilöiden läsnäolo koettiin usein varhaista vuorovaikutusta häiritseväksi. Lapsen hoitamiseen äidit halusivat enemmän tukea, vastuuta ja selkeää ohjausta. Äidit saivat riittävästi tukea toisilta keskoslasten äideiltä. Lisäksi äidit kokivat saaneensa riittävästi tietoa lapsensa tilanteesta ja sairauksista lapsen ollessa osastolla.
Tutkimustuloksia voidaan hyödyntää keskoslasten äitien tuen ja ohjauksen kehittämisen lisäksi osastolla työskentelevien hoitajien työnkuvan kehittämisessä sekä perhevalmennuksessa. Perhevalmennuksessa on hyvä valmentaa vanhempia myös keskoslapsen syntymään, vaikka konkreettista vaaraa ei ohjaushetkellä olisikaan. Jatkotutkimushaasteiksi esitetään isien ja keskoslapsen syntymään liittyvien kokemusten tutkimista.

Title of thesis: Mothers´ Experiences of Early Relationship With Their Premature Baby During Hospital Stay
Supervisors: Pirkko Sandelin and Ulla Paananen
Term and the year when the thesis was submitted: Autumn 2011
Number of pages: 48
BACKGROUND. Kevyt ry (Association of Premature Babies´ Parents) was the co-operator of this thesis. They published my questions to premature babies’ mothers on their webpage.
AIM. The objective of my thesis was to describe the early relationship between mother and her premature baby when the baby was in hospital. My aim was to produce new in-formation which could be used for the premature babies´ mothers.
METHOD. This study used the qualitative method for data collection. My theme-based questions were published on the Internet site of kevyt.net. Premature babies´ mothers answered me by e-mail. The data were collected during six weeks. Participants of the study were nine (9) mothers. The data were analyzed by the method of content analysis.
RESULTS. According to mothers they needed more space of their own in hospital. They also wished to have more peace and quiet. Other persons often disturbed mothers and their babies’ early relationships on the ward. Mothers were ready to take more re-sponsibility for caring for their babies. They received enough support from other prema-ture babies´ mothers. They were given enough information about the child's condition by the nursing staff.
CONCLUSION. Postnatal support of mothers with premature babies must be devel-oped. It would be good for the nursing staff to get more education and training to be able support the early relationship. Single rooms would ensure peace and quiet for mother. Also curtains increase the privacy of mothers and babies. Nurses should prepare mothers when mothers meet their premature infant for the first time. I suggest for fur-ther research of fathers´ experiences of their premature babies.

Floral morphology and development reveal extreme diversification in some species of Croton (Euphorbiaceae)
Floral diversity of Croton, the second largest genus in Euphorbiaceae, is currently under-explored. Several clades demonstrate an unusual floral morphology, e.g., lower or higher stamen number, bilateral symmetry and reduced ovary, but have never been investigated in a comparative study with typical Croton. This study examined morphology and ontogeny of flowers in nine Croton species from different clades within the genus with light and scanning microscopy, resin sectioning and micro-computed tomography. In staminate flowers, great variations of stamen number and arrangement are observed. The ancestral androecium likely consisted of two or more whorls with the outermost antepetalous stamen whorl developing centrifugally. Modification by reduction of the antepetalous whorl resulted in an outer alternipetalous stamen whorl in Croton section Moacroton, subgenus Quadrilobi. Several species in the subgenus Geiseleria show an independent reduction of stamen numbers by absence of a centrifugal development with the antepetalous whorl the first whorl to develop. Petal losses are observed in the distantly related C. setiger and C. dioicus. Chaotic stamen arrangement is found in C. celtidifolius (subgenus Adenophylli) as a result of a secondary stamen increase. In pistillate flowers, reduction of carpel numbers happened three times in the subgenus Geiseleria. C. monanthogynus has a bicarpellate ovary, while in C. setiger and C. michauxii the ovary is monocarpellate. Reduction of carpel number is linked with merism change and perianth reduction. The ovary in C. michauxii has basal placentation which is unique among all Croton. Moreover, strong bilateral sepals and nectaries are observed in species from section Julocroton. Therefore, the floral diversity of some species in the genus Croton could be explained by developmental modification of an ancestral form via reduction, rearrangement of stamen whorls, and symmetry shifts. The authors thank the Millennium seed bank, UK for sample seeds. A new species of dragon's blood Croton (Euphorbiaceae) from Serra dos órgãos (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)
Croton rizzinii Farias & Riina, sp. nov. is a new species from Serra dos órgãos National Park in the Atlantic Rain Forest domain (Rio de Janeiro state, Brazil). It is known from the municipalities of Guapimirim, Teresópolis and Petrópolis, where it grows in montane ombrophilous dense forest, between 500 and 1500 m elevation. This arborescent species belongs to Croton section Cyclostigma Griseb., a Neotropical lineage distributed in forest habitats from Mexico to northern Argentina. It is mainly characterised by its laciniate-glandular stipules, bracts with two inconspicuous glands (colleters) at the base and campanulate pistillate flowers with sepals covering the ovary. We describe and illustrate the new species, and compare it with close relatives occurring in the Atlantic Rain Forest. We also provide a distribution map, habitat information and suggestions for the assessment of its conservation status. This work is part of the Master’s dissertation of the first author, carried out under the

Making Service Design in a Digital Business
Digital businesses involve multiple stakeholders, each with their own distinct sets of values. In addition to the business value of the global digital ecosystem, a complex web of socio-cultural human values has emerged from digital development. In this research paper, this ecosystem is examined in a Finnish context, through business-led research and development consortia (Nee d for Speed, N4S). The aim of the paper is to present insights into a more socio-culturally sensitive research framework for a digital service development through three experiments using participatory and co-design tools: a stakeholder mapping tool, a value network mapping tool and a design game. The experiments follow the framework of three approaches to making the co-designs (i.e., probes, toolkits and prototyping) presented by Sanders and Stappers (2014). The theoretical framework is pragmatic, developing the process holistically through trial and error or, as a pragmatist would say, through the experience of disruption and crisis. (Kilpinen 2012)
