Ewolucyjny transhumanizm w kontekście antropologii filozoficznej
No full textThe author of the article considers the human condition within the framework of technological advances. He justifies the conception of the Enlightenment as an ideology legitimizing the transition from the human being to a “neo-human being.” The basic theses of evolutionary transhumanism are offered and analysed as a mind-set model for the epoch of cybernetic revolution. The main subject of the first section is the concept of “ideology.” It will be discussed with regard to the opposition between Enlightenment and Anti-Enlightenment and finally formulated as a way of maturing that transgresses the traditional definition of ideology as a “style of thought” (Denkstil). In the second section, transhumanism will be introduced as an ideological concept in reference to “Evolution 2045” and “Russia 2045” founded by Dmitry Itskov. On this basis the author will demonstrate that the content of the transhumanistic ideology corresponds to the Platonic concept of technique and therefore pursues a noble ethical purpose.Autor artykułu rozważa kondycję ludzką w kontekście postępów technologicznych. Uzasadnia koncepcję oświecenia jako ideologii legitymizującej przejście od istoty ludzkiej do istoty neoludzkiej. Podstawowe tezy transhumanizmu ewolucyjnego zostaną zaproponowane i przeanalizowane w postaci modelu stanu umysłowego odpowiedniego dla epoki rewolucji cybernetycznej. Główny temat pierwszej części stanowi koncepcja „ideologii”. Będzie ona analizowana w kontekście opozycji między oświeceniem a antyoświeceniem oraz zostanie docelowo ujęta jako droga dojrzewania, która przekracza tradycyjne definicje ideologii jako „stylu myślenia” (Denkstil). W drugiej części transhumanizm zostanie przedstawiony jako koncept ideologiczny w odniesieniu do inicjatyw „Evolution 2045” oraz „Russia 2045” założonych przez Dmitrija Itskova. Na tej podstawie autor pokaże, iż przekaz ideologii transhumanistycznej odpowiada platońskiemu pojęciu techniki i w związku z tym dąży do szlachetnych celów etycznych

Achromatic color palette in Scarlet sails by Alexander Grin
No full textThe object of the analysis are achromatic color names in Scarlet sails of Alexander Grin. Color expressions are an inseperable part of the world description. The researched material provides valuable information about the models of perception, association and interpretation of the world presented in the novel. The field of black color is represented by adjectives, such as, черный, почерневший, the field of white is represented by lexemes белый, белизна, белокурый, белевший, серебряный, and field of grey – by lexemes серый, седой, полуседой, стальной, серея, поседевший. These are relatively richly represented fields. The studied material shows that the writer mostly uses the achromatic color names in a conventional way and uses them to create the presented world. All three colors are mainly connected with semantic fields related to man and nature. The Military Legacy of Alexander the Great: Lessons for the Information Age focuses on three themes—inspirational physical presence, Alexander’s army’s professionalism, and the speed with which he campaigned. Interkomprehensja w bliskich językach słowiańskich
No full textIn the field of teaching Polish as a foreign language, transfer plays a major role. Positive transfer helps the users of closely related Slavic languages learn more quickly, while negative transfer should be closely monitored. Intercomprehension is a phenomenon which consists of guessing the meanings of related words and linguistic forms, and the ability to quickly understand languages which are closely related to the mother tongue of learners; in other words, it is a case of positive transfer. Intercomprehension in teaching related languages is directly associated with the phenomenon of language transfer. In the practice of teaching Polish as a non-native language in Slovakia and Czechia, teaching methods related to intercomprehension, including a contrast-based approach, have been applied for a long time. However, more focus has always been placed on negative transfer. In this article we provide examples of the impact of transfer, usually negative, at several linguistic planes in learning Polish by Slovaks and Slovak by Poles. The first author indicates two planes, those of inflection and syntax, using examples from the works of Polish students; the second author discusses the problems associated with lexis and indicates three planes: those of word formation, lexis, and style. Their discussions indicate that similarities help master a language more quickly and how important highlighting the differences for learners is.Interkomprehensja to zjawisko odgadywania znaczeń wyrazów i struktury języków pokrewnych, zdolność szybkiego rozumienia języków blisko spokrewnionych z językiem ojczystym uczących się. W glottodydaktyce nauczania języka polskiego w Słowacji i w Czechach interkomprehensję stosowano już dawno. Interkomprehensja w nauczaniu języków pokrewnych bezpośrednio jest związana ze zjawiskiem transferu językowego. W tym artykule podajemy przykłady na oddziaływanie transferu pozytywnego i negatywnego na różnych płaszczyznach językowych w przyswajaniu języka polskiego przez Słowaków i języka słowackiego przez Polaków. Potwierdza się, że podobieństwa pomagają szybciej opanować język i ważne jest uczulanie uczących się na różnice. Interkomprehensja w nauczaniu języków pokrewnych ma przede wszystkim wymiar językowy, ale może mieć również wymiar kulturowy

No full textPowyższy artykuł jest próbą refleksji nad jednym z najbardziej znanych protagonistów cerkiewnego życia muzycznego, Aleksandrem Archangielskim. Autor artykułu poświęca sporo uwagi jego profilowi życiowemu i osobowościowemu, ujawniając meandry jego artystycznego rozwoju i artystycznej kariery. Wiele płaszczyzn, na których odznaczał się swą wielostronną działalnością stanowiło bardzo istotny element rosyjskiej kultury. Powszechnie znano Archangielskiego nie tylko jako cerkiewnego dyrygenta, dyrektora znamienitych chórów, lecz także jako społecznika, walczącego o lepszy byt dla współczesnych mu artystów.
Życie kompozytora przypadło na czas przełomu: zaistnienie Związku Radzieckiego otworzyło artystom nowe drogi rozwoju, drogi, których Aleksander już nie do końca rozumiał. Ponadto choroba, na którą przez długi czas cierpiał, nie pozwalała mu na kontynuowanie artystycznej pracy czy podejmowanie nowych zamysłów kompozytorskich.
Lecz przyszłość okazała się dlań daleko bardziej łaskawa: dziś dzieła Aleksandra Archangielskiego należą do rzędu najczęściej wykonywanych kompozycji nie tylko w jego Ojczyźnie, lecz także za granicą.This article above is an attempt of reflexion on the one of the most famous protagonists in the Church musical activities, on Alexander Archangielski. The Author is concentrating not only on the composer’s way of life or his personality; he is also presenting “mysteries” of the artist’s human development and his brilliant carrier as well. Many spheres of his many-sided activity were an essential element of the Russian culture. Archangielski was generally known not only as a Church conductor or an excellent choir director, but also as a very active community worker, struggling against difficult social conditions and trying to better the situation of contemporary artists
