Digital transformation in the world of education demands fundamental changes in the teacher selection process, including in Islamic education environments. Teachers are not only required to have professional competence and mastery of technology, but also spiritual integrity that reflects Islamic values. This study aims to examine the challenges of teacher selection in the digital era, and to offer an integrative selection approach between professionalism and spirituality. Using a literature study method with a qualitative descriptive approach, data was obtained from national and international scientific literature. The results of the study indicate an imbalance in digital literacy, the dominance of technical professionalism aspects, and weak instruments for measuring spirituality in the teacher selection process. Therefore, a multidimensional and collaborative selection model is needed, including integration between madrasahs and Islamic boarding schools, in order to produce teachers who are balanced between technological skills and moral-spiritual strength in educating the Islamic generation. This study aims to formulate a teacher selection strategy that is not only oriented towards technological and pedagogical skills, but also considers spiritual qualities and personality integrity that are in line with the mission of Islamic education. In addition, this paper also examines how an integrative approach between professionalism and spirituality can be implemented in real terms in digital-based teacher selection

Two eighteenth-century English adaptations of the Celestina : Celestina: or the Spanish bawd : a tragi-comedy; and the Bawd of Madrid.

PhDThe introductory chapter discusses previous studies of Celestina imitations and adaptations, and the position of early Celestinesque works in Spanish literature. I then move further afield to investigate the diffusion of the Celestina in the rest of Europe, especially in England. Chapter II comments on the general influence of Spain on English literature with particular reference to the two eighteenth-century adaptations of the Celestina. Chapter III suggests some implications of the simultaneous appearance of these two adaptations. Chapters IV-VI are devoted to a closer examination of the dramatic adaptation, A Tragi-Comedy; an investigation into its sources, and the manner in which it remodels its original for the stages culminates in a discussion of the adapters' identity. Chapters VII-IX deal with The Bawd of Madrid; a biographical sketch of its author, Captain Stevens, is followed by a discussion of which version of the Celestina he used and of the sources for the description of Madrid in his first chapter. Chapter IX looks at the way he reworks the Spanish Tragi-comedia into a narrative account. I bring together in Chapter X elements from both adaptations for purposes of comparison. The final chapter shows the similarities between the fictional world of the Celestina and the environment of early eighteenth-century London, and I suggest why these English adaptations may have been particularly apposite at this time

Suratmin. 2022. " The Visionary Leadership Role of Mudir Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School Sambi Boyolali". Thesis. Master of Education Administration Study Program. Graduate School. Muhammadiyah Surakarta university. Advisor I Prof. Dr. Bambang S, M.Pd., Advisor II Prof. Dr. Sofyan Anif, M.Si. The purpose of this study was to explain the Visionary Leadership Role of Mudir Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School. Operationally, the objectives of this research include the following: a) As a guide; b) As Agent of Change; c) As Spokesperson; and d) As a Trainer. The author uses a qualitative approach with a Case Study research design. The research was carried out at Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School Sambi Boyolali, with the research subjects being the Director of the Boarding School, the Principal, the Head of Kesantrian and the Guardian of the Dormitory, while the object of the research was the visionary leadership role of Mudir Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Technical data collection through field observations, in-depth interviews and see the required documentation. The validity of the data used triangulation data analysis techniques. Research findings indicate that the role of visionary leadership for Islamic boarding schools is 1) As a direction setter, by following the process of making the institution's vision and mission by adapting existing trends to develop pesantren in the future, disseminating the vision through regular monthly coordination meetings, routine studies, MGMP activities and non-formal agenda, and ensuring the vision goes through with regular evaluations, staffing rules, providing rewards and punishments. 2) As an agent of change, by evaluating the old program, holding trainings to support change, then gradually rolling out changes such as MHTC (Miftahul Huda tahfidh Community), the application of parenting. And by making new challenges as work motivation and growing new work enthusiasm is not a barrier. 3) As a spokesperson, by maintaining internal communication through good interpersonal relationships, seeking solutions to problems that arise, as well as through regular and incidental meetings; maintain external communication with the KPPMH program, routine studies, social assistance, community da'wah programs, regular visit programs; and become a negotiator by building ‘Pager Mangkok’ strategy. 4) As a trainer, by making a program to strengthen team work, the vision is understood by the personal team, making a work program that refers to the vision; giving hope by instilling the principles of sincere work, working smart, making Islam a character and building team trust by strengthening team cohesiveness through training, strengthening non-personal team work, through performance appraisals. With this research, it is hoped that the operators of Islamic boarding schools and their leaders can organize Islamic boarding schools using a visionary leadership model that can realize the independence of students in Islamic boarding schools

The political economy studies the interconnection between the economy and politics in a State whose essential function is the development of the welfare of society and the allocation of resources, in this case, to ensure an old age worthy of the population. From this perspective, the reform proposals are described under three assumptions and instruments of analysis: 1) methodological individualism (private interests of their own or of the institutions representing the actors); 2) rational choice (cost / benefit calculations) and, (3) the policy as an exchange (benefits and profits). The objective of the work consists in an initial diagnosis of the current pension system, in reviewing the reform proposals and the consideration of a proposal by the author. The methodology is descriptive (normativity, practices and proposals), correlational (four principles or variables of every pension system: coverage, equity, solidarity and sustainability) and explanatory (analysis of the proposals and the own)

That is why the purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of the Stocks, explaining the influence of incomes, profits, debt, equity, leverage, volatility, risk and volume on the annual stock returns of the Colombian COLCAP index most important companies. This tesis is important because the other investigations that have been done all around the world try to explain the relation between these economic variables but not when they appear at the same time. That is why the main objective of this study is to develop a statistical data panel fixed effect model which shows us the simultaneous relations between these variables. The most important conclusion of this investigation is that the variables that explain the change on the stock returns of the companies that we studied are: incomes, equity, volume and debt; highlighting that incomes, equity and volume have a positive impact and debt has a negative impact.
