PENGGUNAAN MEDIA E-COMIC MELALUI CANVA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MAHARAH KITABAH
E-comic merupakan sebuah komik digital yang dipakai untuk menyampaikan informasi tentang bidang pengetahuan dengan cara yang menarik dan bersifat hiburan, selain itu penggunaan e-comic yang lebih praktis, dapat dibuka dimana saja dan kapan saja selama memiliki file atau link akses, e-comic juga menjadi daya tarik bagi para siswa sehingga dapat membantu dalam mempelajari Bahasa arab terutama dalam maharah kitabah. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Daarut Tauhiid Bandung pada kelas VII yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui media e-comic berpengaruh atau tidak dalam meningkatkan maharah kitabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen berupa Non-Equivalent Control Group Design yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok penelitian berupa kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Data diambil dengan menggunakan test berupa pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media e-comic menggunakan canva berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan maharah kitabah dengan peningkatan sebesar 23,5, selain itu dikuatkan dengan nilai signifikasi 0,00 yang memiliki makna bahwa adanya perbedaan pada hasil belajar siswa
Pengaruh Teknik Akrostik Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Puisi Siswa Di Mis Al-Firdaus Kota Tanjungbalai
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana teknik
akrostik mempengaruhi kemampuan menulis puisi siswa di MIS Al Firdaus Kota
Tanjungbalai. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Eksperimen semu
atau yang juga dikenal sebagai Quasi Eksperiment Teknik analisis data yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa uji normalitas dengan Kolmogorov
Smirrnov, Homogenitas dengan uji Fisher dan uji hipotesis T-test dengan
menggunakan taraf signifikansi ∝ = 0,05.
Teknik pembelajaran yang tepat akan membantu peserta didik dalam
meningkatkan pemahaman, keberanian, dan kemampuan dalam menulis puisi dan
menyampaikan ide serta kreativitas peserta didik. Dalam penelitian ini sampel
dipilih secara keseluruhan Total Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah peserta
didik kelas IV yang berjumlah 40 siswa. 20 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan
20 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol.
Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang
signifikan Teknik Akrostik terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi siswa di MIS Al
Firdaus Kota Tanjungbalai, dengan SPSS 27.0 dianalisis dengan Student T-test
dan diperoleh hasil didapatkan nilai df yaitu 19 dengan nilai kepercayaan = 0,05
maka nilai t tabel yaitu 1,729. Selanjutnya nilai t hitung didapatkan melalui nilai t
pada tabel. Diperoleh hasil nilai t hitung -5,122 < t tabel 1,729 sehingga H0
ditolak dan Ha diterima

USE OF E-COMIC MEDIA THROUGH CANVA TO INCREASE THE MAHARAH KITABAH
E-comic is a digital comic that is used to convey information about the field of knowledge excitingly and entertainingly, besides the use of e-comics are more practical and can be opened anywhere and anytime as long as they have a file or access link; e-comic is also an attraction for students so that it can help in learning Arabic, especially in maharah kitabah. The research was conducted at SMP Daarut Tauhiid Bandung in class VII, which aimed to determine whether e-comic media was influential in improving maharah kitabah. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, which was divided into two research groups: a control group and an experimental group. Data is taken using tests in the form of pretest and post-test. The results showed that e-comic media using Canva was influential in increasing Maharah kitabah with an increase of 23.5; besides that, it was strengthened by a signification value of 0.00, meaning there is a difference in student learning outcomes

ABSTRAK
Kemampuan membaca pemahaman merupakan hal yang perlu dikuasai oleh siswa kelas tinggi sebagai pondasi mencapai keberhasilan pada bidang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan membaca pemahaman, faktor penyebab kesulitan membaca pemahaman, dan solusi yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengatasi kesulitan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena terdapat 4 siswa di Kelas IV SDN Pulasari ini memiliki kesulitan dalam membaca pemahaman. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar masih rendah. Pada menangkap arti kata dan ungkapan yang digunakan penulis termasuk pada kategori cukup, pada menangkap makna tersurat dan makna tersirat termasuk pada kategori kurang, pada membuat simpulan siswa termasuk kategori kurang. Faktor yang mempengaruhinya yaitu faktor internal siswa seperti, pemahaman tentang konsep soal yang diberikan masih rendah, motivasi untuk membaca masih rendah, kurang fokusnya siswa ketika membaca, kurang aktif dalam bertanya ketika tidak memahami suatu bacaan, dan terlalu terpaku pada teks bacaan. Adapun faktor eksternal siswa yaitu sumber pendukung yang diberikan sekolah maupun di rumah seperti buku bacaan sangat kurang dan tidak adanya prasarana yang mendukung untuk siswa membaca lebih tenang di sekolah. Solusi yang disarankan untuk mengatasi rendahnya kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa yaitu guru harus memotivasi siswa, meningkatkan pengelolaan kelas, dan disarankan menggunakan strategi membaca pemahaman yaitu Know, Want, Learn (KWL).

ANALYSIS OF READING ABILITY TO READ EXPOSITION TEXT UNDERSTANDING ON THEMATIC LEARNING OF GRADE IV ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

ABSTRACT
The ability to read comprehension is something that needs to be mastered by high class students as a foundation for achieving success in other fields. This research aims to find out the ability to read comprehension, the factors that cause comprehension reading difficulties, and solutions that can be applied in overcoming the difficulty of reading comprehension of grade IV elementary school students. This research was conducted because there were 4 students in Class IV SDN Pulasari has difficulty in reading comprehension. The method used in this study is a case study with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, tests and documentation. The results showed that the reading ability of grade IV elementary school students is still low. In capturing the meaning of words and expressions used the author belongs to the category enough, on capturing the express meaning and implied meaning included in the less category, on making the conclusion of students include less category. Factors that affect it are internal factors of students such as, understanding of the concept of the given problem is still low, motivation to read is still low, lack of focus when reading, less active in asking when not understanding a reading, and too fixated on the reading text. As for external factors of students, namely supporting sources provided by the school and at home such as reading books are very lacking and the absence of infrastructure that supports students to read more calmly in school. The recommended solution to overcome the low ability to read students' understanding is that teachers must motivate students, improve classroom management, and are advised to use comprehension reading strategies namely Know, Want, Learn (KWL).

The purpose of this article is to identify more about educational leadership. This description uses the Descriptive Literature and Qualitative Study approach method with data collection in the form of interviews. Based on the activities that have been carried out that educational leadership is a process of influencing, mobilizing and coordinating individuals in educational organizations / institutions to achieve these educational goals.leadership is important to do and there are certain factors that affect the success of leadership that comes from the leader himself including: knowledge and expertise which is the educational background of a leader, institution or the type of work in which the leader performs the duties of his office, the attitude and personality of the leader, and the personality attitudes of followers. There are seven challenges and obstacles commonly faced by education leaders in general, namely the complexity of leadership tasks, uncertainty and rapid change, complex performance appraisals, community and stakeholder demands, limited resources, cultural and ethnic differences, and time pressures. And educational leadership itself has a very important role to improve the quality of education, create a positive school culture, lead successful educational change, and manage conflict in the school environment.Tujuan penuisan artikel ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi lebih lanjut tentang kepemimpinan pendidikan. Pada uraian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan Studi Pustaka dan Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan bahwa Kepemimpinan pendidikan melibatkan langkah-langkah untuk mempengaruhi, memotivasi, dan mengatur individu-individu di dalam suatu organisasi atau lembaga pendidikan agar dapat mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan.. kepemimpinan penting untuk dilakukan dan terdapat faktor-faktor tertentu yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan kepemimpinan yang berasal dari pemimpin itu sendiri diantaranya yaitu: pengetahuan dan keahlian yang merupakan latar belakang pendidikan seorang pemimpin, lembaga atau jenis pekerjaan tempat pemimpin itu melaksanakan tugas jabatannya, sikap dan kepribadian pemimpin, dan sikap-sikap kepribadian pengikut. Terdapat tujuh tantangan dan hambatan yang biasa dihadapi oleh pemimpin pendidikan pada umumnya yaitu kompleksitas tugas kepemimpinan, ketidakpastian dan perubahan yang cepat, penilaian kinerja yang kompleks, tuntutan masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan, keterbatasan sumber daya, perbedaan budaya dan etnis, serta tekanan waktu. Dan didalam kepemimpinan pendidikan itu sendiri memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, menciptakan budaya sekolah yang positif, memimpin perubahan pendidikan yang sukses, dan mengelola konflik di lingkungan sekolah
Strategi Kebijakan Pemerintah Venezuela di Tengah Krisis
In the era of president Nicolas Maduro, the Venezuela faced economic crisis. It affects to social and economic decline. The govenment is in the chellenge of public trust and political instablity. The Maduro performance perceived as less effective and repressive that lead to the society questioning about government capacity to solve the problems. Thus, the authors are interested in explaining the efforts of the Venezuelan government in dealing with the crisis. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques based on literature study. The data source comes from the literature published by scholars and experts on Venezuelan politics and the Latin American economic crisis. The author notes several actions of the Venezuelan government in dealing with the economic crisis including: (1) economic policies reform; (2) diplomacy of foreign aid to China; (3) food price stabilization: (4) strengthening public health services; and (5) strengthening regional cooperation with organizations in the Latin American region

As well as information is an important asset for the company that helps in the development of the company. Information really needs to be guarded and managed securely. PT. ICON+ prioritizes information technology in daily activities, so PT. ICON+ also needs to secure the information assets that exist in the company. Information security must be maintained because it is an important asset owned by the company. Therefore, examining information technology governance and information security using COBIT 5 in a company is really needed. This research can find out whether the company has fulfilled the indicator requirements or not otherwise. The framework and maintenance governance audit was carried out at PT.
